I reached out to them because of a leak, and honestly, they could have easily brushed me off or tried to sell me a service I didn't need. Instead, they took the time to help me realize I was being misled by multiple other plumbers and service people I had already spoken to. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare nowadays. They didn't have to help me at all but they did. They even referred me to a reliable plumber -- and if it weren't for that referral, I'd probably still be sleeping with a leak in my ceiling. The time and care they put into helping me (without making a dime off of it) speaks volumes about their character and professionalism. Thank you, Fix My Home, for going above and beyond.

I can't say enough great things about Restorerz but I'll try…read more We had a leak from our second floor bathroom into our first floor bathroom, figured it out and called Beach Plumbing asap. Edwin at Beach Plumbing recommended us to Restorerz, and said they were the best in the area. I trusted his judgment, as I had a previous experience about 8 years prior with a different company (recommended by my insurance company) that was horrific in every sense the word. Joel and his team (Eduardo, David and Javier) came to the property the morning after Edwin identified the leak and immediately created a game plan. They laid out the entire process start to finish, gave realistic timeframes, offered to speak with insurance adjusters, and were always checking in and within reach during the process. They tore down the walls and got the room prepped for mitigation immediately to get the room dried out. They were extra careful to make sure the rest of my house was clean while they did performed the job. They said they would show up every day to check on the fans, which they did. Christobal came next and helped explained the situation to the insurance company over the phone with me on the line. He showed up when the field adjuster came out to the property to explain the situation. He became my main point of contact. On top of all this, after they were finished the job, they had their Claims Consultant Morelia keep in touch with me during the payment portion with the insurance. She knew the process backwards and forwards and was extra helpful in managing the flow of documents to the insurance company. She provided me with every bit of information I needed to make sure insurance was properly charged. While I hope to never have a situation like this happen again, I would recommend Restorerz in a heartbeat to anyone suffering through a water loss and needing their services. They really have it together and provide top notch service for our community.

I really hate leaving a negative follow-up review, mainly because Fresh Air did my original…read moreasbestos duct removal about 9 years ago, and they did fantastic work. I always said I'd bring them back for the next phase of the project--life just moved slowly, and here we are almost a decade later. I reached out again recently, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same. It took about three days to get a call back, which I didn't mind because of the excellent service I'd had in the past. The rep came out, I showed him the areas I needed removed, and we had a good conversation. He gave solid advice and said he'd send over a quote. Three days later, I texted to follow up--to check whether the quote had been sent or had gone to the wrong email. I never received a response. It's now been 3-4 months without any communication. Honestly, he could have reached back out to me and told me the job was too small, or that they weren't willing to take it on. Any form of return communication is always better than no communication. At this point, I'll have to take my (admittedly small) job elsewhere. I'm genuinely disappointed because I was looking forward to working with them again, but the lack of follow-up left me stuck. I wish my experience this time matched the first one, but I wanted to share an honest update for anyone considering long-term work or multiple phases.

Not very impressed as obviously sewage leaks are something that needs quick treatment. I also don't trust a company that gives a quote site unseen. To say that Roee and Isaac went above and beyond would be an understatement. This was truly a five…read morestar experience in a bad circumstance. We discovered mold and water damage/ intrusion in a new home, and Roee thoroughly investigated and mapped the problem areas, expanding beyond the mold testers/ inspectors. Extremely thorough and detailed analysis, which produced a very detailed estimate of the work. Next, Isaac led the project and was one of the most professional and knowledgeable contractors we've worked with. Isaac was just as thorough finding water intrusion and damage and hidden mold, which extended beyond the initial investigation. This is what you want: a remediation team that will find all the problems you can't see until you start opening up walls and floors. It led to a much broader remediation that we'd planned, but we are so grateful to have fully solved the problem thanks to them. It was very obvious to us Isaac was taking care of us and protecting our house and health. He had an eagle eye for potential sources of water intrusion, and was right every time. None of this was upselling. He found pooling water, mold or water damage in places totally inconspicuous to the average person and missed by mold inspectors/ testers. On top to this, the communication was stellar and educational: Isaac kept walking me around the house at every step to show me what they were doing and show me the source of the water damage and mold problems. This was huge for us since some of the fixes were not in their scope, and I could hire the appropriate contractors to nip the problems in the bud. Outside the scope of the work, these guys have a lot of integrity. We ran into an issue with another contractor opportunistically dumping trash on our property, and we were basically stranded with it. Roee and Isaac were not responsible for this at all but decided to bail us out, significantly inconvenienced themselves, and hauled the extra trash. At this point in the experience it felt like I was being taken care of by caring friends. These guys are absolute experts and have my best recommendation. I've worked with a few mold professionals and can vouch that these guys are top-tier, and very reasonably priced. If you want the reassurance that you're getting to the root of the problem and it's being thoroughly solved, this is your team. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat but hope to never have to, ha!
