This company is using AI for scheduling and requires a charge of $75 just to get an estimate even though the simple project is straight forward and clear. The AI also stated that they kept trying to reach me but they were not using my number. They might do good work but I'm not comfortable speaking only with AI. read more

The good: office is very responsive. Got a technician onsite super fast. Technician was very nice and willing. The bad: technician had no idea how to fix the problem and still charged us over $400. Problems remained exactly the same after. I called another company after this and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Looking back on my experience, I think the right thing to do would be for the onsite tech to admit you didn't know how to fix it or call another more experienced technician for consultation.
