Nathan is a pleasure to work with - he is professional, communication was a breeze and he is always responsive and never leaves out important details. Given the work included a lot of drywall removal and replacement, his team did a great job keeping dust and debris from getting to places it was not wanted by covering and sectioning off the affected area, which made me really happy. Overall I was satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. Water damage is almost always a nightmare, but Nathan and C3 will help you navigate the issue and solve the problem.

Nathan from C3 Restoration was by far the most straightforward and personable representative we met with. During some of the other consultations, we felt communication was difficult, and in a few cases it seemed like scare tactics and worst-case scenarios were being used to take advantage of an already stressful situation. Throughout the entire process, Nathan was responsive and transparent. He promptly answered our questions and even took the time to explain how the moisture-detection equipment worked and what the readings meant. His assessment was thorough, and he clearly outlined the scope of work needed to restore the bathroom without ever making the project feel overwhelming or insurmountable. Because our tenants had to be temporarily relocated during the repairs, timing was especially important and Nathan was willing to work around our tight schedule. He expedited the mold testing results so we could coordinate with our drywall contractor and move the project forward without delays, and he did so without charging any additional fees. If you need restoration services, I highly recommend giving C3 Restoration a call!

Tal came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions. All areas are now dry and ready for repair. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Advanced Restoration & Construction! The company also helped me deal with my Progressive home insurance. After seeing Tal and his team's level of care and professionalism during the mitigation process, I also decided to hire them for the repairs. What stood out for me was their attention to detail and, of course, their respect for my home throughout the process.

I'm taking away a couple stars, unfortunately, because initially my experience was good. The…read morecompany initially agreed that they would come to do a consultation and then provide us with an estimate for the mold removal, do the work, and then give us a 2nd estimate for the reconstruction. We had mold in the bathroom and the master bedroom and the mold smell was particularly horrible in the bedroom by the window. They opened up the bathroom ceiling as well as a chunk below our bedroom window. They removed mold from the bedroom window sill as well as part of the bathroom ceiling and the bottom of the bathroom cabinets. The bathroom mold was from condensation, from a lack of a ventilation system, and a prior leak under the sink. They stated that the bedroom mold was from condensation and that everything in the wall below the window was dry. But it was strange because during the consultation I was told that after they opened up the wall and removed the mold, that they would come back to test to see if there was somewhere outside that was letting water in through/near the window. When it came time to pick up the scrubber and dehumidifier, one of the staff came by and very quickly closed up shop and there was never any kind of test or inspection performed to see what might have been the problem with the window. After the mold removal process, we were offered a quote that forgot to include the ventilation system cost we had requested during the initial consultation for the bathroom. I reached out to ask for the quote to be amended to include the ventilation system cost. During this time the two reconstruction staff at the company happened to quit. I know that these things happen, but it was very unprofessional given that we were living without a full functioning bathroom. They ended up referring us to a general contractor who unfortunately did not work out. I ended up calling someone that had previously done work for me instead. He and one of his colleagues repaired the drywall and installed the ventilation. During the process, the contractor noticed the bedroom window jostled easily and wasn't sealed. While fixing the window he found a spot where water came pouring out of the wall. Evidently during the intense rain water was trickling in through the loose unsealed window. I mention this because LimeGreen did not bother to even look for the water source in the bedroom because they were understaffed. Why on earth did they not think to check if the window was stable in the spot that I told them we thought the mold was in? I don't know much about this but would expect an expert to know what to do to figure out the source of the problem. Instead they just removed a chunk underneath the window and chalked the problem up to condensation. They would have just boarded everything back up for water and mold to continue to grow in the wall. This company is affordable and I liked the professionalism from Martin, but if the owners are overworking/overextending their employees, they are going to be less likely to take the time to find the source of the water and just rush off to the next project.

At every point in the removal, cleanup, and reconstruction of our hallway wall - due to a slow leaking pipe which drained under our floor tiles - we were treated to professionalism and the highest of standards. An initial consult with managing partner and COO Zach Galajyan, constant communication with our project manager Andy Santrosyan, and three specialized crews put our entranceway back together, taking into consideration our work schedules and treating our home with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. The first crew removed one side of the wall (leaving the other side untouched so we wouldn't have to remove a large set of kitchen cabinetry). They inspected the area, tented it off for minimal impact to us and the rest of our house, treated the insides for possible mold growth, and left an industrial fan to dry out the area completely. They even arranged for a service to test the air for mold spores after the section was completely dry. After the area passed inspection, the tent was removed, and a second crew came to match and install a new wall section with wood paneling and trim. Finally, we had a three-man painter crew who sanded, sealed and finished the paneling before repainting it, the walls above, and the ceiling (three different colors). All three crews were well staffed and experts in their field. They took their time and did the project to a standard even better than the original wall. We are very grateful to have experienced this level of service and so happy to have our home back to normal. Thank you ServiceMaster! Rahoul and Katherine Sherman Oaks, CA
