My older Maltese mix went there for the first time today and they did a wonderful job! The previous groomer didn't get his paw pads very well and showed me the mats that she had to cut out of his pads. His coat looks gorgeous and he seemed very happy. I'm trying their mobile service next. Great job Elite! read more

They have been very helpful with grooming my pup. While I do believe their work is good, I've noticed their prices vary depending on who you speak with. It doesn't seem like there's a base price and add-ons are extra. Every time I call the base price changes. On another note, I do like that the dogs have the opportunity to play around and socialize. It's small, intimate and convenient for me. Aside from their pricing being inconsistent I like the place overall. read more

My dog is my baby. I'm very, very particular about people taking care of my dog. It's not that I'm picky about the cut or anything, I just don't like my dog to be caged up for hours, or pay extra so that he doesn't have to do that. The paw spa was very clean, everyone was really nice, and the dogs look happy to just be let loose running around the store with the other dogs. They are all kept behind a secure gate. They actually did do a very good job on my dog too. I will be using paw spa from now on. read more

This place it great a little on the expensive side but they did the best job out of any pet groomers we have taken your dogs to. I love that they have an open area for the dog to hangout and play together rather then putting them in a create in the back. I would recommend them to anyone!! read more

We take our Bulldog, Chuck, here for grooming and nail clipping, have been for many months now. They always do a great job. He smells great. Nails are done right. No complaints whatsoever! When it is time to take him, we ask him, "Do you want to see your friends?" and he knows exactly where he is going. He starts wagging like crazy and searching for the person with a leash. He reacts better for this than, "Do you want to go for a walk?" And he loves walks. He stays for a couple hours, so it even gives us a little time to do some of the things he makes it difficult to accomplish. Everytime we pick him up, they tell us that he had a blast and it shows. He is exhausted for the rest of the day, playing hard. read more

I've been taking my Pomeranian here for about over a year now, and couldn't be more happy with the end results every time! No matter who gives him his haircut, it always comes out amazing! Their prices are great, and the staff is super nice! Family owned which is another great factor. Plus I love when I pick up or drop off my dog I get to see all the other dogs playing rather them be put in a cage. I will for sure recommend this place to anyone! read more

Amy is simply amazing. I don't think there's ANY thing she can't do! We have used her for so many years. I truly don't know how she does what she does, but I'm always left amazed at how our client's pets look! read more

Our newly adopted rescue dog was in dire need of a grooming visit, but I was concerned about leaving him to get groomed. Everything went smoothly. He looks great, nice hair cut and his nails were beautifully done, too. Don't know what products they use, but his fur is wonderfully soft. Will definitely be taking him back for Ashleigh for his grooming. read more

I've only been here once so far, but location for me is great. Price is average compared to other groomers I have been to. Service was good and the time was also average. The one thing that made me nervous at first was that they have an open environment where the dogs are put before/after grooming while they wait. My dog didn't have any problems but you never know in those situations so it just worried me a bit. If your dog isn't good around other dogs I would suggest asking them kenneled. read more

Great place for your doggie spa day! They get to play with other dogs while waiting! Bruno always gets the perfect haircut. read more

They were wonderful with my dogs :) I worked in a grooming salon for about 3 years and didn't like how the owner treated the animals so I quit. I have been weary about where to take my yorkie and shih tzu and have defiently found a place I will keep going to. Thanks ladies! read more

My dog is a rottweiler pit bull mix and people are always afraid of him... well he is a HUGE chicken and everything scares him. I've taken him here twice now to get his nails cut and the staff is always so nice and understanding about him being timid. I've walked in each time without an appointment and left within five minutes with his nails cut perfectly! I'll continue coming back and recommend all my friends to go here! read more

Excellent treatment of my mutt. They are very kind to her and she looks great when they finish. Thank you!

