His crew is professional, punctual, and patient. I'm an over-planner and worrier, but Danny and Daniel were always patient, kind, and thorough in their explanations, putting my mind at ease. Frank was also always accessible over the phone and text message if I had additional questions about scheduling and the scope of work. The company also offers general construction services, and Frank offered a bid to patch an exterior stucco wall that our plumber had to get into. Based on our positive experience with the concurrent moisture mitigation work, we decided to contract with Frank on the patching project, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Frank and his team again. I highly recommend Save The Day Restoration!

(Thankfully not in the slab somewhere). I then went home, Yelped and found Rainbow Restoration. I called, Terrance answered, and told me he would check it out in about an hour or so. He called me back and said I could rent the equipment from Home Depot and do it myself or pay him $500.00. I went to Home Depot, found out the rental fee was $300.00. I called Terrance and gave him the go-ahead. He had a crew out there the same afternoon. They set up the drying equipment in the bedroom and texted me a photo of the equipment in operation. Two days later they moved the equipment to the hallway and hall closet. Two days later they removed the equipment. Gladys, from the office, called me regularly to keep me posted on what they were doing. The funny thing was that I never actually saw anyone from Rainbow. When they got done the carpets were completely dry, the tenants were happy and so was I. Terrance and Gladys were always so pleasant to talk to and the crew obviously knew what they were doing. Definitely a 5 STAR!

SERVPRO of Southeast Long Beach/Belmont Shores handled water damage and mold remediation at my…read more100-year-old Long Beach home, and I can't recommend them highly enough. This is a family owned and operated business, and it shows in how they work. They were extremely collaborative from the first call through final clearance. When rain moved in mid-project, they walked me through exactly how they were going to protect the house. When we uncovered pests behind a wall, they stopped, explained what we were looking at, and helped me figure out the right next step instead of just working around it. That kind of communication during the process is rare, and it made a stressful situation manageable. They clearly know what they're doing, and just as important, they can explain it. Every decision came with the reasoning behind it, in plain language, so I always understood what was happening in my own home and why. They were genuinely passionate about getting us through mold air clearance testing -- not just passing it, but doing the work right so there was no question about the result. We passed. They also treated my possessions and my house like they were their own. Careful with everything, clean at the end of every day, no shortcuts in the places nobody would have seen. If you need emergency services, water damage cleanup, or mold remediation in the Long Beach area, call Jack and his team. For those that care about this: my dog Athena (who does not like everyone) absolutely loved the full family, and she was excited whenever her friends came over.

He begins to tell us that water is coming down from his ceiling. WHAT?!! We open our bathroom and it's flooded!!! HELLA FLOODED!! First time homeowner (condominium here). No idea what to do but definitely did not want mold. We did what is most common: google and yelped. Jack Ruiz (el mero mero) was our answered prayer ( I know I know sounds dramatic BUT hear me out) by the time we reached out to them it was after 11pm. THEIR AMAZING TEAM to the rescue. Came in with dehumidifiers and checked the moisture levels. Very polite and friendly individuals and refreshing energy to be dealing with us at after midnight. Over the next couple of days with our dehumidifier they kept communicating and removed them once there was no moisture readings. IT DOESNT END THERE. Two weeks later OUR NEIGHBORS COME AGAIN! WATER RAINING DOWN THEIR CEILING!!! We called Jack Ruiz (el mero mero) and made an appointment to check the water levels. Once again their team to the rescue. No water this time.
