Everyone is genuinely friendly, honest, and helpful--especially appreciated during a very stressful time in our lives. Crews always showed up on time and worked extremely hard. I like that they have staff to answer the phones, schedule appointments, follow up on paperwork, and help answer general questions. We could always contact someone whenever we had a question. (This is preferred over tracking down a contractor in the field, leaving a vm and hoping he'll call back.) Very professional operation. I think their prices were reasonable for the job. I put out 3 bids and PRC came in the middle of the pack. We eventually decided to go with them because of our positive restoration experience and, in the end, we felt that they would do the job right. We had a leak under the kitchen sink but behind the drywall. It was a slow leak that existed for some time without our awareness. PRC was referred to us by the plumber who did the repair on the pipe. Hector Barahona, the project manager from PRC did the initial diagnosis and found that there was significant water damage and extensive mold. Hector was efficient and communicative laying out the necessary next steps to resolve the problem. Hector sent Edgar Garcia and Cesar Jimenez to do the repairs. The work that they performed was amazing from start to finish. They started on a Saturday around 2 pm and they didn't finish until 10 pm. I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They stayed until the job was completed even though they didn't leave until late on a Saturday night. Even at that late hour they left the area immaculately clean and set up the fans to complete the job which will remain for 2-3 days. This company will take advantage of you if not your insurance company very quickly. They move as fast as possible to contact your insurance claim agent and thus call other company's who would test for Asbestos and charge a hefty price of around $800. Be very careful when dealing with them and don't be afraid to say no to these pushy project managers. If you experience water damage at a small scale do not bother using them and instead call a local business company or recommendations from neighbors. I am so thankful for PRC's help. In March 2019, we had a huge plumbing issue in our crawl space. There was so much contaminated soil underneath our house that it smelled horrible and the plumbers could not fix the pipes until it was cleaned out. The PRC folks are all extremely professional and wonderful. We recently had a pin whole in our hot water pipe below our kitchen that damaged our kitchen tile, portions of our cabinets, and all of our hardwood flooring. Juan Carlos and Estuardo and their team arrived and took care of the problem. They installed heaters to dry up the moister and prevent any mold from growing, they tested the walls, the air for asbestos and lead and installed an air filters to make sure our air in our home would be cleaned. These guys are THE BEST! When you are going through a home disaster, these are the guys you call! They do quality work and truly care about you. It's always best to go with a vendor that's not preferred by the insurance because you may be subject to low quality work since they work for the insurance company and save them money. Daniel's team also did the pack out which was all catalogued and packed out beautiful. My entire home with the exception of the master bedroom needed to be packed out. Daniel was amazing too. He reassured me as did Juan Carlos that I wouldn't have to haggle with my insurance to pay out the proper price for a quality pack out. They took care of all of that too through their billing company. PRC has been our angels through out this stressful process. PRC is Legit! I totally recommend this place! My water heater return burst and flooded my garage and the adjacent room. The plumber I hired asked if I knew any Loss Mitigation Specialists. If not, he'd call someone over. It was covered by insurance, so I said why not. Now unless you've had water damage, you don't know - water damage is covered by insurance. You can select your own water mitigation specialists or go with whatever company your insurance company chooses. The difference - one company works and fights for you, while the other works for your insurance company. Before the plumber even repaired the damaged pipes, PRC was installing units to dry up both rooms and remove the humidity. Within the hour, there were 5 units working to combat the water damage, they were taking pictures, running moisture scans, etc. The works!! Within two days, I was contacted by the packout team that completely removed all the items from both rooms. The renovations are all done and I am pleased with the work. I would totally recommend PRC to others! As a homeowner going through a disaster, its comforting to know you have a team like PRC working for you, fighting insurance on your behalf. As most flooding problems happen. I was notified by my tenants of a suspected leak from the family room ceiling. Immediately I contacted a plumber who found the source the following day. I set up an appointment yesterday to have this company assess damage from a fire to my roof. The attic access is in my daughters room. Her room has a musty smoky smell and I believe it's affecting her heath. I took off work to be home for my 12 appointment. At 10:00 I received very rude call from George- a project manager saying he was not coming- because he was too busy! He said there were other emergencies that were more important. He was so unprofessional and it was apparent that he didn't give a crap about my situation- that I literally had to hang up on him. He has no business dealing with people since he doesn't even know how to speak to client in a professional way. I never write reviews, however I missed a day of work. Would never hire PRC to do any work at our properties again. They came out to do a clean up for a water leak under the kitchen sink and did not do a good job putting up the plastic barrier to contain the area, workers spent less than 20 min doing any work. Not only did they overcharged for such a small leak, they removed a piece of cabinetry with no mold and never returned it back. They do mickey mouse job first, to see how much time and materials they can save, if there is a complaint about their work, as I complained, they will come out again to redo the job, wasting time. The dehumidifier should have been placed inside the containment where the leak occurred NOT outside to dehumidify the house. They prolong the job so they can charge more money. read more

We had a pipe burst on the second floor of our house overnight, which flooded a 15 ft. section of the first floor. We contacted PRC in the morning and they had a crew out at our house the same day within hours to manage and fix the damage to the flooded area after the plumber had finished. They sectioned off the flooded area, removed and dried all effected sections and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! Scam artist and insurance crooks. Damaged my personal property, never replaced it or comped for it. Filed a mechanics lean on me knowing I was waiting on insurance money from the mortgage company and my hands were tied. Filed a "fake" lawsuit on me to add thousands of dollars to my bill that was personally out of pocket. Wouldn't show me any proof of this lawsuit or charges. Charged me interest on the bill because it hadn't been paid yet, when in reality the personal bill was never received after calling them everyday for a month to get it. The service side was horrible, showed up whenever they felt like it with no warning. Yet we're always late or no showed actual appointments. Would only show up for an hour or two at a time prolonging a one week job into a 9 week job. Knowing we were having to live out of a hotel. They sounded great in the beginning, all bullsh*t. Once they get you on the hook the great personality and promises go out the window. I've read several reviews on several sites and seen the same problems over and over again. Do your self the favor, USE SOMEBODY ELSE!!!! Took advantage of my family, wife cried for weeks over all the stuff this company pulled on us.