I took my dog here for her first nail trim outside of the vet. She absolutely hates her paws even being touched and they made her feel very comfortable. The two techs came up front so she could meet them and they spoke to her with a soft reassurance that made it a breeze. Definitely coming back. read more

My first visit and my last. I was recommended by a vet but I should have looked at the recent reviews. I walked in and said good morning because I was so excited to get my new 4 1-2 month Australian labradoodle puppy groomed. The girl behind the counter never looked up and just asked name and address. I asked if she was ok and she said yes my computer is messing up and she still never looked up. I said this is my fist visit and you have not looked up at me and she still kept staring at the screen saying her computer is acting funny. I struggled with walking out but I respected who referred me. I asked if they had experience with the Australian labradoodle cut and handled her a grooming sheet from my breeder. She said I do it all the time and didn't want it. I said please take it and look at it. I want her face trimmed that way. Well I pick her up and it's all choppy short and nothing like how she looked when she was dropped off. It will grow but it's so uneven and short. I told her the top was supposed to stay long and you just trim between the eyes. That's why I left the grooming sheet. She said I brushed it forward and trimmed so it's not in her eyes And then she just ignored me. What a horrible experience. I was the test dummie for a few of my friends with doodles so they just lost more than one customer. I got home after dropping her off and told my husband I hope I didn't make a mistake by leaving her and I did. read more

Very satisfied. Took my nephew, Colt (Viszla) and the staff was kind and Colt was happy. Next day took my Sophie (mixed breed, long hair). She is a recent rescue and has been labeled as fearful. She was a little hesitant at first but did very well. The Groomer that checked us in stayed with her since Sophie had become comfortable with her. We got the basic cut and she looks great! I found their prices to be comparable to others. For me, location was the original deciding factor. Now, based on my experience with Elite Paw Spa, we will keep going back. read more

Love Elite Paw Spa. Their free range play is perfect for our "only" child. I found them by accident and stopped in, I had been dissatisfied with Pet Smart so I was looking. When I walked in, if the dogs could speak, I think they would have said they were having fun. I always get a kick of it when you walk in all the dogs run to the front walk to see it it is their human. Their grooming costs are less than Pet Smart, it is very clean, the staff is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable. Now I am using them for doggie day care when we are having work done on the house. Steeler comes happy and exhausted. Stop by and visit. You will get a smile out of the dogs. read more

Took my nervous Chiweenie here for first time. One of the groomers held her while the other clipped and ground her nails. The groomer was petting her and did an awesome job. This is the shortest I've seen her nails in a long time. And pain free. Now I'm going to take my papillons. read more

I've been taking my Cairn Terrier mix (rescue) to Elite Paw Spa for over a year now, and I've always been very satisfied with the job they've done and the professionalism of the staff. I can think of nothing negative in my experiences with this business. They do a great job, always explain what they're going to do and give me the price up front with no surprises. Highly recommended. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have 2 dogs and I have been taking them there since they were pups. My Australian shepherd is very timid and they know how to handle her without making her more afraid. Every time I pick them up they always leave happy. I don't think I could ever go to another grooming place. And I love how the dogs can socialize with another and not all locked up in a cage by themselves. read more

Elite Paw Spa - These are the Christmas photo they took after they finished grooming my babies - Pet Groomers Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This place is awesome! From the first call to check on rates and services, to the guy who helped me get my dog back in my car afterwards because I had my one year old on my hip, everyone was very kind and understanding! My dog was shedding like CRAZY, she is 11 and has never been to the groomers before, she has shorter hair and we've always given her baths at home. She can be kind of nervous about things like this so I was a bit worried when I dropped her off, but they were so nice and understanding! And when I picked her up she looked and smelled amazing! Her coat was super shiny and soft and the deshedding process they did worked great! Will definitely be coming back here! read more

I have been taking my dogs here for years. But it has slowly gone downhill. They are rude and do not follow directions at all! They do what they want when grooming your dog. They literally shaved my dog super short when I have always specifically requested for that to not happen. They rushed through her grooming and were unapologetic. read more

I brought a groupon and took my boston terrier here. I had almost just given up on going to the groomer's seeing how i had so many bad experiences in the past with my dog. The groupon was such a good deal i decided to give them a shot.... Which I am glad I did. I got a 8am appointment on a Saturday. When I walked in the lady came and greet my dog and I, she socialized with him while I answered basic questions about him and his needs. When I went to leave he wasn't panic at all (which he usually is) due to the extra effort the girl had put in with him. I came back a hour and half later , He was all ready ,his nails were done right ,his ears and his coat was all shiny. He enjoyed being there so much he didn't want to leave. The cage free grooming is awesome cause he gets a chance to pay and wonder around. They also have potty pads so he isn't holding his pee pee while sitting in a prison cell. If they did human grooming, I would go there my self. I will be taking my dog back very soon . This is my new grooming place! :) read more

