I was never told about this, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to move an item out or put an item in, this LOUD ASS ALARM would always go off and scare the ever-loving life out of me. I STILL have NO IDEA why the alarm goes off, and it was never communicated that you had an alarm of any kind. Does it go off because of noise? Or because the office is closed? No idea, but it went off every time I went to this place. Please let us know if there's a lunk alarm like a Planet Fitness! I would've loved to know that before signing on. 2 - PRICES WAY TOO OVERPRICED for what you're getting. You're telling me I get to pay $200 a month to get my ears blasted off every time I come by. I asked about downsizing, and their prices are still crazy for even a 5 x 7 unit. I could get the same storage for half the price at Instorage in Yorba Linda, AND I won't get the shit scared out of me every time I go in there. 3 - CARTS Generally speaking, most storage places have carts or rollers that you can use, these places make it especially hard for you to use these features. They require that you walk to the front desk (which, if it's far from your unit...good luck) give them your ID or keys, then they give you a key to unlock one particular color-coded cart that is even further from your storage unit. Once you walk all the way back to your unit after walking from the carts,,, after walking FROM the office. You can use the cart. Don't worry. Once you're done. You're gonna have to do the whole process in reverse now just to get your ID back. SERIOUSLY need to rethink the way you give out carts. The staff was fine overall, but they never really "helped" when I actually needed help. For a place that was charging so much, you guys could've been a little more helpful, especially with communication regarding that stupid god forsaken alarm. Can you tell what motivated me to write this? Overall,,,would give 0 stars if I could. Never had a worse storage experience than this place.

The 1800 number turned out to be an After hours hotline that was closed no answer from them . Since I was not the only person stuck a person on the outside told me she would go speak to the employee at the front office to see if she could help us out but the employee only said once again to dial the same number and shut the office door. She was very rude and no help .

Her behavior was unprofessional, petty, and frankly, not what you'd expect from someone managing a customer-facing business. The final straw was when she told me to pack up and leave because I was draining only water -- nothing harmful, nothing dangerous -- just water. She claimed it was against policy, yet when I asked to see where that was stated in the lease agreement, she couldn't provide any clear documentation. Nothing in what she showed me outlined that I was in violation. It felt completely arbitrary and personal. She even made a point to say she's on-site and has seen burglaries and more. Hearing that from a manager actually made me feel less secure about storing my belongings there. Between that and her attitude, I knew this wasn't a place I wanted to leave my property. Katie's handling of the situation showed a serious lack of professionalism and understanding of the actual lease terms. If she's going to enforce rules, they should be clearly written and consistent -- not based on her mood or personal bias. At the very least, she should be trained on how to interpret and communicate policies properly. I would not recommend this location to anyone until there's a serious review of management. After how I was treated, I didn't feel safe or respected, and that's a non-negotiable when choosing a storage facility.

I just chalked it up to old man stuff; who gets excited by storage? Well fast forward to today and now I'm an older man and let me tell you, service matters. Art was the first person to help me; he was so polite, helpful, and best of all, NOT PUSHY! He showed me all three units they had, and at the end I mentioned I was going to check out public storage, a competitor down the street. Art smiled and said I should def check them out, because it would mean I would be coming back to him. Boy was he right; I went, checked it out, and came running back the next day asking if Art still had space left for me Nate helped me with my paperwork, payment; etc etc, and like Art; wasn't pushy and ultra polite. My move in date was a week away, so he recommended we put a hold on the spot I wanted, and when I was ready, to call him up A week later, I called up the shop and they were able to not only rent me to unit; BUT offer a moving truck to help me move, free of charge! David drove the truck to my place, got the ramp down for us and when we were done, drove the truck back for us to offload. [Parking]: Easy and free parking inside of a business park. [Products]: The shop has front and back areas and I didn't realize customers can also access back / warehouse area of the shop until one of the staff mentioned it. The front area offer smaller cardboard boxes while back area offer larger cardboard boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wraps. However, I was looking for a small bag of packing peanuts and the shop only offers one HUGE bag of packing peanut for $26. Then I asked about bubble wrappers in smaller size and unfortunately they only offer bubble wrappers in bulk sizes. They don't clearly label prices so customers will need to ask the staff for actual prices. [Conclusion]: Overall this is a nice packaging supply shop for anyone who does e-commerce as a side hustle (bulk packaging supply purchase), but this is not the best shop for anyone who has this one-and-done shipping package as they have no need to purchase bulk supplies - I ended up at my local Walmart store and got what I need for my shipment.
