I rented a storage unit 20x10 for $277 with a discount end of Dec. now I got an email that they are rising the price from $277 to $399 on the first of April. This is highway robbery. Then when customers cannot afford that the company Auctions off the unit and pocket the money! There should be a law against this. They shouldn't be able to raise the price over $50% in couple of months i will definitely seek to end this stealing practice asap! I will be putting this issue on Nov. Elections! read more

It's a clean looking place, the deal was good for the 3 months. However, I know some people sleep there... Also, I finally took my packed boxes of things. I've unboxed so far 3 kitchen boxes and tell me why there's a bunch of these white flies :( Looks like Clothes Moths! My chairs were covered in them as well. We've NEVER had this problem when we move. This is our first time using a storage unit. Now we have to deep clean our couch & chairs... incase there's eggs! read more

Avoid This Location. I rented a storage, was told by doing everything online I could move the next day which was new year. I believe but to my surprise I show the next day everything pack in a rented truck and place is closed and worse they did not send me a gate code which, it was going to be useless because the location was not open either on the gate site. Basically they locked everyone out from their rented units,I called and costumers service told me front office was closed but storage site was open LIES. I had no choice but to rented and storage somewhere else because I had to return the rented truck and I couldn't wait till the 5 as I was told by public storage. THEN the WORST OF SCAMMERS wouldn't and hasn't refunded me the 53.69 dollars that I paid but the I can still believe they have the audacity to still say that I have a balance due and moving in fee that I haven't paid when I moved out, WHAT!!! Yeah so basically they are charging a moving in fee for a unit I never saw or didn't even move in or set a foot inside the place. Then they said my refund was gonna be only 25.79 because the renting fee of 28 dollars. Imagine they do this to 100 people how much they are stealing intentionally. They even fix the amount charged and send me a different receipt but my credit card is showing the real amount. The receipt they send me says I still owned them 5 dollars and a charged of MERCHANDISE SALE for 21.99 which is another lie because I never got nothing from them. They are trying to justify the 28.00 dollars charge but like I said my credit card shows the real amount charged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY HAVENT REFUNDED ME SINCE FEBRUARY 3RD but they are still bugging me that I owned then 5 dollars in order for me to get my refund. Oh but they say if I don't paid them account was going to be sent to a collection agency . I booked a storage unit for Friday and was told I could cancel before or on the day of. I called on Friday to cancel, and the female employee I spoke with assured me it would be taken care of. I never received a confirmation email, and no refund ever came through. The next day, I called back only to be told my cancellation was never processed at all. On top of that, they only refunded $20 out of the $65 I paid, for a unit I never even stepped foot into, since everything was done online. This company does not follow their own policies, and they take zero accountability for their mistakes. I lost money simply because an employee didn't do their job. If you value honesty, clear communication, and reliable service, do not use this storage facility. read more

Staff here was pretty friendly but the district manager Lizanne is a total BI**H. Called several times to get my payment settled since I moved out and was locked out of my account. Left voicemails over the course of a few days. I was told by the office staff I would be charged a late fee if I don't pay by the 11th so of course I want To avoid that and have been trying to call and speak to Lizanne see if we can come to an agreement and get it situated, because it never hurts to ask right. She finally calls back and was just being a sarcastic Bi*** didn't even bother to listen to what I had to say. I moved to Lake Elsinore and am trying to make my payment online or over the phone and they're pretty much useless did not help at all so now I have to drive down back to Irvine to make a bs payment that I shouldn't have had to make in the first place. read more

