THIS STORE SEVERELY NEGLECTS THEIR REPTILES ‼…read more They sold me a dying bearded dragon for $50, claiming she came from a "friend of an employee." I took her home because I couldn't leave her there in that condition. Since then, I've spent over $2,000 on veterinary care trying to treat: * multiple parasites * a possible virus * and severe long-term health complications she will likely never fully recover from This was not a one-time issue. This store keeps their animals in improper conditions with little to no enrichment and poor husbandry practices. I even asked an employee directly about their care standards, and they admitted they keep reptiles on reptile carpet -- something that is widely known in the reptile community to be unsafe due to: * bacteria buildup * risk of nail/toe injury * unsanitary conditions There was no concern, no accountability, and no effort to improve. Please do your research before supporting this business. No animal deserves to suffer due to neglect like this.

So on a whim... and because diesel is over $6 a gallon and Lily is part Great Pyrenees (IYKYK) we thought we'd run her down the street for what was quoted on the phone as a $50 bath, nails, and deshedding. Well... as if I didn't already hate myself for "cheating" on my long term ... sigh... they DOUBLED THE PRICE without any call or conversation. Now, when I called perhaps they could have found a reasonable explanation. But, what I got was, "prices go up" and "it's fine, don't bring her back if you don't like it". Well... lesson learned. The dog is traumatized and so am I. There will be no repeat visits from us... even for the self-wash area. Dammit.... I hate businesses that don't think they need repeat business!!!! My DAUGHTER dropped her off and picked her up, so nice try with your generational crap there buddy. And you just solidified the "no accountability " of businesses like you these days! If you stand by your $90, that's your business choice. If you quote one thing and charge another... that's sneaky and underhanded. Own it. Don't use my daughter's AGE as your defense!
