It is not expired. I've sent in proof of insurance a few weeks ago, and was given confirmation it was received. Sending an expiration notice a week ahead of time effectively shortens the deadline once my insurance actually expires (in a week from now). Not taking this nonsense. The bad part: The manager doubles down on the initial message. Maybe the manager should read the initial notice before sending it. Renters be aware.

I STILL have NO IDEA why the alarm goes off, and it was never communicated that you had an alarm of any kind. Does it go off because of noise? Or because the office is closed? I would've loved to know that before signing on. 2 - PRICES WAY TOO OVERPRICED for what you're getting. You're telling me I get to pay $200 a month to get my ears blasted off every time I come by. I asked about downsizing, and their prices are still crazy for even a 5 x 7 unit. I could get the same storage for half the price at Instorage in Yorba Linda, AND I won't get the shit scared out of me every time I go in there. 3 - CARTS Generally speaking, most storage places have carts or rollers that you can use, these places make it especially hard for you to use these features. They require that you walk to the front desk (which, if it's far from your unit...good luck) give them your ID or keys, then they give you a key to unlock one particular color-coded cart that is even further from your storage unit. Once you walk all the way back to your unit after walking from the carts,,, after walking FROM the office. You can use the cart. Don't worry. Once you're done. You're gonna have to do the whole process in reverse now just to get your ID back. SERIOUSLY need to rethink the way you give out carts. The staff was fine overall, but they never really "helped" when I actually needed help. For a place that was charging so much, you guys could've been a little more helpful, especially with communication regarding that stupid god forsaken alarm. Can you tell what motivated me to write this? Overall,,,would give 0 stars if I could. Never had a worse storage experience than this place.

In a bit more than a year rates have skyrocket nearly 50% from $150 to $223 a month. On top of that the property is completely infested with rats which have gotten into my unit and destroyed my furniture. Jennifer Geierman who is the property manager is completely derelict in her duties and will disappear for long periods at a time so you can't get help from the office(we'll be right back sign pictured below). My emails asking for information on the insurance policy they've been charging me for for over a year were completely ignored. When I asked her for help locating my unit she was completely rude. Self storage is a complete commodity in 2025 and there are much better options than this fly by night facility that falls well short of industry standards
