This industry is continually changing, prices spike and fall, products continue to improve as does your competitors. If you don't learn how to cut the fat out, you have zero chance for it to be lucrative. I'd rather gatekeep this place since i love it, but here I am. Please support this great business…read more It really is one of my favorite go to spots for everything garden related. They have quality soil (fox farm), fertilizer (tiger bloom), vidawool, hydroponic products, irrigation tubes & accessories, perlite, garden pots, saucers, most things a gardener needs. Friendly workers, the price is affordable, all around great place to shop whether you are just a hobbyist or commercial grower. Would recommend this place to anyone.

He was informative and friendly over the phone. In person, he was amazing with even more knowledge to share. Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. As always, I get lost and hidden behind product shelves, but Jeff took the initiative to take notice and greeted my hubby and I with enthusiasm. While I'm not new to keeping (killing) indoor plants, I am new to hydroponics and fertilizing my indoor plants. So, I appreciate the education, especially from people who have been doing this for a long time. It's important for me to learn from people who are not condescending or impatient because it will turn me away so quickly. All this to say that Taylor really took the time to explain so many products to me and made both his personal and budget friendly recommendations. If you're looking for genuine people who know what they're doing and what they're selling, this is it!

Inventory appears healthy, though as other reviews mentioned, prices are slightly higher than similar plant stores and nurseries. When I came on a Sunday afternoon, there was a workshop happening (the other two-thirds of the space), so classes are probably where the Green Place focuses most of their efforts I would guess. The associate up front wasn't friendly or unfriendly, but I also didn't feel compelled to leave with a new houseplant. Maybe if the occasion arises, it would be a fun spot to do a group activity - but personally, that isn't today for me.

The plants I got were some Pothos, Dracaena, and Monstera. I loved that they explained to me how to take care of the plants. The team there also helped me select the plants that would be best for the amount of light that comes into my place. The average cost for the plants I bought were around $12-15 and I'd say they're about small-medium sized plants. As a bonus, they also partnered with another small business that offers pottery painting towards the back of the store. You could probably purchase a plant and then paint something to put the plant in. How cool!

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THIS CONTINUED ONGOING EXPERIENCE WITH THE NUMBER LISTED ON THIS YELP PAGE AND THE SAME NUMBER LISTED ON THE SCREENSHOTS. They claim that there's another company with the same name. This must not be a legitimate company as it would be impossible for there to be 2 companies with the same name in the same state doing offering the same products. Fictitious name searches must be done prior to choosing a company name to insure that the name isn't already an active business. The person behind the phone continues to texts me books repeating the same thing over and over. THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THIS CURRENT EXPERIENCE.
