Josie worked with us to get the best possible location and was patient with us while we made our decisions. Another GREAT thing they offer is the one time use of their moving truck. That was SOO helpful for the larger items! Every time we go there, we are greeted with soothing music, the place is clean, and they always have moving carts available to use. We also appreciate their nice big, tall elevators. The in and out is very easy as well, especially with the app, where you can open the gate with your phone. We were able to downsize to 2 units and then 1, unit, each time applying any time already paid for, to the remaining units. That was a very nice feature. We also always felt very safe, even on nights and weekends. The place is very well lit. I would recommend AAA Quality Self Storage to anyone looking for a good, dependable storage facility. I can't recommend this storage facility after the second time storing here. They are impossible to get a hold of and they give you the run around. The upstairs units are supposed to be temperature controlled but they are lying through their teeth, every-time we went to our unit it was stuffy and hot as heck up there. They also don't manage the space and tenants well, often times I would come and someone would be blocking the gate or taking up the entire loading area even though you can easily fit two cars. There's really no other parking for when you just need to grab a thing or two which leads to that issue as well. Overall awful experience. Dwight was the only great thing about this place as a he was very personable and helpful in getting us set up this time. Very expensive for no temperature control, it's a lie.

The 1800 number turned out to be an After hours hotline that was closed no answer from them . Since I was not the only person stuck a person on the outside told me she would go speak to the employee at the front office to see if she could help us out but the employee only said once again to dial the same number and shut the office door. Her behavior was unprofessional, petty, and frankly, not what you'd expect from someone managing a customer-facing business. The final straw was when she told me to pack up and leave because I was draining only water -- nothing harmful, nothing dangerous -- just water. She claimed it was against policy, yet when I asked to see where that was stated in the lease agreement, she couldn't provide any clear documentation. Nothing in what she showed me outlined that I was in violation. It felt completely arbitrary and personal. She even made a point to say she's on-site and has seen burglaries and more. Hearing that from a manager actually made me feel less secure about storing my belongings there. Between that and her attitude, I knew this wasn't a place I wanted to leave my property. Katie's handling of the situation showed a serious lack of professionalism and understanding of the actual lease terms. If she's going to enforce rules, they should be clearly written and consistent -- not based on her mood or personal bias. At the very least, she should be trained on how to interpret and communicate policies properly. I would not recommend this location to anyone until there's a serious review of management. After how I was treated, I didn't feel safe or respected, and that's a non-negotiable when choosing a storage facility.

I just chalked it up to old man stuff; who gets excited by storage? Well fast forward to today and now I'm an older man and let me tell you, service matters. Art was the first person to help me; he was so polite, helpful, and best of all, NOT PUSHY! He showed me all three units they had, and at the end I mentioned I was going to check out public storage, a competitor down the street. Art smiled and said I should def check them out, because it would mean I would be coming back to him. Boy was he right; I went, checked it out, and came running back the next day asking if Art still had space left for me Nate helped me with my paperwork, payment; etc etc, and like Art; wasn't pushy and ultra polite. My move in date was a week away, so he recommended we put a hold on the spot I wanted, and when I was ready, to call him up A week later, I called up the shop and they were able to not only rent me to unit; BUT offer a moving truck to help me move, free of charge! David drove the truck to my place, got the ramp down for us and when we were done, drove the truck back for us to offload.
