One of my customers recommended this place to me after we were commiserating about the cost of…read moregarden soil. I have raised beds and wanted to top them off with quality stuff, but the good stuff is like $30 a bag. He recommended GreenCoast and said they have great options. I went a couple of weeks ago and was immediately greeted by the employees who were just finishing up with another customer. I told them what I was looking for and they had great recommendations for raised beds - the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Blend was an amazing deal there! I also asked for a good potting soil for my indoor plants and I got a huge bag at the fraction of the price I was paying to make my own blend. Great customer service and they even helped load everything into my car. I'll be back again soon for sure!

I wasn't going to pay $30+ for a bag of fox farm soil like I did in OC. I did a quick yelp search…read moreon where to buy fox farm soil & GreenCoast came up. It's catered to hydroponics but you don't have to be into that style of growing to find this store useful. It's located in a random business park & the entrance is in the back. At first glance it doesn't seem like much but step inside & there's everything you need from netting to cloning gel. A big bag of the Fox Farm soil was $14. Such a steal ! I haven't seen it that low anywhere. I will be coming back here for more when I run out. Friendly service too.

I'd rather gatekeep this place since i love it, but here I am. Please support this great business…read more It really is one of my favorite go to spots for everything garden related. They have quality soil (fox farm), fertilizer (tiger bloom), vidawool, hydroponic products, irrigation tubes & accessories, perlite, garden pots, saucers, most things a gardener needs. Friendly workers, the price is affordable, all around great place to shop whether you are just a hobbyist or commercial grower. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The guys (Taylor and Jeff) who were working today were awesome. I had called beforehand to see if…read morethey had the General Hydroponics products that I was looking for and spoke with Taylor. He was informative and friendly over the phone. In person, he was amazing with even more knowledge to share. Jeff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. As always, I get lost and hidden behind product shelves, but Jeff took the initiative to take notice and greeted my hubby and I with enthusiasm. While I'm not new to keeping (killing) indoor plants, I am new to hydroponics and fertilizing my indoor plants. So, I appreciate the education, especially from people who have been doing this for a long time. It's important for me to learn from people who are not condescending or impatient because it will turn me away so quickly. All this to say that Taylor really took the time to explain so many products to me and made both his personal and budget friendly recommendations. If you're looking for genuine people who know what they're doing and what they're selling, this is it!

They waited for me, and when I got there they had my order ready to go. They also loaded it all in my trunk!!! What company could do anything better than them! I highly recommend!!! PS For some reason Yelp is not also letting me select 'Value' but I wanted to mention that their price was better than anyone's around!

My friend who is a gardener/landscaper told me to look for a hydroponics store, so we could find…read moresome starter trays since we had trouble finding it elsewhere. I had to look up incubator/propagator everywhere, and I think for Home Depot, they sell them in bulk and have to be ordered for pick-up in store. Anyway, we went to Walmart and the Dollar Tree, and I don't think they had it. This store has a little bit of everything from 99.9% alcohol, 30% vinegar, fertilizers, seeds, fans, dehumidifiers, pruners, etc. They also have Clonex in 1 qt, 1 gallon, and 5 gallons, as well as in mist form. It has a distinct smell, but the employee was friendly and chill. We have been using the supplies we got here to clone some plumbagos and coffee berry plants. The goal is to also try to clip some Mexican elderberries, too. There is a lot of moisture, though, so definitely make sure to vent properly. My friend got me some shears here, and I believe they are $7. I haven't used them yet, but I will update once I do, and hopefully we will be back because he said some of the stuff is decently priced.
