Just had to stop and say THANK YOU! to La Bella Paw Spa and everyone there. First: such a chill vibe. Second: so friendly and reassuring. Our rescue dog is completely freaked out by us trying to trim her nails. We tried almost every trick and nothing worked. Called and took her in. 10 minutes later I had a dog with trimmed nails. No magic (even though it seemed like it) but great care and understanding. 100% returning in a month or so to get her used to getting nails done professionally. We have found our answer. The ladies at La Bella Paw Spa are the best! Hands down our favorite pet groomers. We will never go anywhere else now. They are all so kind, gentle, and compassionate with our pets. We have 2 rescues that are both nervous. One senior pup and one pup about 3-5 years old. The ladies always ensure that they have a pleasant experience. Even when you 1st walk in, right away it smells good and everything is set up out in the open. Their pricing is reasonable as well. We paid $70 for a full grooming with nails and ear cleaning plus tip. The pups always smell great for days after a grooming. Also, they keep an adorable hairless cat named Edgar at the shop with them. I look forward to seeing him every time. You can tell these ladies really love animals. His last experience at a different place wasn't great, so I was extra worried about ensuring he has positive grooming experiences since he is still a puppy & I want him to grow to love visiting his groomer. Nikki was so great about answering all my questions & concerns upfront, and she really took the time to get an idea of what I wanted before I booked. Everything about this experience felt different. Visiting from out of state. My pet got car sick and needed a bath ASAP!! Found the business on Yelp and let me tell you it was a great find! I didn't have an appointment, but they took my pet in. Just moved into San Tan Valley neighborhood and got recommendation for La Bella mobile grooming service. Easy to set up, lots of communication after booking and reminders a few days before, and then day of arrival updates from about 30 mins out. No muss, no fuss when arrived. Towed trailer with generator running everything. My girl went right out to truck and hopped in. Good sign she liked the groomer and the environment. Took about an hour to bathe, brush and thoroughly dry. Huge plus for me with a big double coat dog not to come back into house wet. She looks great and was super happy, so no stress. Nikki was super helpful and we were able to get him in the next morning. Brittany was our groomer and she mentioned she also has a shepherd and was great at handling him! We were in and out for a nail clipping in 10 minutes! A feat we have been unsuccessful in doing on our dog for 6 years! In the past we've had to have his nails clipped while he has been under sedation for various medical procedures/ teeth cleaning. Can't recommend La Bella Paw Spa enough! Finally Found a TRUE Dog-Loving Groomer! I was thrilled to discover LaBella--a company that genuinely loves dogs. I brought my sweet Pug, Sailor (who turns into a feisty terror if you touch her paws), for a nail trim. She's so terrified of it that I've had to sedate her multiple times, and groomers in the past have even muzzled her to avoid bites. I had one amazing groomer in North Phoenix who could handle her without issue, but now that I'm in Chandler, it's a 45-minute drive. After reading some terrifying reviews of local spots, I called LaBella. They got me in same-day! The staff was super friendly on the phone, and when I arrived, the place was spotless--with a content dog being groomed right in the open. Nikki greeted me and said she'd be done in a minute. After I explained Sailor's nail-trimming drama, she confidently replied, "No worries--Pugs are like that!" She took Sailor into a room, and I braced for the yelps and growls...but heard nothing! Just a few minutes later, out came my happy, tail-wagging girl. I inspected her paws, stunned, thinking she wasn't able to trim them. but nope--her nails were perfectly short and filed! I kept saying, "Wow, this is awesome!" Thank you so much! I'll definitely take Sailor back and highly recommend--even push my friends to try them too! DO NOT recommend. Poor communication and rude management. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm there was no communication for arrival. The groomer showed up at 3pm. Upon arrival she has an attitude and tells us that she can't do the grooming because we have a trailer parked on our property. There was plenty of other space to park on our property and when I asked her if she could..... she proceeded to have an attitude about it saying there was "no parking" signs posted when there are no signs saying such and our subdivision does not have such rules. Upon calling management. The manager just goes "I have to trust her judgment with the parking" Not an apology or anything till I brought up the groomer being rude for a second time. Crap company and crap manager!!!! read more

My baby has been going to La Bella for a little while now, and I'm so impressed on the staff and the quick scheduling. They are currently working on getting a mobile service, but I might still go into the facility as it's just 7 min away from me. I have a very old poodle and is very sensitive with his joints due to his arthritis. At other facilities I had to medicate him after due to soreness post the grooming process. He has never acted sore or seemed painful after being groomed by La Bella Spa. They take the time and is very sensitive to his needs. Also at other facilities I waited all day to pick him up, and by that time for pick up he is so stressed and tired. La Bella has always had him done in a timely manner and he not wiped out physically or mentally. I would recommend this grooming facility! read more

My dog bandit and I have had two fantastic trips to La bella Paw Spa. Everyone is so incredibly sweet, I was able to get a grooming apt same week I called which was super nice. Bandit was groomed in about an hour and a half and I got a text when he was done! At check in I mentioned that his 15th birthday is next week and they gave him a cute little birthday bandanna to go home with. I used to go to a groomer in Tempe and they would keep Bandit for 4 to 5 hours which was just too long for him to sit in a kennel with his Cushing's.
