I am so pleased with the outcome of my recent master bath renovation by Inc Remodeling. I spoke to four different contractors, and felt very comfortable with Bayron and Isabella from the start. After meeting them, I hoped they would provide me with a reasonable quote because I really wanted to work with them. Not only was their quote in line with the other contractors, but it encompassed more of the things I really wanted. They understood my design concept and made me feel they could accomplish it. They were always available to offer their expertise and creativity to help me create my vision. For example, I love the taj mahal quartzite in my downstair bathroom and thought I would like it in my master bath, but the current slabs I saw were completely different, so Isabella was able to work with me to find a taj looking quartz which I liked better than the quartzite. Once we began, I realized that the original layout I planned may not provide enough room to access a new linen area. Bayron made a suggestion to adjust the toilet placement to make more room which totally solved the problem. It was reassuring to work with someone who gave me the confidence that I could rely on their expertise and advice. If you've ever done any renovations, you know there are many large and small decisions to make along the way. Isabella and Bayron were always patient and helpful and even a lot of fun. Day one, they covered everything where the work was being done in order to keep the rest of the house clean. Bayron expected his crew to keep everything clean every day. Isabella always sent us notice of who would be arriving and what work would be done. In addition, Bayron is a perfectionist and not one thing can get by his discerning eye. Izabella and her team were so wonderful and easy to work with for my kitchen, closet & bathroom remodel. Initial walk through was clear and I was given a reasonable quote without Izabella even asking me what my budget was. All the other contractors I did a walk through with asked me what my budget was before giving me a quote. Izabella worked with the city permits, my difficult HoA rules, and was responsive throughout the entire project. She gave great suggestions, fixed things that were not up to her standards even when I didn't notice, and always found excellent solutions to little problems that would come up. My wife and I wanted to remodel the master bathroom, kids' bathroom and update our kitchen. We were really nervous since we've had some bad experiences with contractors. We met with 4-5 contractors to discuss the project and costs. In the end, we went with INC Remodeling after speaking with Bayron. We immediately had a sense he was an honest and hard working person. The demo team came in, covered all our floors and added plastic walls in the bedrooms (with a zipper entrance since we were WFH through construction) and demo'ed everything in one day. We started construction after Thanksgiving and Bayron insisted he and his team would have one bathroom (we didn't want both bathrooms done at the same time since we needed at least one shower) and the kitchen completed in time for Christmas. Sure enough, the work was done in 3 weeks, over a week before Christmas. The master bath started after Christmas and was done quickly as well. Everyone on Bayron's team (all the trades) were very respectful and polite. Nearly every evening, they would sweep, vacuum and put away all their tools. Each of the trades really cared about their work and everything was done meticulously. Bayron and I did a final walkthrough of all the work and he had his team touch up any items he and/or I noticed and sent a team of cleaners to our house. We love the work that INC has done and have already recommended INC to our neighbors and my family. We are already thinking about our next project we can have INC perform for us. Upon home visit their final offer with complete breakdown and fair installments came almost the same as initial quote. Start and completion of entire re-modeling work matched promised timing. The initial visit went well but I had to follow up for my quote after not hearing back from their representative. Their representative claimed she emailed the quote but she then realized she didn't have my correct email nor name and seemed flustered and unorganized. I decided to give them a chance anyways as people can have bad days and be overwhelmed. After several visits, texts and emails about my project and setting dates for them to begin work I was ghosted. I agreed on quote and asked them for availability, they gave me two dates to begin work. I agreed either of them would work and the dates came and passed and no communication from them whatsoever. I decide to reach out and ask when they plan on starting work on my home and I received a message "Let me check with Bayron" then no communication again. In my opinion communication is key for any projects and they did not stay connected nor communicate effectively as a business. This gc made me waste time on my project. read more

I can't say enough good things about Inc Remodeling! I contacted them in early February to do a kitchen remodel. Luckily, I caught them just before the busy season. They completely gutted my existing kitchen, eliminated the florescent lighting, raised the ceiling, moved my sliding glass door, reconfigured locations of the sink, electrical sockets, installed new tile floors, painted, installed new cabinets, tile backsplash, quartz countertop with waterfall peninsula, installed appliances, converted gas to electric oven, and painted. Everything was completed in 4 1/2 weeks! It was incredible how Bayron and Cristina scheduled people so efficiently even when someone had to return to fix or adjust something. All the men they sent were experts at their trades. I was impressed by how meticulous they were even carefully cleaning up at the end of each day. I opted for prefab cabinets which Oscar configured to suit my space. He even produced a 3D video to show what it would look like. Ricardo, the cabinet installer did a stellar job considering my walls and ceiling were not squared. The electrician, Jovane, is undoubtedly a perfectionist. I noticed all the sockets were at the same level across the room with all the screw slats facing the same direction. Even all the recessed lights were evenly spaced. Luis did an amazing job with the countertops and waterfall. Rudolfo and Alvin came after the garden window installation and had to work hard to install a piece of quartz to cover the base of the window and window ledge. All the drywall and stucco were properly installed with no sign that the sliding glass door had been moved. Tilework was excellent as was the painting. Others who worked on my kitchen included Saul (the expert troubleshooter), George, Andy, David, and several others whose names I did not get. Of course, no remodel is without a few hiccups, and I have a couple of outstanding minor issues they will return to resolve after their busy season. If there is anything to caution others about, I would say draw your layout to scale so you will have a good idea what it will look like beforehand. Also, make sure you know where you are getting your materials and lead time because these people work very fast. I had two bathrooms remodeled by a different established contractor and the workmanship was no where near what Inc Remodeling does. I've had multiple calls from people claiming to represent this company wanting to follow-up on a "missed appointment" for a kitchen model. There's one catch: I never requested an appointment for a kitchen remodel. Yet, I'm receiving call after call, usually 2-3 a week from whatever call center they're using to do cold calls, all claiming the same thing. All saying that I must have "forgotten" about it or some other foolishness. No matter how many times I ask to be removed from the list, the calls keep coming. I've asked to speak to someone higher up, and suddenly the call is mysteriously disconnected. I may consider a kitchen remodel in the future, but I know one thing, that I will *never* consider this company. read more

The morning of our 3D measurement appointment they canceled with a bogus excuse and when I reached out to reschedule they stopped answering. I don't know what their reasoning was.
