Igor and his team are the BEST! Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and great communication! As a result of a roof leak, I had significant water damage throughout my house. I reached out to FastFix and they were quick to respond and schedule an appointment for the next day. Igor evaluated the situation, explained step-by-step process, and started the demolition a couple days later. In addition, Igor coordinated all mold, asbestos and lead testing and worked directly with my insurance and attorney to keep the process as stress free as possible for me. The team was professional, built containments in affected areas and always kept the house clean. They were also able to identify hidden issues that could have been easily missed. Upon completion they provided preventative recommendations and left the house clean. I highly recommend Igor and his team to anyone looking for water damage restoration and/or mold remediation company. They are the best! read more

Fast, responsive and effective. Igor was prompt, thorough, and easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!

Professional, courteous and reasonably priced! Need I say more? Had a great experience with this contractor. They arrived on time, did a great job and finished the work earlier than anticipated! read more

FF went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and safe while addressing mold problems. They were very patient and considerate , clean. I am very paranoid and I got a full mold clearance from the mold company after the job was done.I tested 7 areas. All the other companies that came to offer us the same job wanted to destroy our kitchen completely while Igor said he'll do the best he can, and he was able to save our kitchen . The job was done very quickly and thoroughly so we could feel safe in our home.Igor also gave us a lot of valuable advice that was beyond the scope of work we hired him for .Our insurance wouldn't cover anything, and I feel the price was very reasonable for what was done. I would definitely only recommend this company to deal with mold. read more

We did not end up using FastFix Restoration but I still wanted to leave a review because we had such a positive experience. Igor was easy to communicate with and came when he said he was going to come. He reviewed our water damage and said it might be possible that we didn't have mold, and that remediation wouldn't be necessary -- but, he still gave us a quote and suggested we get a third-party mold detection to verify whether or not we had mold (and also if we had asbestos). We had a third-party vendor we'd used before, but he also recommended a few. We went with our mold detection company and they found there was no mold and no asbestos. We let Igor know, and he said that he could still do the job for us but without mold, it would be much cheaper for us to go with a handyman since he has a minimum fee due to the insurance and equipment that comes with mold remediation. I hope that we never have to deal with mold remediation again, but if we do, I'm glad we know about Igor and FastFix. read more

So let me start by saying I'm demanding. The entire crew were 1. Courteous and respectful (we have a no shoes policy inside the house and they immediately complied), 2. Accommodating (we have two kids and a pet, making any project a nightmare), 3. Communicative (explained every step and process). Dealing with mold is horrific. They fixed the issue without unnecessary damage to the test of the house, they put up plastic and sealed it appropriately. I cannot be more thankful. We had to get a full mold remidiation. It wasn't something out policy covered and we paid out of pocket. We also got mold testing after at well to make sure it was gone. We can't be thankful enough. read more

I requested a consultation for mold remediation due to a strong smell coming from my open basement and crawlspace. Soon thereafter, Igor arrived and went down to check. He found no mold, and instead diagnosed the problem as excess humidity and liquid in the soil from poor drainage, and then explained how to go about fixing it. Remarkably, he didn't try to upsell me. He talked to me as if I were an old friend, and he offered me his vocational wisdom, free of charge. Igor is a lovely person, and he'll be my go-to call for anything restoration-related in the future. read more

We did not get service however, Igor was very helpful during the phone consultation. He could possibly save us thousands of dollars to first check if it is mold or just mildew. He's been the most helpful out of many companies we've spoke to. read more

Igor and his team are absolutely amazing. They helped me with a mold problem that was in my family room ceiling, which was caused by a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. They were quick to come out to me, professional, knowledgeable, clean work, and overall great experience especially when dealing with something scary like mold and bacteria. Very friendly team and trustworthy. Highly recommend!! read more

Iger was very professional. He came out within 24 hours and his team worked extremely fast. They took out the dry wall for 3 walls and had the dehumidifiers set up within one day. They were also very respectful of my house and taped and covered all of my other walls and furniture. He also gave me the best price compared to two other companies I called. He helped me in a big way during a difficult time. Highly recommended. read more

I hired Igor and his team to remediate five areas in my home and garage as a result of a mold inspection for the sale of my home. I had no idea there was mold until the inspection was performed and the walls were exposed. The FastFix crew were impeccable. They were super attentive to protecting my home with careful preparation before starting any work. There wasn't one ounce of trash anywhere left over; they were so clean and respectful of my surrounding floors and furnishings. After completing the work and passing the subsequent inspection, FastFix removed all their materials and again with care and respect. Igor personally touched based with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them. read more

