I am so impressed with the incredible customer service from Private Car Storage Irvine/Pasadena. At first we didn't know if this company would store our car-- we have a 10 year old Toyota and the cars that they store are very high-end. We also only needed to store our car for 5 months -- not a very long term contract. Not only did we get a call back right away, but Stephanie was so kind and helpful. She gave us great advice about exercising our car-- (other places that we called do not offer that service) and checked with us about things like car registration being due and our insurance--showing that details matter to this company-- and everything that she suggested really helped us. Plus their prices were absolutely reasonable and I like the fact that car storage is what they do-- it isn't just that they found a space in their storage unit parking lot. If you have a fancy car or need a long term contract, I'm sure that Private Car Storage would be great, but you will be treated well no matter what kind of car you drive. First and foremost, as a Beverly Hills resident, I tend to have extremely high standards. Thus, for better or for worse my nature tends to make me somewhat of a difficult customer. Having said this, my experience with Private Car Storage in Irvine has been phenomenal. Specifically, Stephanie at their corporate office and Kevin at their Irvine location went above and beyond when it came to storing my brand new Range Rover. I had an issue with a weird smell emanating from my brake calipers/emergency brake. Kevin texted and sent me a video stating/showing that all was well. I had to extend my move out dates. Stephanie happily obliged and didn't even charge me for the extra day. The place is filled with lambos, ferraris, and other luxury autos. The quality of these cars I think, poetically and literally, is reflective of the quality of service that Private Car Storage offers. When I went to private car storage I wasn't looking for a luxury experience, but I learned quickly that's what is being provided. This company takes their customer service to a very high standard, I talked to several of the employees during my storage there and they all were extremely generous with their help and time. I'm a New Yorker, so the prices offered were quite low relative to what I'm used to. However the real value is in the service, I could go on and on about the little extras that made this a premium company. From several personal accommodations, to having the vehicle ready out front, test driven, washed, tires shined, ready to go when I picked it up. If I lived in the area I wouldn't think twice about storing any vehicle there. Top notch. read more

Had a great experience with Kevin at private car storage. We were probably a little unusual for them in that we needed some short term storage and frequent access to the vehicle. Kevin was great! Accommodated all our requests, took great care of our car and went above and beyond in their service. We appreciate all the efforts they took to accommodate us and look after the car and ensure that we were satisfied. Car was ready to go on pick up, they obviously take a lot of car to ensure that the cars are well cared for and that they understand your requirements. Our requirements changed daily! Outstanding customer service in a day and age where this concept seems rare! Carol took my call, answered all of my questions, did my application over the phone with me, and arranged the pick up of my vehicle because I am not in the area. Everything was handled via phone call and email and her follow up phone calls were very helpful. Additional offers for assistance, such as the purchase of a car cover were appreciated. The delightful and always lovely English accent was a plus, but of course that was incidental to the fabulous customer care and service. This takes a huge weight off my shoulders! I was so lucky to find these guys and company. I send a truck from Montreal to California for a trade show. The transport company delivered my vehicle a few weeks before the show so I had to store the vehicle somewhere safe and trustable. Great experience. I needed to store a vehicle for an unknown period of time - and manage the transaction from Michigan. Stephanie was great to work with - quoted costs did not change which was a big fear. The Staff at Private Car Storage are very professional and a pleasure to work with. We have stored two cars with Private car Storage for over a year while our home was being remodeled. Our cars were always ready to go when requested. The tires were checked, the batteries fully charged and the cars cleaned and vacuumed.
