The staff is excellent! Helpful since I approached them til loading the big sacks in my van. My only recommendation to the store owner is to post up prices on the items. I went to this store after reading that they have cheaper prices than other hydro stores. There was no info online, and I had to keep asking prices; you can't compare prices from one brand to the next too because you have to ask each time. In this area maybe the prices are cheap already but I've found other (farther) stores with less expensive same items. read more

I'll be generous with a 4 star rating. I'd recommend knowing what you're looking for before you go in. My experience with one person working there who either didn't know about the product or was offering me an nonconsensual product upgrade along with a higher price almost left me feeling disappointed. Luckily, there was another person working there who was able to help me sort it out. I had entered prepared to buy more, but since that was the ONE thing I knew about, I wasn't about to ask about other items on my list without researching first so as to not be duped again. read more

Don't go here if you don't know what you're doing. I walked in and had a few questions and they weren't helpful. They basically ignored me until I bugged them enough to get my questions answered.