My dog has such a great time!! They did a great job trimming her and giving her a great bath!! She smelled so good after and her haircut was so cute!! Very time efficient and even gave me a 20mins heads up. Will definitely be coming back!! read more

I have a mean/scared little dog with a short coat, and a big dopey Aussie mix with a longer coat. I brought them in at different times on the same day. The Aussie's backside was all matted and out of control, and the gentleman who was there on the Sunday I came in told me that he'd probably have to be shaved back there. That was fine by me. They brought him behind the gate and he was happy to socialize with the other dogs that were already there. When I brought my little House Monster in, I warned the groomers that she's unpredictable and could be mean to smaller animals. The female groomer introduced herself to my scaredy dog, and spent several minutes warming her up before I left her there. At my advisement, they kept House Monster separate from the other dogs so she wouldn't do anything naughty. At the time I dropped her off, I found out that they had taken the time to completely brush the mats out of my Aussie's butt and he looked fantastic. When I came and collected the pair a couple of hours later, they were both clean with neatly trimmed nails, they smelled amazing, and they seemed to have been treated quite well. I'm definitely going back. read more

I was referred to Elite Spa by a friend. I decided to try it and kept taking my dog and even my cats for over a year . Everything seemed fine until one day when I received a call that my dog had been hurt. They said it wasn't bad and that she only had a scratch. When I got there all of us were so upset I went home and then took her to the vet. The pictures I have is what they found. My girl had literally been mauled by a dominant male dog and even though she is dominant herself I was TOTALLY shocked at the lack of professionalism in how they handled the event. What I expected from them was professionalism about dog handling and above all folks that knew that "the Human" is ALWAYS dominant in all situations. In other words the human takes control of the situation. They defended themselves and NEVER assumed responsibility for the event or offered to pay for the vet visit or anything. All that they offered was ONE phone call to wish my dog a hug! I asked them to go to obedience school and learn how to handle dogs but to no avail. Please be aware that those folks, although they can groom, DO NOT have any training in dog handling and do not know how to manage an intense situation and get control. I cannot go back with that attitude of lack of responsibility. Here are the pictures read more

Great prices! Great groomers! And a stress free environment! Your 4 legged friend is in great hands here!

This place did such an a amazing job grooming my golden cooper a few months back. Why I'm just now getting to this review, I have no idea. Probably because I'm excited to bring my new puppy here for a groom soon too! This place was clean, the staff was friendly, my dog got to play with other dogs before & after his groom. When I came to pick cooper up, the lady who groomed him or maybe even the owner noticed an ear infection starting in his ear & let me know right away! I was SO thankful for that! You guys are awesome!!! read more

After reading all the wonderful reviews for this dog groomer, I called to get pricing information. I have 2 small yorkies and was quoted $35.00 each and the first time they would have their toenails clipped free. I made the appointment and took them in. My husband then went a couple of hours later and picked them up. He was charged $90.00...not $70.00 as I was quoted. When I called to find out why I had been misled, the lady had no idea who or why I was misquoted. Wow, Really! The reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did a good job as far as grooming went. Just one other complaint; their listed as "mobile pet groomers" on yelp but they are a brick and mortar building....again misleading. read more

Rarely do you see a service business with all 5 star reviews. Our Newfoundland is about 9 years old and does not particularly enjoy going to the groomer. We went through many mobile groomers that simply just didn't come back before we were finally told she's a biter when her legs or rear are getting worked on. We never knew this about her. We explained to the owner about her history, and she told us it would not be a problem. We have taken her there now several times and she always turns out great and we don't get any bad reports other than sometimes she doesn't get trimmed down to the toes, she had just had enough.. and we understand... I've tried and she is stubborn! I'm getting ready to take her in again and thought I would just take a quick peek at Yelp to see what other people thought, and I am very pleased! We are also glad to give a 5 star rating! Keep up the good work! read more

This is the best grooming establishment I have ever been to. They did a better job of clipping my very difficult puggle's nails. They did a better job than the vet that had to put him to sleep to do his nails. I can't wail until I can bring him in again, because I worry about his nail clipping, and they get too long fast..
