Serv-All Packaging had an excellent and diverse collection of sealable plastic bags available four years ago. I was hoping in the future to purchase a bunch for organizing my collection of Disney press kits. A year or so later I checked their website and noticed that all their plastic bags were missing. So I contacted them and they told me that they had put in an order to their suppliers in China six months previous and that the shipment had never arrived to their office in the U.S. It has now been four years and it looks like their shipment still hasn't arrived. Recently I need to buy some shipping supplies for one small package and I decided to stop by this packaging supply shop in Santa Ana. [Parking]: Easy and free parking inside of a business park. [Products]: The shop has front and back areas and I didn't realize customers can also access back / warehouse area of the shop until one of the staff mentioned it. The front area offer smaller cardboard boxes while back area offer larger cardboard boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wraps. However, I was looking for a small bag of packing peanuts and the shop only offers one HUGE bag of packing peanut for $26. Then I asked about bubble wrappers in smaller size and unfortunately they only offer bubble wrappers in bulk sizes. They don't clearly label prices so customers will need to ask the staff for actual prices. [Conclusion]: Overall this is a nice packaging supply shop for anyone who does e-commerce as a side hustle (bulk packaging supply purchase), but this is not the best shop for anyone who has this one-and-done shipping package as they have no need to purchase bulk supplies - I ended up at my local Walmart store and got what I need for my shipment. Personally I like Box City better, but they don't have any locations in Orange County. read more

We have been buying from them for over 10 years, all of a sudden, they started DOUBLING their prices as soon as they got their new "software POS system". Absolutely the worst business model. These guys are pathetic. Honestly, if you are still buying here, you are getting screwed. The prices are even higher than Uline with delivery. They have awesome customer service I was greeted as soon as I walked in and quickly asked if I needed help finding anything. They have a great selection of boxes for decent prices especially for the bigger odd sized boxes that I happened to be looking for this day, even though they didn't have the exact size I needed they had very close to it which was perfect and actually worked out a bit better. If you have a warehouse and do shipping and/or manufacturing....this is a great resource for all the little items you end up needing. All I needed is a decently priced wrapping paper roll and couldn't find anything. Either it was a tiny Saran Wrap roll expensively sold in Home Depot or it was only sold commercially. After I found them online I called and the person on the other line was nice and informative, telling me everybody can buy their cheap inventory. Once there, he was even nicer and very honest to replace the expensive roll I picked up with a cheaper better one! I've only been coming here for a few months because I didn't know it existed, otherwise, I'd be saying that I'd been coming here for years. They are very well stocked in different sizes of boxes, different sizes and thickness of poly bags, tape, impulse sealers, filler material. Anything you need for packing or shipping, they have it and at great prices. As others have stated, you can buy in bulk and depending on your stock, individually too. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have a business account, they keep your receipts on file, in case you lose them. I only wish they had weekend hours, because I can't usually make it in during their M-F 8-5 schedule. Even if they had a Saturday half-day, that would be awesome. I digress.
