It's hard to believe, but this is now my second review in less than 6 months, on an entirely New Pipe Burst / Water Damage job issue! Yes, shortly after the first one, I once again found the need to call on Vince and his Team to return to scope out the damage this time in my Kitchen. Not only was the work done Superior once again with their top-notch expertise, but it was the handling of my Insurance Company that truly was remarkable! It wasn't easy writing checks to C.E.S., not knowing what my Insurance would cover, BUT Vince (owner, professional & leader in his field), went to Bat for me in every way that I would not have expected. He knows his stuff, better than they do, and had come back answers to all their questions & proposals. He was a blessing to have in my court, and for that I am very grateful. Trust this company, for you will not be sorry! Highly Recommend! read more

We called with a severe mold issue. This Company is better then 5 stars. Their service & advise helped even more then I expected. Great referrals & solutions. Thanks especially to Vince & Bobby. Will use them again, hope don't have to! read more

My client ultimately chose another service provider, but Vincent and crew were very helpful giving us an idea of how much it would cost to finish our cleanup. Be prepared, you will have to pay to have them come out to inspect. Their time is valuable. read more

Great, Great, Great! Service. Thank you so much German, you are very skilled and hard working.

I appreciate how quickly Vince came out and assessed the damage. He was fair, honest, and quick to resolve the issues. His repair team came out in short order and restored my tenant's bathroom with very little interruption. I can't emphasize enough how hard it is to find good professionals. When you do, you want to sink your hooks into them and somehow prevent them from ever retiring or selling off their business. Coastline is one such business. Please, Vince, never sell, never retire, and keep up the outstanding work. read more

A client of mine in Aliso Viejo had a water heater leak in the slab, this went into an adjacent bedroom/bath. Vince was prompt in arriving the same day, addressing the situation and working with the Insurance Co. to get the "right coverage" for the claim as it turned into a repair of slab, bath/bedroom walls, flooring and water heater. He was Professional and very knowledgeable and knows how to work with the insurance co.--which can be "priceless". Bryan R., So. Calif. Realtor. read more

My contact with these folks started out fine. I expected that repairing a faucet leak on a Sunday would be expensive. Over $1,000 and I purchased the faucet. Access to the faucet was difficult, but this was really a faucet replacement and dry out. Pretty straightforward. I'm in the industry and we have had the faucet replaced before and it took an hour or so. A few days later, my mom tried to use her dishwasher and it didn't work. Turns out, the owner had forgotten to plug it back in after doing work under the sink. The rest of my review is under his plumbing company A1. I learned this morning that he made inappropriate sexual comments to our caregiver about her figure on Sunday as well as improperly utilizing her as his 'helper' during the repairs. The caregiver was there to attend to my mother and whether or not she was friendly, it was his responsibility to remain focused, and attend to the repair without extraneous socializing. His level of unprofessionalism is very disappointing. read more

Vince did a great job helping a client of mine with a home he was buying in Long Beach. The home had mold issues and Vince gave my client a thorough estimate and a plan to cleanup the mold and solve the problem. I highly recommend Vince and his company. read more

