We discovered mold and water damage/ intrusion in a new home, and Roee thoroughly investigated and mapped the problem areas, expanding beyond the mold testers/ inspectors. Extremely thorough and detailed analysis, which produced a very detailed estimate of the work. Next, Isaac led the project and was one of the most professional and knowledgeable contractors we've worked with. Isaac was just as thorough finding water intrusion and damage and hidden mold, which extended beyond the initial investigation. This is what you want: a remediation team that will find all the problems you can't see until you start opening up walls and floors. It led to a much broader remediation that we'd planned, but we are so grateful to have fully solved the problem thanks to them. It was very obvious to us Isaac was taking care of us and protecting our house and health. He had an eagle eye for potential sources of water intrusion, and was right every time. None of this was upselling. He found pooling water, mold or water damage in places totally inconspicuous to the average person and missed by mold inspectors/ testers. On top to this, the communication was stellar and educational: Isaac kept walking me around the house at every step to show me what they were doing and show me the source of the water damage and mold problems. This was huge for us since some of the fixes were not in their scope, and I could hire the appropriate contractors to nip the problems in the bud. Outside the scope of the work, these guys have a lot of integrity. We ran into an issue with another contractor opportunistically dumping trash on our property, and we were basically stranded with it. Roee and Isaac were not responsible for this at all but decided to bail us out, significantly inconvenienced themselves, and hauled the extra trash. At this point in the experience it felt like I was being taken care of by caring friends. These guys are absolute experts and have my best recommendation. I've worked with a few mold professionals and can vouch that these guys are top-tier, and very reasonably priced. If you want the reassurance that you're getting to the root of the problem and it's being thoroughly solved, this is your team. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat but hope to never have to, ha!