Dealing with water damage is never fun but having met Igor and his team throughout this experience has definitely been a plus! After contacting a couple of different water damage remediation companies, it was clear that Igor's team was the most professional, knowledgable and had our best interests in mind. Not only was Igor responsive and on time, he immediately made us feel at ease when he came out to do the initial assessment so we knew we were in good hands. His team took great care of our home while performing the work, and echoing others' sentiment, offered to help deal with insurance and our adjustor every step of the way. I'm so grateful to have found Igor in these circumstances and highly recommend his service to anyone looking for help! read more

We are very grateful for Igor and his team. After a pipe in our house sprung a leak, damaging our ceilings, walls and floor, Igor arrived the same day to assess the damage and begin helping us navigate our next steps. Throughout the entire process of repairs and the stress of dealing with insurance he was friendly, communicative, always on-time, and reassured us the whole way. He saved us a lot of headaches by dealing with our adjuster on our behalf and his team repaired our home beautifully and efficiently. Igor and his team were professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to coordinate with the other contractors working on our new house. Since we're moving from another city, we greatly appreciated Igor managing the work locally and sending us photos throughout. When we bought our home, we didn't realize how bad the mold was until a mold inspector came. We hired FastFix to do the remediation work. Their price was fair and they could start the job quickly. They could also do the necessary drywall repairs afterwards, so their initial quote included all work. Many other remediation places will only quote you for the tear down, leaving the price open for the rebuild. Since the remediation process required us to open the walls in our closet, we decided to install hook ups for a washer and dryer. This necessitated a plumber and an electrician to come and install pipes and a new outlet. Igor found us an electrician and coordinated with him to install the outlet. He also worked with the plumbers we hired to schedule when best to install the hook ups during the remediation process. He effectively acted as our local project manager. We're grateful for his work and his coordination in this process. read more

After a pipe burst in the middle of the night and flooded our guest bedroom and bathroom, we chose to work with FastFix Restoration to perform the water damage restoration. The owner, Igor Chausovsky, made what could've been a traumatic event as easy an experience for us as possible. He coordinated the required asbestos testing prior to performing any demolition work and, when asbestos was discovered in the joint compound of the water-damaged rooms, he coordinated the asbestos abatement work. He worked directly with our insurance company to obtain work approvals and payments, but he remained available to answer our questions and concerns throughout the process, making sure that things went as smoothly as possible. I appreciated Igor's thoroughness and professionalism throughout this event and would definitely recommend FastFix's services. read more

I highly recommend Igor and would go back to his company should I need remediation and restoration in the future. read more

We had major water leak caused by burst toilet supply line in the upstairs bathroom and our attorney recommended FastFixLA. Igor and his crew came in less than two hours and started water damage mitigation process right away. They also carefully measured and documented all the damages to support insurance claim. It took forever for the insurance company's adjuster to come and to process the claim, so by the time we were able to do demolition mold started to form in the walls. FastFixLA successfully treated it and got clearance from the lab. Overall we very happy with the service we received. read more

Had a great experience with Igor, who responded very quickly to my panic over a kitchen leak. He showed up and explained how and what the next steps are. After the recent rainstorms my crawl space was flooded. I found FF on Yelp and Igor called me back the next day and showed up at my house on time as agreed. When you have some drama in your life, you appreciate having someone calm and knowleadgable on your side. Igor talked me through the process, answered all my questions and he is generally a respectful person. His price was competitive and we hired him for the job. As our crawl space was drying out, we had another atmoshpheric river, and Igor continued with the drying out. I feel that Igor is honest, reliable, knows what he's doing and is responsive. I'm glad I called Igor and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. There are plenty of guys out there who will try and price gouge you in these sitautions, thankfully Igor is not one of them. read more

Igor was very responsive to my request for an evaluation of the issues at my home. He quickly reviewed the problems and provided a very competitive quote the same day. The work was done very carefully and quickly. For work that fell outside of the scope of his company, Igor offered refferals to trusted resources that I plan to reach out to. Igor is also very kind and generous and a joy to work with. I'm so glad that I was able to make the connection with Igor. I can't recommend him more highly. read more

We just finished remodeling our new house and moved in. Unfortunately, the plumber did not connect the hotline pipe that was located in the attic above the dining room. When we came home, we saw collapsed ceiling in the dining room on the floor, and water was in every room on the first floor. Of course, our new wooden floor got damaged. My attorney recommended water damage restoration FastFix. Igor from FastFix came with his crew and managed the mitigation process. They did water extraction, built a containment in the dining room to secure the area, and demolished all affected floors in the house. They found small areas with mold on the damaged floors and the walls, so they had to proceed with mold remediation. I was more than satisfied with FastFix water removal services. Igor is very knowledgeable and communicative. He also recommended me subcontractors for the repairs. I am very thankful to him and his crew. read more