Per our conversation via text on Monday 9/17/2018. What was agreed upon was "Mold treatment of the affected structural components if necessary for $200." However, the written Proposal that you emailed had it for $250. The unethical part that you doesn't seem to comprehend is the fact that your company billed us for additional charges (Mold Remedial) and fees that was not agreed upon nor fully disclose prior to the treatment. That is a fraudulent act! In addition, we were pressure into paying since Tracy was told not to leave our resident empty handed. You had Tracy do your dirty job while you avoid meeting with me in person to discuss about this topic. Had I known the total cost of the treatment I would refused it immediately! Regarding the Proposal, your company emailed me a Proposal of a preexisting client (William Herdrich) whom had similar works done and quoted me their price. Your company also charged me for admin fee to draft up the proposal which was clearly a poor job of copy and paste. You also went as far as charging me for works that was never perform. For example, our whole addition of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is about 577 square feet and they quoted us of 224 square feet of our entire bathroom that was infested with mold. In reality, our bathroom is only (5.67 ft x 12.4 ft) 70 square feet total and leaks was only on the floor about 40 square feet. They wanted to charge me for all four wall and ceiling for mold treatment when in reality the floor was in question to begin the treatment. I did not understand where they came up with 224 sqft until I realized that it was from Mr. Herdrich's preexisting client whom had similar works done and quoted me their price. They also fail to provide the customer proof that my bathroom had mold or just wet woods. We were charge of cleaning materials, PPE equipment which the employee did not use and should be provided. These unethical and fraudulent practices are my experiences at Coastline Environmental Solutions, Inc. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had a toilet leak in my condo, going into the unit below me, called Vince and was able to get someone to come the next day. My Maintenance Manager said that my toilet ring needed to be replaced, but when Ron looked at it, it was a bigger issue and the main line was clogged - which is condo responsibility, not mine. Ron was professional, efficient and understand plumbing!! He cleaned up after himself, and fixed the problem right away! Vince also called to follow up, which i appreciated! I am getting them on my condo vendor list - such a GREAT GREAT company! read more

Our refrigerator water line sprung a leak and wouldn't shut off, Vince and his team came through once again to save the day. They quickly came over and assessed the damage, inspecting for water in the walls, and took action to prevent any additional damage by bringing in heaters and fans to dry out our house lickety-split. Water leak and the first floor was underwater. The crew came out quick. Their plumber Steve (A1 plumbing) was out at our house in 15 minutes. I contacted Vince from Coastline about cleaning a rug that had dog urine stains, he assured me that he had the expertise to handle such a job. The rug was a $10,000 oriental rug so I needed it cleaned professionally, so I paid the $1200.00 for the cleaning. I received a rug back that was no longer usable. He informed me that he had an employee scrub the rug for over 8 hours. I took the rug over to a rug dealer and the rug store owner said that the rug was ruined during this cleaning process, and now my $10,000 rug is worth about $400.00. I spoke to Vince and explained the situation and he refused to take any responsibility for the damage. An expert would have ascertained that the rug could not be cleaned without damage and advised me of this outcome. Paying $1200.00 was very difficult for me due to Covid regulations shutting down all my sources of income. I planned on selling the rug to help pay my expenses. I am now much worse off for entrusting Coastline to clean my rug. I have known Vince for over 20 years and I am very disappointed at his complete disregard for customer satisfaction. read more

I had them out to clean ducts and plenum in our new house. They were very responsive and expert. I found them through National Air Duct Cleaners Association (yes, it's a real thing and, yes, it means something, looks like). They showed up with tons of equipment and did great work. They dinged up a small part on our freshly painted white walls but we'll clean that up. I especially liked that they called out other issues they saw in the attic. Too few people get their ducts cleaned out and I'm glad we did this. These folks are pros. read more

Awful communication. Trying to remodel the kitchen, but they rarely come when they say they would and have canceled several times. We have repeatedly asked for a schedule of when they will be coming and have not received one. After sending them mine and letting them know I can't be here all day on an upcoming day, they cancel work on the day prior when I could be here and on the day of, thus accomplishing nothing and prolonging my exasperation. Will update again when job is done, if it ever ends. read more

We recently moved into our new home and did not expect to have any major plumbing issues since we figured the home inspection would have revealed any problems, if any. However, we did in fact have a leak that trickled from upstairs bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. We called Coastline and a few other companies to compare pricing... but we chose Coastline because I had a chance to speak to Vince who offered to come and inspect the leak right away and also revealed some issues with water damage that can be hidden and eventually cause mold built up. This was a huge concern for us since we just had our first born. Not only did he repair my leak but he also tested for mold and luckily there was none. I will be recommending Coastline to my family and neighbors. read more

