I had a water leak in the shower behind the wall causing all kinds of damage and had to get them insurance involved. So for starters I just have to say I'm not a fan of contractors. Been taken advantage of a few too many times and given the run around. HOWEVER, That being said True Blue Construction know how to get the job done and get it done RIGHT! Had major water damage (2 floors, 4 rooms and two of those were bathrooms). Alberto from True-Blue contacted me right away, gave me a quote using the same software that the insurance company used, and even walked the site a second time with my insurance company when they were only going to give me a fraction of the cost to repair ($12K instead of $30K needed.) Alberto is very humble, and yet the adjuster ended up reimbursing me the difference! Alberto is very easy to work with, communicates well, and keeps an eye on the job (either he or one of his crew came out to inspect the work progress weekly, which I appreciated). The job went on longer than expected but he came at the end and did touchups on things I missed seeing, and I am picky (painting and cleaning). True Blue did a fantastic job for a full remodel of our laundry room and bathroom. We need a major leak, and they transformed our half bath and cramped laundry room into a beautiful full bath, and used stackable laundry with custom cabinetry in the laundry room to maximize the space. Alberto and Rafa made sure to complete the vision that we had, and worked with us perfectly to align that with the space. One wall had to have the wallboard removed and most of the overhead cabinet was destroyed during the remediation. Alberto of TBC coordinated the rebuild with his qualified team of experts. Josue and his team took the lead with installing the new wallboard and painting and generally putting back the room while Juan took on the task of rebuilding the cabinet to a much deeper depth and added adjustable shelving and did this outside of our expectations.
