Service was fine and the frozen food was okay. If you're in a pinch, it works. That said, the food had a lot of ice crystals, which can be a sign it's been thawed and refrozen. The color also looked a bit dull compared to what I expected. read more

Very pleasant experience here. Had to buy a big bag of feed with my two babies, and the woman checking me out was extremely kind and warm. A gentleman who worked there carried the feed out to my car for me, put our cart away and held the door for us. So kind! they only care about money. wouldn't let me get the free bag of food (AFTER BUYING 12 BAGS) my cats prefer and made me get the cheaper bag that they don't like anymore! the lady wasn't helpful when i was asking why i couldn't get my FREE normal bag of food, said it was "too expensive and i needed a cheaper bag" seems this family owned business only cares about money unfortunately. read more

My absolute favorite feed store. They carry TC senior gold which is hard to find. Always helpful and a positive vibe in the store.

So so so happy this place has opened up because this place is my life saver. Having an exotic pet (anything livestock) is difficult sometimes because unless you live on the border of the country then its hard to find the supplies you need. I have 2 pet pigs so this place is my one stop shop. From the terramiga pine shavings for their litter to the mazuri pig food, which I can't find almost anywhere anymore, this store has it all! Plus it's always nice and busy. The staff are all extremely friendly and they always help me load my car for all the heavy bags I bring home. They have fair prices on the products and I couldn't be happier that this place exists! Thank you so much from our family to yours! We will be back soon for more supplies, that's for sure. read more

Employees were all masked and they had bottles of sanitizer easily accessible. I called ahead to make sure they were open and had my items. The employee who answered was friendly. I've been to this store about 5+ times now so I felt they deserved a good review! This store is super clean, always stocked, and the employees are very knowledgeable. My dog has been having some food allergies and the employees recommended a food that my dog loves and is doing well on. I love supporting small businesses and so I will continue to shop here from now on for all my pet's needs! This is my favorite feed store, and ever since they reopened under new management it has been better than ever! The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection. Not to mention there is always someone available to help you who is knowledgeable and friendly. I buy food, toys, and bedding here for my ferrets but they also have a wide variety of supplies for farm animals, dogs, cats, etc. The price is also significantly lower than bigger chains or even other small feed stores I have been to. read more

Caution: These people may sell you an expensive bag of bugs!!! My boyfriend and I bought a bag of mazuri chinchilla food here but when we opened it at home we discovered that it was filled with hundreds and hundreds of tiny bugs that had eaten holes in the pellets. Yelp will not let me share the video of them crawling around the bag but as you might imagine it was pretty nasty. My boyfriend and I were appalled so he double bagged it in some trash bags and immediately drove it back to the pet store. While unloading, the bag ripped setting hundreds of bugs loose in my boyfriend's car. He tossed it in an extra bin he had in the trunk and took it inside only for the cashier, Sophia, who had rung us out just moments before to tell him that she didn't remember him and couldn't give him a refund without a receipt (which he conveniently lost). He shows her his bank statement showing a payment to premier feed and pet at which she begins screaming at the top of her lungs at him. Yelling at him that "WE CANNOT TAKE THAT BACK! THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU!" My boyfriend quickly realized that her emotions were out of control so he asked for a manager who was calmer but would still not give a refund. Be careful shopping here! Tractor Supply might be a bit further but they are a reliable company that sells everything Premier Pet sells and for a cheaper price plus better customer service! read more

They are all very nice and have the items I need at reasonable prices. I always feel welcomed every time I go here. I know if they didn't have what I want they are willing to order it for me. I purchase feed and hay for 13 horses and 5 goats and have had a hard time finding a supplier that was consistent with both quality of hay and customer service. Premier Feed has become my new supplier, excellent customer service and consistently has good quality alfalfa and Bermuda. They deliver and stack the hay in my barn for me, they don't drop the load and go. Tom and Jeff are both very customer-service oriented and genuinely nice guys.
