We had the Carne Asada and Pork street tacos, 3 a piece for $3 a piece. They come with the protein and onions and cilantro. We added pico sides and a chips and salsa side. Having lived in Texas I consider myself a taco snob. Those fancy tacos you find at all those strip mall taco joints just don't get it. A taco, a real taco has only three ingredients a protein, cilantro, and onion and these are as good as it gets. Their shrimp taco is the best I've ever had albeit they do fancy it up a bit. Let me say first this is a taco truck, so I had high expectations for good street style tacos. This place did not disappoint. Gentleman that took my order was super polite, not to familiar with the credit card machine but that did not matter. I asked for my tacos with no cilantro. When picking up my order It had cilantro, the gentleman made me new tacos however he gave me all carne asada, after one bite I did not care as it was really good, so I was going to eat them regardless. Next thing I knew he was bringing me out additional tacos (the correct ones) at no charge. Great experience and the food was really awesome. Located in the Moab food truck park, I think this might've been the best tasting meal I had. I just wanted a light lunch so got a carne asada taco and a spicy pork taco. Tacos are $3 each, so they aren't cheap but also won't break the bank. I think for a normal sized meal, it would be good to eat three. The carne asada was a little tough and dry and flavorless until I added the salsa. Tried both the green and red salsa and they were good, one was supposed to be spicier than the other but I couldn't really tell. The spicy pork was delicious and I would order just that one again. The pork was full of flavor and fresh and juicy. I only wish they could've put some pineapple slices on top. Less for more but tasty. We like authentic and we like food trucks. We've frequented many across the US. So when we saw this place, we immediately wanted to try it out. I noticed their tacos are slightly more expensive than most (just a quarter or so each). They don't do the typical double tortilla with the mini tortillas. Instead they give you one standard size tortilla which is plenty since the also give you a little less meat. I asked for more salsa but was told they'd have to charge me. So while I was waiting on my order wondering if this rocky start was going to be worth it, I noticed that it took a little longer too, but because it's fresh. We liked them very much and went back for more. Meat was good. Salsa was good. Limes were fresh and juicy. Came with one radish slice per taco and one cucumber slice per taco.
