Candace and John are the best. The absolute best! They are the sweetest, kindest couple and love all of the dogs they care for like their own. We have four dogs that all go here (we send them in twos), including a stubborn malamute and a people shy shepherd. At the beginning, they always made sure to schedule our shy shepherd end of day so she wasn't around too many new faces. They're incredibly accommodating. The thing I love the most is that grooming doesn't have to be an all-day experience. They don't take a ton of appointments and have dogs sit in kennels all day. They schedule them for when they're going to work on them and then they come home, which definitely reduces my pups' anxiety on grooming day. They always come home clean, dry, and happy, and I always get a photo in front of their seasonal backdrops. I would give them 25 stars if I could. read more

The best dog groomers ever ! Candace and John are not only great at what they do. They are also so kind and loving of pups and clients. It means a lot to know our three pups are safe and well taken care of. Candace has always remembered our names and happy and welcoming every time we drop off and pick up. John stays in the back more. Anytime I have talked to him. He is very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations. Candace is very fast at responding to any questions or scheduling. I typical text instead of calling. We have had other groomers in the past. They are not as personable or welcoming. Over scheduled and just a grooming factory. I am someone who never rates their experience (good or bad) it's just something I read about. But oh my gosh - I genuinely don't know where to start. These people are the most incredible dog groomers I have ever come across in my life (I have a 8 month Golden Retriever a crazy puppy!). But I just HAVE to share my experience for anyone who is looking for truly the BEST OF THE BEST for their baby. You are crazy not to go here! So I just moved down from Boston and I'm tired so I got my dates mixed up! I was supposed to bring Hazel next weekend, so showing up I felt completely stupid but Candice instantly smiled and said she will take her in! I was completely surprised and was totally going to just walk out and bring her next week but her and her wonderful husband came out to look at her and play with her (please do show up at your appropriate time haha they get very busy and I can't imagine the stress I put on them!). So they took her in and I came back in two hours. I couldn't believe my eyes and NOSE! Hazel smelt absolutely incredible and usually she gets super excited to see me, she is so in love with them she didn't even recognize me she just kept kissing the owners haha! That's how well they treated my girl. Her fur has never been more golden and Hazel is a tough cookie to handle (for all my Golden owners I'm sure you can relate!) and they said she behaved very well SHE'S 8 MONTHS! She's a puppy and a crazy one so the fact they managed to get her VERY clean, trimmed her beautifully and got her smelling better than any human wearing cologne I'm completely mind blown. This would be dogs 2nd visit. 1. I took my 12 lb small dog here about 3-4 months ago told it was $50. Upon pick up I was told I would be charged $60. We did not agree on the price and the lady made the appropriate changes. 2. Made an appointment then for second visit and asked if it was then $50 and woman said yes. I took my dog in and got this text above telling me the prices were now $60. I called and the man answering the phone said no we have risen our prices and are gojgn to honor the $60 and I said I guess but will not bring her back. He then told me the prices have gone up and would be $75-80 moving forward. Outlandish!! I said fine do the groom at $60. He then told me I should just pick my dog back up because he felt like we had bad blood now. Wow. OK way to run a business, I think not. I had my day planned around her visit and this has me very upset. ** They charged us $110 for 2 full sized German Shepherds last visit and they too will not be going back. Do the math on that one. You want to charge me $60 for a 12 lb.dog?! Hope you can learn how to treat your customers before you have no more and are out of business. read more

Their website was very easy to use and very informational. I posted on the husky group I am in on Facebook for any recommended groomers, bonus points if they had experience with huskies (I've heard horror stories about double coated dogs at groomers and it takes the right person to get them groomed completely). Multiple people recommended bath brush express! I messaged them and they immediately responded, they asked about my dogs and whether they'd been groomed before. They told me up front how much it would cost and got me scheduled right away. They even put us on a day that they knew was slow in case my dogs needed extra time. The day of I received a text saying I could bring them in earlier if I wanted, I brought them in and they were so sweet with them right away. They confirmed what I wanted and said they would text me to let me know how they were doing. Less than 2 hours later they were done! They had two groomers working on each of my dogs and when I picked them up they looked amazing! Smelled so good and all of their undercoat was gone. I took my 2 large dogs - Australian Shepherd and a German Shepherd here for the first time today. The owners are so friendly and it's clear that they really about animals and want your pets to have a good experience. My Aussie is normally shy but the groomer sat down and let him come to her and was wagging his tail by the time I got the dogs checked in. The shop is super cute and has a large, unobstructed check-in area. There is also a view of the haircut station and the dogs that were there when I arrived looked happy and non-stressed. It took about 2 hrs & 45 mins for both of my dogs to get baths, brushed and deshedding treatments. My Aussie also got a trim on his belly area. The total cost was $150, which I consider to be a good deal. I've paid almost twice as much for mobile groomers and easily pay that much if I go to a large scale or chain groomer. My furbabies looked so pretty and their fur was sleek, soft and shiny when I picked them up. This place did an amazing job and I will definitely be back! read more

Got my dog and he looked phenomenal, they did his nails they gave us bath they brushed his teeth they did a full brush up and it only cost me around 63 bucks with tip.
