I have had an excellent experience when needing immediate repair after water entered through a window...this included drywall removal, treatment, repair drywall/insulation, painting, replace baseboard, etc. The team was professional in every respect and worked with me to meet my timeline. Kudos to David, Robert, Rob, Norman, and Miguel! read more

Ameriflood is such a professional company that will answer all your questions and explain everything honestly that you need to know. I have used this company twice now recently to come inspect water damage and mold. Took mold samples to send to a third party lab. Both times that I have called David has come to help. He really knows his stuff, really educated, friendly and happy to answer all my questions that I had, down to what the devices he was using is. I looked around for a few services and am so happy that I have gone with Ameriflood. Super recommend this company if you want legit professional friendly service. Thank you guys for everything!!! Appreciate your professionalism and best service! read more

Robert and his team at Ameriflood were outstanding from start to finish. When assessing the damage, Robert and David were professional, polite, and thorough--standing out as the only company to inspect the roof. That level of diligence made hiring them an easy choice. And, they had competitive rates. On the day of the work, Robert arrived with another skilled worker (I believe it was Hector), and they both did an excellent job. I especially appreciated that they took photos before (for the estimate) and after, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. Despite overseeing a major job elsewhere, Robert still made time to check on progress. Their work was finished a few days before the big storm. We're happy with the results and highly recommend Ameriflood! read more

From our very first call to the completion of the work done every step of the way, I felt comfortable and confident that I chose the right company to go with. Robert and his team were professional, kind, honest and did great work. Your raving fan, Michelle! I will refer you to my clients, friends and family. read more

These guys are fighting an uphill battle, because they specialize in de-escalating dangerous or unhealthy environments that no homeowner or tenant wants to deal with. I've called them twice. First time, after I bought a discounted condo: a hoarder had abused her walls and floors, letting water sit and ruining all floor/cabinets. I had 4 mold / flood specialists, from local to national sized, give me estimates. Ameriflood was the most thorough describing what the work would be in writing and then stuck to their plan. After the messy work of demolishing drywall and whatnot, they dried everything out and cleaned up the space. Easy - I was ready to renovate. Fast forward a year, after installing beautiful hardwood floors and cabinets and fresh cabinets all throughout -- a common pipe upstairs corroded and wound up flooding an entire bedroom and parts of several other rooms. Within a week, Ameriflood's super friendly and flexible crew had come out to contain the wettest floors and walls and begin the sad process of demolishing the now ruined renovations. They stuck to their estimate and even beat it by a few hundred bucks, and they cleaned up common hallways and wiped my non-demolished floors down after the job was done. They made my really unfortunate situation a little easier and for that I am grateful. read more

I called Robert for a free consultation. He was able to come the same day to do an inspection and conduct a moisture reading. He was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly transparent, honest and trustworthy. He was able to help me determine that was worse fear of mold was not valid...a HUGE RELIEF. Even when speaking over the phone, he provided initial thoughts on what it could be, and what the potential remediation would entail. When explaining it, his main focus was doing the job correctly and with integrity. Thank you Robert! I hope I never need Ameriflood's full line of service but if I do, I will reach back out without hesitation and will gladly refer their services. Thank you Robert! read more

Very responsive, fair, and honest. Assessed need to remove drywall in ceiling that had some leaks after earlier rains. Did fair amount of work, then as an extra service took timd to spray water around exterior of house to find source of leak. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they're definitely getting my business again. read more

Excellent service, quality and very accommodating technicians. Highly recommend this company.

Robert was super professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you need mold remediation services.

Really quite impressive. I don't ever write reviews, but Rob and his folks at Ameriflood are off the charts. Professional, knowledgable, and delightfully easy to work with. I noticed water dripping from my garage ceiling and traced it back to a faucet leak in the kitchen above. It looked like a small issue, but when they opened up the drywall it was obvious that this was just the latest leak. They put their equipment in place in the kitchen as well as the garage. Dealt with the mold. Came back after the weekend and removed everything leaving it all clean with plastic covering the larger than anticipated hole in the ceiling. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Can't go wrong with these folks. read more