This is a pretty awesome site. It's clean, large, decent hours and air conditioned. It's in a safe location with a huge parking lot (they should actually build a bit more storage there the parking is so large). Overall, a great location. The price just goes up a little too fast--but I think that is the nature of these kinds of places. When it becomes too high for me, I just cancel it and take my stuff elsewhere and then decide to go back maybe in a couple years if needed (for a lower price for a while at least). What I'm giving 5-stars for is the customer service. They're great: good vibes, communication and service. I worked with Margaret recently and each interaction left a smile on my face. Taylor is an amazing soul to work with.. One of the best customer service individuals, very easy to speak to and as helpful as possible. Yes, public storage ups the rents frequently. I never expected to have items there for 9 years. The rates got out of control for my budget for sure. That said - I like the quality of the property. my unit, and the entire property, is very clean. I don't see a lot of 'critters' or evidence of them. My belongings are in great shape. I'd recommend the facility, yet advise people not to keep a unit for more than 2 years before your rates increase significantly beyond the starting point. read more

Rates went up every month without any formal notice of changes! lien put on when not even a week late.They told me I had until a certain date to pay, I called to pay that day and they had already sold my PERSONAL, SENTIMENTAL items that I can't replace. I'm so late doing this. But this is my first time going to a storage unit. For the first time couple weeks ago, I went to go and check out the storage unit and I was greeted by a lovely helpful gentleman I forgot his name but he had tattoos and a beard might've been brown haired or ginger. He showed me the unit before I made the commitment then I agreed to take my unit space after taking a look. Once I made the commitment I came in before my move in date. And I was greeted by Margaret who helped me out and brought me Chris. Chris made the process quick and easy and made the process enjoyable, memorable, and laughable. Such a friendly environment and the staff are amazing and so funny!! Both Chris and Margaret were amazing! This is an excellent location off of the 55 freeway. Margaret is extremely helpful and pleasant every time I'm on the property. Ok I will start with the only downside. This facility has only 2 bathrooms. Everything else is great. Supportive front desk safety with police cars patrolling the parking lot several times during the day. Overall cleanliness is good plus it has AC and a very central location. I have been renting here over 2 years and used different size "spaces" such as 5x10 and 10x10. A little hint for savers: after 6 months or so they tend to increase prices which is when you should look for alternatives. Sometimes it pays to move your stuff into another space in the same building using the online deals to avoid that. read more

I clicked on the ad link for $1 on first month only to find out at the store that its not guaranteed and it depends on availability!! Also i wanted a 5x4 unit but they gave me an upper locker that you need to get a ladder to climb on to get to? Very unhappy The move in out of pocket was too much for such a small unit inconvenient unit Was there on Saturday at 845 and there was no one at the office yet!! Very unprofessional. I can't say enough about the customer service in the front office. This, I might add, is especially appreciated during a time when customer service seems non existent most places. And I'm not easy on places in this regard- I run a successful business that is driven through superior customer service. Let's start with Miriam, the manager. Her energy is present the minute you walk in the door. So upbeat and friendly. I needed a cart to use and she met me at the entrance I was at before I even got out of my vehicle. She's so friendly and positive. Next, Cheyenne. A few days later I went back to inquire about getting into my unit as I had lost my key. She has the same upbeat, positive energy as Miriam. And just as easy as that, $20 for a new lock and I'm good to go. Miriam came in and again, just has an energy that is contagious. It's clear to me that she leads with her energy and has a staff that understands simply being nice to people and smiling and being helpful goes a very long way. I can't leave out Taylor who called me a few days later to let me know my lock had been replaced and I could come any time to the office to get the new key. Again!!! Same customer service and upbeat, friendly manner. This level of customer service is a breath of fresh air in time when it just doesn't seem to exist anywhere. Thank you to the amazing staff at this PS location!! P.S. To all the reviewers that gave bad ratings because the price has gone up- are you not paying more for gas, groceries, rent, and absolutely everything else? do not rent from them. our belongings ended up smelling like marijuana and vape as the neighbors were always smoking in the lockers. talked to management about it and they didn't do anything other than acknowledge the issue. i ended up moving out after giving notice and they claimed that i never gave them notice then they put me into collections for full month rent saying i didn't give proper notice. filed bbb complaint and lizann who is district manager called and was completely rude and said she wished i would have talked to them before moving out so they could resolve issue, which i did. said nothing she would or could do to resolve this issue. property is poorly maintained, often has homeless people in it using restrooms or inside of secure areas. read more
