Excellent grooming services provided by Amy and her team. They do the best job of any groomer I've ever used. Their attention to detail is amazing and my pup, Lucas, has never looked better! Their prices are reasonable as well. It's great to go pick up Lucas at the end of his grooming session and see him calm, happy and looking the best he's ever looked! I highly recommend Elite Paw Spa! read more

Been using this groomer off and on since 2014 for our dogs. Brought in our newest addition and was so happy to see that the original owners were back, as our experience with them in the past had been awesome. On our third visit with our newest addition, and what will be our LAST, we had an absolutely horrible experience! When I called to report our unhappy experience, our call was addressed by one of the employees and not the owner, who really didn't seem to care at all about the fact that we were unhappy with the service. She offered a free bath and clean up. When I asked how she planned to "clean up" a dog that basically had no hair left, she laughed and said "so sorry you're unhappy!" WOW!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If you're someone who is bored with their long-hair breed (Maltese, Yorkie, Shih Tzu...) and would rather have a Chinese Crested, then these are your people!!! GOOD LUCK!! read more

Thanks Haylee for trimming my pup into such a cutie! We've used this pup salon for about a year now and the ladies have always done such a great job with our pup. They are fast and efficient each time and very sweet to our pup. They did recently change owners & names so we're looking forward to seeing this place transform into something even better. Thanks again!! read more

We took our two Aussies here and we were SO SO happy with how their grooming turned out. We were a little anxious about bringing one of our dogs here because of his temperament and how anxious he can get around new people. Overall the groomers said he did pretty okay. I was able to call and check up on them and they were very nice and informative about how they were doing. They listened to me when I gave them an idea for how I wanted them to be groomed and they look SO good. They gave us a time frame of when we can expect for them to be finished and they were right on time. We definitely will be bringing them here again. Thank you so much ladies for taking care of our babies!!! So so appreciate it. read more

Elite Paw Spa is competitively priced, they have great customer service, and were very informative. I love that I can bring my dog in any time without an apt for a nail trim. They even mentioned coming on the half hour was best as dogs arrive for grooming on the hour. I'll be coming back here! read more

My husky has never looked better, smelled better, or felt better to the touch. I am honestly so impressed with the grooming quality and the friendliness I received here. I took my dog in to get deshedded 3 days ago and decided to write this review today due to how impressed I still am. I have used another groomer a few times in the past and Elite Paw Spa really does a way better job, I am so impressed and grateful to have found this spot. read more

I had been searching the east valley for some time for the right groomers for my three little dogs but unfortunately was left disappointed, until I tried Elite paw spa for the first time today. I waited for 3 weeks for an appointment but it was definitely worth it. My dogs are not the easiest to groom but they didn't mind. The women there are very nice and courteous. I was helped super fast and the price was fair. Their hair cuts were nicely done, no knicks and most importantly I can tell the dogs were not very distressed like past times at other grooming spots. Very pleased and will be going back in 3 months. read more

Look what they did to my dog's ears!!! I wasn't made aware of this and noticed it when we got home. Called them immediately and got a nonsense of explanation!! The groomer, Paige, first claimed that it didn't happen and then proceeded to tell me that his ears were matted and that causes a hematoma that burst!!! Are you kidding me?!?! They nicked both of his ears. I am a nurse and very well aware of what hematoma is!!! She told me hematoma happened because he shook his head!! What a bunch of BS!!! Then she asked for pics and replied back with sorry about inconvenience!!! Pls be aware and don't put your pets in danger by taking them to this place!!! read more

Under New owners. DO NOT GO HERE, I was a customer over three years, the front desk is SOOOOO Rude and does not know how to give good customer service. Upcharging, arguing...I can do without, so can you. read more

Yeah well I've checked with other groomers and this place charges like 20 bucks for a nail trim for a small dog which is a total rip off they won't even go down in price. It would take probably two minutes to do my dogs nails and they want 20 bucks they charge more than a neurosurgeon. read more

Very careful and understanding of my temperamental mutt. They did her nails and anal glands as part of the service - including filing the nails, not just cutting. They also brushed her teeth and MAN did that help the ride home. Check in and the first visit teeth brushing is free. My old girl looks young and puppy-like again. No one complained about her behavior like the last salon and I KNOW she's a pain when being groomed. I appreciated their professionalism and gentle treatment of my less than perfect pooch. We've been here four times now and I love it. I have a new puppy so we will see if they're as great at handling the other end of the spectrum with age. This puppy is a handful. read more