Robert called me back about 25 minutes after I left a YELP request, he came out that afternoon, gave me a verbal, sent me the written estimate that was gosh-darned close to his verbal and his crew was out two days later. His guys at AmeriFlood sealed the area, removed all the damaged and potentially toxic wet items (carpet and pad, entire ceiling, attic insulation). They double sprayed an anti-fungus/mold/toxin, cleaned up everything, left behind a dehumidifier and fans, cleaned up the inside and external path they used and did it all with smiles and the long-lost art of respect, politeness and gratitude for being paid. Besides all that, the crew of three all seemed happy to be able to help us out two weeks from Thanksgiving so we could still have the grandkids come and stay in their own room. And to top it off, Robert set me up with a contractor to do the restoration after he was done. And the contractor has the same "I'm here to help and make you a happy customer" attitude. It went from "WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?!?" into "Okay, so were a little inconvenienced, no big deal" in a matter of one day. read more

Fast response and such great service. Can't believe how fast the lab results came back to confirm what we suspected, a mold issue. Technician arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! read more

Angel and Anthony were both incredibly professional, quick, and clean. They came through and assessed the situation quickly, completed demolition in one day, and tidied everything up. There was clear consistent communication with Robert throughout the entire process. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Can't say enough good things! read more

His feedback says it all and the stories that everyone shares is something I experienced. I called Robert and his team when I had an issue at my property. I found his company on Yelp. After reading the reviews, I decided to give him a call. Robert came out to my property and went over the job with me. I was very pleased with his recommendation and pricing. After completing the job, I was very impressed with Robert and his teams' professionalism, punctuality, diligence, and cleanliness. Robert and his team went above and beyond my expectations. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using this company in the future. I would like to thank Robert and his team for your hard work. We greatly appreciate it. read more

The rain left my room with extreme water damage and leaks from the ceiling. Ameriflood provided me a free inspection with a quick response. David in particular demonstrated exactly where the water was coming from with moisture meters. Five stars have never been so easy. Thanks to these guys I found out that I DID in fact have mold in my apartment. The owners at the time tried telling me there wasn't any mold to avoid having to fix it so I took matters into my own hands. The people that helped me were extremely understanding and helpful! Will be returning if I need help with anything else! read more

Our water heater broke and leaked into the garage wall and the adjacent bathroom and hallway walls. Having no hot water and the risk of mold growing made it an urgent situation. Robert was incredibly responsive, came out immediately to take a look at the damage, and was in there the next day starting the mold mitigation process. The pricing was also fair. His team was efficient, pleasant, and most importantly clean! They don't provide drywall/paint replacement services, but we already had a contractor that we trusted and thankfully was available. Thanks to Robert and his team, we will hopefully get our water heater back sooner rather than later. read more

Robert was extremely helpful and professional. He accommodated our schedule for a mold inspection and he showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection. He was honest, friendly and provided valuable recommendations. This company's approach to inspection and remediation seems to be very cost efficient and effective as compared to other companies. I definitely recommend this place. They deserve a 5-star read more

Response was prompt and he provided a thorough check up. We felt completely reassured in his hands. We will use his services again going forward. Highly recommended!!! read more

We had a leak in our roof deck unbeknownst to us for several months. Robert and his team came and contained the area, removed all the interior damage, heated and dehumidified the open space and treated it with peroxide, all for a reasonable price. I appreciated how his team both went above and beyond to make sure no damaged drywall or wood was left and never alarmed us with horror stories or up-selling. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Want to say thank you to Robert from Ameriflood Environmental, we reached out and received a call back quickly. Robert was able to schedule date for an inspection for mold in a crawl space. Robert and assistance were on time and provided the inspection and recommendations needed for the area. Robert was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. Also gave us a clean report on the area of concern, with the free inspection/estimate. We will defiantly be using his services in the future, when the need arises. Thank you again Robert. read more

I am completely happy I used ameriflood!!!! I was told by another company that I had to throw a tremendous amounts of money on a huge remediation. Using dangerous words like Mold with my tenants. Robert was quick to schedule the appointment for second opinion. Not only did he confirm that someone was trying to pull a fast one on me but explained clearly what the reading was. He consulted on 2 options and gave honesty facts. I highly recommend his company! Thanks ameriflood for saving me money and doing a fantastic job. read more

