Communication was inconsistent, timelines changed, and we were told at various points that they were waiting on insurance coordination before work would proceed. The company ultimately chose not to complete the remediation, removed their equipment, and then billed for more days than the equipment was actually on site. When I attempted to ask questions and clarify the discrepancies, the interactions were not handled professionally. The verbal communication I experienced felt confrontational and dismissive rather than solution-oriented, which made an already difficult situation much worse. Everything was handled so unprofessionally. Because I needed to move forward with repairs and focus on my family, I paid the invoice to prevent further escalation while still disputing the charges.
