Been using this groomer off and on since 2014 for our dogs. Brought in our newest addition and was so happy to see that the original owners were back, as our experience with them in the past had been awesome. On our third visit with our newest addition, and what will be our LAST, we had an absolutely horrible experience! When I called to report our unhappy experience, our call was addressed by one of the employees and not the owner, who really didn't seem to care at all about the fact that we were unhappy with the service. She offered a free bath and clean up. When I asked how she planned to "clean up" a dog that basically had no hair left, she laughed and said "so sorry you're unhappy!" WOW!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If you're someone who is bored with their long-hair breed (Maltese, Yorkie, Shih Tzu...) and would rather have a Chinese Crested, then these are your people!!! GOOD LUCK!! read more

We took our two Aussies here and we were SO SO happy with how their grooming turned out. We were a little anxious about bringing one of our dogs here because of his temperament and how anxious he can get around new people. Overall the groomers said he did pretty okay. I was able to call and check up on them and they were very nice and informative about how they were doing. They listened to me when I gave them an idea for how I wanted them to be groomed and they look SO good. Look what they did to my dog's ears!!! I wasn't made aware of this and noticed it when we got home. Called them immediately and got a nonsense of explanation!! The groomer, Paige, first claimed that it didn't happen and then proceeded to tell me that his ears were matted and that causes a hematoma that burst!!! Are you kidding me?!?! They nicked both of his ears. I am a nurse and very well aware of what hematoma is!!! She told me hematoma happened because he shook his head!! What a bunch of BS!!! I waited for 3 weeks for an appointment but it was definitely worth it. My dogs are not the easiest to groom but they didn't mind. The women there are very nice and courteous. I was helped super fast and the price was fair. Their hair cuts were nicely done, no knicks and most importantly I can tell the dogs were not very distressed like past times at other grooming spots. Yeah well I've checked with other groomers and this place charges like 20 bucks for a nail trim for a small dog which is a total rip off they won't even go down in price. It would take probably two minutes to do my dogs nails and they want 20 bucks they charge more than a neurosurgeon. read more

Very careful and understanding of my temperamental mutt. They did her nails and anal glands as part of the service - including filing the nails, not just cutting. They also brushed her teeth and MAN did that help the ride home. Check in and the first visit teeth brushing is free. My old girl looks young and puppy-like again. No one complained about her behavior like the last salon and I KNOW she's a pain when being groomed. I appreciated their professionalism and gentle treatment of my less than perfect pooch. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly service and the owner even brought in her GD to play with mine today since she saw we were on the books. Super unprofessional! Just when you think they can't get any ruder, they will surely surprise you. Will never call this place again. Ever. I submitted an online request for information about daycare and grooming for my dog as we are new to town and need to establish a relationship with a reputable service to care for our dog. I received no response, so I called. The woman on the phone was unforgivably rude and refused to offer my dog an appointment. She said they're booked for a month and wouldn't bother looking at the schedule for the next appointment. So I wrote a review online to share my experience. I tried to do business with the place and they dismissed my request, very review worthy. The owner responded to that review with the biggest attitude, very rude, passive aggressive and unpleasant. Their website boasts top notch customer service, yet on the phone, very rude. And again rude in their response to a review I submitted for them to consider before chasing away their next would-be customer. Their website wreaks of mis-spellings, grammatical errors and bad sentence structure. I will not take my dog here. I can't imagine how horribly they probably treat the dogs that do come in. read more

The last few times my dog has developed an ear infection. I tolD thEm and they said they would put cotton in their ears. The 2 stars are from the declining attitudes of the staff. Each time I have dropped them off they seem irritated, rude and as i watched the groomers I saw one gal act like she hated cutting the small scared quiet dogs fur. I waNted to walk out today and not leave my dogs just from the attitude and atmosphere of the shop. I took my Goldendoodle here about a week ago and I will be honest I was a little skeptical after seeing some of the reviews however I was not disappointed. I saw and picked this place because of how close it is to my place of employment. I called on Sunday afternoon and they were able to get me in on Tuesday. My dogs grooming came out really nice. His groom only took about an hour. This was also his first grooming session so I was worried he would be shaking when I picked him up but he seemed in good spirits. Didn't even notice me since he was playing with all the other dogs while he was waiting to be picked up. Which was another thing I loved about this place. He wasn't kenneled up when waiting to be picked up or when waiting to be groomed. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the price. It was $50 for a puppy groom which was a bath , brush, anal glands, nail grind, face, paw and sanitary trim for my mini doodle who is 18 pounds. That's what I was expecting to pay for a full groom however they did disclose the price when booking my appointment and again when I dropped him off. Which the convenient location and no kennels make up for the higher price. (comparing this to petsmart pricing) I would and plan on going here again. read more

We took our 7 month old mini Aussiedoodle to get groomed for the first time last month and they were able to do an intro the grooming (face, paws and sanitation trim) and let us know that as we came in more regularly, our pup would get more used to it. We took her in for her second haircut today hoping that she would be able to tolerate the whole thing and when we arrived, her haircut was so perfect and the staff listened to what we wanted. Our dog is young so we were nervous that she might get overexcited around the other dogs, but she did great and we had no concerns for her safety.
