The bathroom was completely gutted, and the electrical and plumbing were updated and reconfigured, including relocating the light switches and adding new lighting. We removed the old bathtub and created a beautiful walk-in shower, enlarged the shower window, added a built-in bench and niche, and completely updated the tile, flooring, vanity, fixtures, and finishes. The tile work is absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the bathroom is incredible. We were able to choose everything we wanted, and Bryce and his team brought our vision to life even better than I expected. One of the things I appreciated most about Bryce was how involved he was throughout the entire project. He came by every day to check on the progress, and he was hands-on with the work himself. He was always easy to talk to and approachable, and whenever we had a question, he took the time to answer it. He was also very transparent and upfront about costs, and if something unexpected came up, he communicated with us honestly. Every person he brought into our home was professional, respectful, and considerate of our space. The person who did the work also walked me through design and material options. I originally wanted a Doric-style column, but they recommended a rectangular column using a durable PVC-type material (used for piping) and even reduced the price. I was hesitant, but it turned out to be the right call. They completed the job in one day and the house looks noticeably upgraded. Afterward, I noticed some movement in the railing slats. They explained it's normal since the railing is custom fabricated on site (not one solid piece), and similar to others in the neighborhood. Still, they came back out and glued them at no charge, and now everything feels solid. The finished look is beautiful--neighbors have already asked for referrals. Professional, responsive, and stood behind their work. Would recommend.

In 2018 we had a re-tile of a fireplace surround done with some hand made tile. Not only did they…read morebuy an excessive amount of tile for the job and stick us with a lot of very pricey excess tile, but their installation has left us now with eroding tile, as you can see from attached photos. The erosion began with a haze, which slowly led to a crumbling away of the glaze from the top of the tile. Also, numerous tiles have cracked, which is caused by poor installation. We've received an estimate of $1400.00 for the twelve or so tiles that need replacing. At this point we're unsure if the entire flooring hearth part of the job needs to be torn out. That will be way more costly. We were unhappy in general with all the delays and the slow pace of this company. Now this has made us even more furious about their quality of work. When they were lacquering the wood for the mantelpiece, it kept getting cloudy because they were applying it too close. My husband had to tell the worker how to do it and to back up and stand further away. Their craftsmen were not that skilled in a number of types of work such as applying wood finish and also tile sealant. Their tape that they used to attach protective paper to my rug also ruined it in the spots that they applied the tape. I can't tell you how sorry now that we ever got mixed up with this company.