I highly recommend Coastline Environmental Solutions. They showed up the same day I called them about my clogged sinks. We were in need of a new water heater. Not only did Steve meet us at Lowe's, he helped us find the best water heater for the best price and even loaded it into our truck. Steve has to be the friendliest technician we have encountered! He was funny yet professional and made us feel valued as customers. While installing our water heater, without me asking, Steve walked me through the process on how to connect and operate the unit. This is VERY rare! I can't say enough great things about Coastline and Steve. The service was fast and the work was done properly. I would definitely recommend Coastline and, more specifically, Steve! If you are reading this Steve, ever word of our review is heartfelt and completely honest. Hopefully we won't need any future plumbing, but if we do, we know how to call. Thanks, Michael read more

Trust me, If I could give 0 stars, I would.... Per my insurance, I called Coastline to come out for a repair on my house. They came out (several hours later than what they said they would be), took a few pictures and told me they would get started right away. I asked for an estimate before they started work, and the refused to give me an estimate. They told me they don't do estimates on emergency calls. I told them based on those facts, I would NOT be hiring them to come out. They refused to leave my house, and after about 45 minutes, they finally left. Then I get a harassing phone call that said that I "wasted their time" and that I need to pay $500 for them to come out. I told them I would NOT pay anything. The next day, they sent me an invoice for $500, but said that they were being nice by offering me a "preferred customer discount" of $250. So now they want $250 to take a couple of pictures and provide me NO estimate? Yeah, right.... They continued to invoice me for months, and now are sending me a harassing demand letter (full of spelling and grammatical errors and LIES!) and saying they are charging me interest on my unpaid invoice. Needless to say, these people are SCAMMERS!!!!!! They want me to pay $250 for nothing. Not even an estimate on the work. I would avoid these people like the plague. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! read more

Never the type of company you want to find yourself looking for, unfortunately we did. After doing a bit of searching and calling around I decided to move forward with Coastline. From the first phone call they were more informative, honest and upfront about all the possibilities of what we were in store for. They were able to come out quickly and clean up our lovely black water pond that had formed in our crawl space under our house. Completing the clean up quicker than expected I was a little nervous if it was done properly. I'm not one who will offer up and just jump into a crawl space to have a look around. Since the they were here I have had two plumbers to assess our problem and both have commented that it doesn't even look like there was standing water down there. The smell is gone and I'm happy as can be. The icing on the cake was paying the same as the estimate I originally received and getting a follow up phone call to make sure that everything was good. So if you ever find your home needing some sort of damage repair give them a call. read more

I was referred to Coastline by the company that originally installed all of my drapery. It turned out to be a great referral. The company came in, removed all of the drapes and valences, cleaned them. stored them for me and then reinstalled them. They also did the air duct cleaning for me since the house had been going through repairs for a year. The crew that removed the drapes and reinstalled them were there on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. The same applied to the air duct cleaning crew. Both crews were led by John who was an extreme pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for drapery cleaning and air duct cleaning. Tried to call Petes Plumbing and were told they wouldn't come out on a Saturday because we weren't an established customer, so then called Coastline Environmental Solutions (A-1 Best Plumbing). They were willing to come out but did inform my husband that it would be a little cheaper on a weekday. My husband agreed and set up an appointment. On Monday, they called and gave an update on their approximate time of arrival and called again when they were on their way. Very friendly and fast service. Drains were cleared and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. read more

Coastline assisted me in a time of need. The toilet in my rental property overflowed and resulted in water intrusion EVERYWHERE...a big, soggy, stinky mess. Coastline was able to assist at 10:00pm at night by sending a team to unplug the pipes, secure the area and begin the drying process. Within 4 days the property was ready for reconstruction. All relevant paperwork was given to my insurance agency, and that helped to alleviate the stress of the situation. I'm grateful that they secured the situation efficiently and effectively. read more
