Not only was she very quick and responsive, she also went out of her way to get answers with regard to led lighting, delivery stock, etc. I have called in before and i spoke to someone who couldn't provide any answers related to my order and continued to note that there was no way of knowing if they have my order. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. I will post any updates if there is anything new on my end once the cabinets are assembled.

Like others said, there is a slight language barrier. Here is what I can say about him after having our kitchen done- his prices can't be beat. He is super cheap. He works fast and efficiently but you have to inspect the work to ensure it's exactly what you want don't. For us, if he says he will do or fix something, he will do it. If I had a problem and needed them to fix it, he would send someone down the same day to fix it. On one wall the quartz didn't line up for the backsplash tile guy so they I needed them to cut a sliver and put it all the way up against the wall. He said no problem and it was fixed 4 hours later- this was on a day they weren't planning on even coming to do work. He gave me zero pushback for the corrections or changes we wanted. He is a good guy and I plan to use him again. My recommendation is to be very specific with what you want and how you want it. As long as he knows what you want, he'll make it happen.

Kitchen- overall install of cabinets and tiles were not bad but the materials used are cheap as things are chipping. The cabinets are also not uniform in color and it bugs me daily. Bathrooms- do not let these people install any tiles. The spacing between the tiles are off, they smeared the grout and let it dry so it always looks dirty, the edges are off, tiles are not leveled, they installed the shower head soooo high I have to go on my tiptoe to try to grab shower head, the list goes on. This was my first remodel. We were on a major time crunch. I chose the cheapest contractor without any time to educate myself so everything was rushed. I ended up refusing to pay the rest of the balance because of the terrible job they did but I should have paid way less because I'll spend a lot more redoing their mess one day.
