Picked up a muffin here to go at 6:30am right when they opened before heading out to the Needles District of Canyonlands NP. There was already a tad of a line right at opening time. My husband and I sat and enjoyed it by a lovely yellow willow tree down in the canyon at Big Spring Trail toward the Confluence Overlook. It was a vegan chocolate chip muffin. It was yummy and I was happy I grabbed it. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! I had their bacon breakfast sandwich and it was really good. The bacon was thick, yet crunchy. I also tried their burrito that didn't have any protein in it. I really enjoyed that one for a lighter option. I'd say the star of the show were their lunch sandwiches. We took some to go, and they held up quite nicely. We ate them in canyonlands and they really hit the spot. I'd definitely recommend taking some on your hikes. I tried two of their coffees. Counter service is great. You can also get ahead of the crowd by ordering online. We also had the banh mi and Cuban sandwiches.
