There's tons of trees and succulents options too. Pay under the canopy. $10 minimum to use credit card, so bring cash if you're buying just one crop!

Everything organized and laid out for easy viewing. The quality of the plants is unbelievable. Each person we came in contact with who worked there was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. A+ in customer service which we all know is unheard of these days. I'm a very indecisive woman that can't make up her mind. The gentleman who helped me through my craziness name was Don. He was extremely patient and shared ideas and inspirations with my husband and I. By the time we left several hours later I was so pleased with all the decisions we made. It's more vintage than nursery. They have gobs of old things and old things holding plants. In all honesty, I was shocked at the limited plant offerings, they had a reasonable grouping of small succulents but I don't recall seeing normal nursery options. Rather scant selection of flowering plants and shrubs my mother in law picked up a wee succulent and the price was reasonable. A few items had prices. It was like a garage sale in that you had to ask about each item individually. I felt somewhat panicked at the chaotic layout and setting. I had a strong urge to leave. I'm sooo disappointed and will not return.

It is called that because of the shape of the 3 "berries" where they form a V shape and will turn black forming the ears and nose (Not edible) I think it is a plant from Vietnam. It is a hardy easy to grow that I have had over 3 years or more. Looking forward to going back to see what they have!

We visited Van's Nursery because we were looking for some exotic fruit trees to plant in the…read morebackyard. My boyfriend found Van's Nursery when he was researching so we decided to check them out since they seem to have a vast variety of fruit trees in their inventory. When we arrived, we were in awe because the nursery looked like a jungle. They had so many different varieties of fruit trees from Mangos (a huge selection of different kinds) Cherimoya, Red Atemoya, Longan, Hosui Asian Pear, Pakistani rare white and red mulberry, different varieties of guavas, wax apples, peach, nectarine, plus so many more I can't possibly list all of them. You'll have to check it out in person. We can't believe how lush and beautiful this nursery is. We felt like we were transported into a jungle at times. We had to brace ourselves to enter certain sections of the nursery because it was so dense with trees. They take really good care of the trees and plants because everything at the nursery was thriving. We loved the Rooster that was roaming freely and they have a pet cat there as well. Mrs. Van and her brother-in-law were there on Sunday and they are two of the nicest people. Mr. Van's brother was super nice and helpful and Mrs. Van was so kind and generous. She recommended her favorite guava tree to us and even took us to the tree she keeps for herself at the nursery to have us try the fruit and it was AMAZING!! They gave us a great deal on all the trees we bought. We got a Valencia Pride Mango tree, guava tree (we went with the one Mrs. Van recommended) Pakistani Mulberry tree, Hosui Asian Pear. They gifted us a Papaya tree since we bought 4 trees at the nursery. It was a very kind and generous gift. In addition, she gave us a bunch of ruby guavas to take home. They do have delivery service since all the trees were too big and wouldn't fit in our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mr. Van's brother delivered it the same day to our door. The price of all their trees, plants, and herbs are fair and reasonable. We know because we visited 5 nurseries before coming to Van's Nursery. I read some negative reviews about rudeness and only catering to Vietnamese people which is totally untrue. Yes, English is their second language but with patience we were able to communicate. So if a little language barrier is the reason you leave a negative review then please go elsewhere. We definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for amazing exotic trees. We will be coming here to get more trees. Thank you Mrs. Van and Mr. Van's brother we appreciate everything.