Water/sewage damages are always inconvenient and unpleasant. All you can hope for is to find the right company and the right people to help you through it. Sewage line break over Thanksgiving weekend, and sewage overflow in laundry room into common area driveway. Sewage and every unpleasant thing you can think of all along the driveway into the street. Yelp'd Ameriflood and owner Robert replied within the hour. Came out and inspected the property and gave a quick estimate to clean up. Next day, he came out and power cleaned the driveway area and laundry room. Unfortunately, sewage remains and visible excrement was still visible in the common areas. Tenants of the building were finding remnants everywhere. Forwarded feedback to Robert, and within a few hours his crew was back out to power clean/disinfect our laundry room and common areas again. Went above and beyond, removed the washer and dryer from the laundry room, scrubbed the floors, disinfected everything, and power washed everything. Worked with many vendors, and finding one to do the difficult and unpleasant work like sewage clean up is a challenge. But to find one with the kind of professionalism, work ethic, and personal integrity/commitment to provide the best service, like Ameriflood and owner Robert, is truly rare. Thank you Robert. I look forward to working with you on all our future water damage remediation/restoration projects. read more

Honesty and integrity are major factors that allow me to determine who's going to work on my home. Robert and his team exceeded my high expectations. They removed all the mold in my lower cabinets even though the scope and spread of the mold exceeded what we initially discussed. And they noticed we had water leaks from the roof area. So they hooped on top of my house and ran water to determine where the leak is. Robert and his team are the reason I'm now petitioning Yelp to create an exclusive 6-star rating. They deserve it and more. Even recommended a roofer and plumber for any additional needs I might have at our new home. read more

I am not a fan for a number of reasons. Robert worked on a building I own after we had a roof leak due to tropical storm Hillary. He told me it took way too long for the ceiling to dry out but never recommended another course of action nor an explanation as to why. Worse, he was full of fear tactics about the dangers a mold, even if the mold was beyond the confines of the inside drywall. This did get me doing lots of research on mold and the fear these guys peddle is over the top. The fear seems aimed at getting people to spend lots of money and I find it disreputable. The California Department of Health Website at " https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CCDPHP/DEODC/EHLB/AQS/Pages/Frequently-Asked-Questions-about-Mold.aspx " has some good information. It is important to note that California does not require a license for mold remediation, not does not even consider it a toxic waste. Mold is everywhere thankfully as it is really important in nature. That is not to say you shouldn't work to keep mold from forming inside your house and that you should clean up any mold that does form. Also, drying your place out after a leak is important, but you can rent dehumidifiers (if needed) for far, far less than what these companies charge. What Robert at Ameriflood was amazingly good at was seeking immediate payment after his guys pulled out his dehumidifiers the day after it rained a little again (and presumably leaked again) without even looking for more water. Overall, I just wasn't impressed with what Ameriflood brought to the table and the fear tactics added a lot of stress. read more

I was in a panic yesterday because of a sewage spill in the crawl space beneath my home, due to a plumbing issue. I called Robert for a clean-up quote and within about 45 minutes he was at my house. He was so much more responsive than a larger company I called at 8 AM (had to leave a voicemail) and finally got a callback from 5 hours later. Robert's quote was about a third-less than another quote I received, so I hired him for the clean-up. He and his crew arrived this morning (all wearing masks) and in less than one hour the work was complete. His communication throughout the process was clear, his workers cleaned everything nicely before they left, and the final price matched the quote. I couldn't be happier! read more

I'm sorry there's only 5-stars as I wish I could click 100-stars for what a great job Robert, Ameriflood, and his team did recently when I was my client's on-site manager for her project in Glendale. Not only was Robert as owner of the company easy to reach and communicate with, but all his team on-site were just as shape and responsive. I might miss some names, but there was Rob, Anthony, Angel, Brian, Morgan, David, Christian, and I apologize if I left anyone's name unmentioned for the great job they did. They hustled each day they were there with only a 30 minute lunch break. Also, this location due to the plumbing problem had no bathroom use! So, they were all real troupers, for sure, bearing the brunt of the flood consequences. No complaining either from any of them, just hard workers getting an excellent job done. You can't go wrong with Ameriflood and you will feel confident your job will get done well. read more
