From the very first phone call, I had a positive feeling about working with Nathan. After I explained that my investment property had a water heater leak, Nathan immediately told me he could come out the very next day to assess the situation. The leak turned out to be caused by a cracked supply line, which allowed water to spread throughout the water heater area and into nearby spaces, including the bathroom and kitchen pantry. Nathan was extremely thorough during his inspection. He used a moisture meter, knew exactly where to check, and clearly understood the scope and seriousness of the damage. Because we needed to file an insurance claim, an adjuster had to come out as well. Nathan came back to meet with the insurance adjuster and made sure his findings were aligned with the adjuster's assessment. This gave me a lot of peace of mind. Nathan reassured me that he has worked with insurance companies many times and truly understands how the claims process works. He took the time to explain everything to me on what to expect, how the process would unfold, and what steps were worth doing versus what wasn't, especially considering that tenants were living in the property during the repairs. During this time, the tenants discovered a separate and completely unrelated issue, which is the 2nd floor bathroom toilet leak that caused water damage from the second floor down to the first floor. This situation was arguably even worse than the water heater leak. Once again, Nathan stepped in immediately. He assessed the issue, explained the damage, and provided a clear and reasonable quote for addressing it. What really stood out was how organized and communicative Nathan was throughout the entire process.