I took my 8 month old Great Dane puppy here and am so pleased with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly service and the owner even brought in her GD to play with mine today since she saw we were on the books. My puppy looks and smells fantastic and I can tell they pay attention to detail! It's a big deal to me to leave my sweet baby in the hands of someone else and they exceeded my expectations. Thanks for making this dog mama feel comfortable and for sharing the sweet videos of our puppies playing. Oakley can't wait to come back for another spa day so she can get spa-oiled! read more

Elite Paw Spa - Exhausted after her primping and playing! So shiny and soft. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I like this place a lot of they provide an option for your dogs to be in kennel or roam free and play with the other dogs while they wait for their haircut. I love how they listened to what you requested and does a really good job cleaning up my dogs. There were one nail that they missed/didn't do on my small dog but I think it was because he was scared of the nail clippers and just grooming in general. Overall a good place read more

I highly recommend Elite Paw Spa, especially for owners of senior dogs. Our shih-tzu/maltese is almost 14 years old and she has arthritis in her back legs. The groomers at Elite Paw Spa are so kind to her and don't rush her grooming. She always looks amazing when we pick her up! read more

This place was amazing! We were in Mesa for just a month. My Pomeranian need a groom. I normally have him done every month. Trying to find a place blind is hard. But, Elite had the best reviews. We got an appointment on Sunday! Dropped him off and noticed all the dog walking around. That was nice. The did him in a timely manner and got the Matt's out behind his ears! The vet tech ask where I had him done as he was so shiny! Nothing but compliments when he is walked! read more

Super unprofessional! Just when you think they can't get any ruder, they will surely surprise you. Will never call this place again. Ever. I submitted an online request for information about daycare and grooming for my dog as we are new to town and need to establish a relationship with a reputable service to care for our dog. I received no response, so I called. The woman on the phone was unforgivably rude and refused to offer my dog an appointment. She said they're booked for a month and wouldn't bother looking at the schedule for the next appointment. So I wrote a review online to share my experience. I tried to do business with the place and they dismissed my request, very review worthy. The owner responded to that review with the biggest attitude, very rude, passive aggressive and unpleasant. Their website boasts top notch customer service, yet on the phone, very rude. And again rude in their response to a review I submitted for them to consider before chasing away their next would-be customer. Their website wreaks of mis-spellings, grammatical errors and bad sentence structure. I will not take my dog here. I can't imagine how horribly they probably treat the dogs that do come in. read more

Sorry to leave this review but I have been bringing my dogs here for about 9 years! I love it because the dogs all play in an opeN area whilE they wait. The last few times my dog has developed an ear infection. I tolD thEm and they said they would put cotton in their ears. The 2 stars are from the declining attitudes of the staff. Each time I have dropped them off they seem irritated, rude and as i watched the groomers I saw one gal act like she hated cutting the small scared quiet dogs fur. I waNted to walk out today and not leave my dogs just from the attitude and atmosphere of the shop. It used to be happy and friendly and I literally felt like the attendant was mad I was paying thEm $135 to shampoo and groom my 2 dogs. Time to find another groomer!! read more

I took my Goldendoodle here about a week ago and I will be honest I was a little skeptical after seeing some of the reviews however I was not disappointed. I saw and picked this place because of how close it is to my place of employment. I called on Sunday afternoon and they were able to get me in on Tuesday. My dogs grooming came out really nice. His groom only took about an hour. This was also his first grooming session so I was worried he would be shaking when I picked him up but he seemed in good spirits. Didn't even notice me since he was playing with all the other dogs while he was waiting to be picked up. Which was another thing I loved about this place. He wasn't kenneled up when waiting to be picked up or when waiting to be groomed. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the price. It was $50 for a puppy groom which was a bath , brush, anal glands, nail grind, face, paw and sanitary trim for my mini doodle who is 18 pounds. That's what I was expecting to pay for a full groom however they did disclose the price when booking my appointment and again when I dropped him off. Which the convenient location and no kennels make up for the higher price. (comparing this to petsmart pricing) I would and plan on going here again. read more

We love Elite Paw Spa! We took our 7 month old mini Aussiedoodle to get groomed for the first time last month and they were able to do an intro the grooming (face, paws and sanitation trim) and let us know that as we came in more regularly, our pup would get more used to it. We took her in for her second haircut today hoping that she would be able to tolerate the whole thing and when we arrived, her haircut was so perfect and the staff listened to what we wanted. Our dog is young so we were nervous that she might get overexcited around the other dogs, but she did great and we had no concerns for her safety. The staff here is so friendly and make sure you get what you pay for and what you ask for. Definitely coming back for all of our pup's haircuts! :) read more

Great experience with this groomer. One of my goldendoodles needed to be cut short because he was very matted. They communicated that with me upfront so i was prepared.
