They provided more movers for the hourly cost than the other two companies and were available. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) Moving is so stressful, but I had such a nice experience with them the first time around, so I knew I wanted to hire them again for this move. They worked so hard and were so detailed with packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading. I moved from a one bedroom apt located on the second floor in the San Fernando Valley to a condo in the San Gabriel Valley. Two guys showed up and showed out. Everything arrived safely and undamaged.
