    Green Curry & Rice

After a long day of unintentional fasting, Pink Bee Thai absolutely hit the spot. We ordered the pineapple fried rice at spice level 4 and the green curry at level 3--both were amazing. My husband and I love spicy food, and the level 4 was just a bit above what we can comfortably enjoy, but still incredibly flavorful and worth it. The green curry had the perfect amount of heat and was rich and delicious. Overall, a super satisfying meal, and we'll definitely be coming back! The decor was very cute and the service was great!

This place is great! Only been here once but I do plan on coming back because they had too many good options on their menu. The service was very quick and friendly and inside was cute, everything is pink. I did bite into a bone in my soup but sh*t happens, ducks have bones! I just picked it out and the rest of the soup was great!

The sandwich I had was really good although quite messy. Maybe a bit too much sauce in there especially for a to go order, but it was very tasty so worth it. The Thai tea was probably too sweet and I wouldn't order it again. The service was great - they asked if I wanted my tea now to drink while I waited or just with my meal when it was ready, which was very considerate. The space is bright and fun with maybe 10 or so tables. There's a lot of construction going on outside but don't let that deter you!

The owner Jen always does an amazing job with the exotic and inventive variety of flavors in her food. Strongly recommended for the A+ quality service in regards to the friendliness, ambience, and taste of such fine dishes as the Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, Tumeric Noodles, Mango and Sticky Rice, and a personal sweet favorite of mine is their specialty pink bee honey iced tea. If you are visiting Seattle or happen to live in your area, definitely give it a visit. Fairly priced and extremely delicious!

I've heard great things about Pink Bee, so I gave it a shot. We walked inside. I noticed all the windows gave the place a bright atmosphere, and the tables had cute little vases with flowers. There is a Kiosk to order from, so that's what we did. Sat ourselves down. The worker was friendly and asked what kind of silverware we preferred (chopsticks vs forks). The Food: Chicken Pad Thai (medium spice level)- The portion was bigger than other places, which is a big plus. The flavors were strong and delicious! Only complaints are: I really didn't taste much spice, and it was a bit too sweet. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back for this. Pad Kee Mao (high spice level)- The flavors were nice, and vegetables seemed fresh with that crunch that means it's perfectly cooked. However, again, this really wasn't that spicy. The noodles were a bit too soft and broken apart, and it needed more of that basil that's usually in this dish. There is a shelf along a wall with condiments that you can use, so thankfully we were able to add the spice needed to make our dishes really shine. I'd like to try more dishes- there were some things on the menu that looked unique. For example, I saw that there are sandwiches with fillings such as panang curry- whaaat?! Sounds good.

I love going here! All the dishes I've tried are amazing. The Bamee Gai Yang and Turmeric Noodles were both so delicious. Exceptional service! Highly recommend.

Wow!! We've walked past this place many times and we finally stopped by for lunch. From the looks it's very unassuming, the food was the real show stopper. Very friendly service, didn't have to ask for a thing as it was brought to us before we could even ask. We tried the fresh shrimp spring rolls which were the best I have ever had. Delicious fresh herbs and served with peanut sauce and an amazing green Thai chili sauce. The mango juice was dressed up nicely. We ordered the yellow curry sandwich and the chicken satay sandwich. Both sandwiches packed a lot of flavor but our favorite was the yellow curry. It had a nice coconut sweetness to it that balanced so well with the fresh veggies. The table next to use had a few plates of food that looked and smelled fantastic. Can't wait to try other items!

Have you ever had a day where you need a big strong hug BUT you really just want to be in your own head for the day and not talk? Well that's me today, and sitting in Pink Bee as the jazz plays, enjoying sticky rice and basil pork.... The chef singing softly in the kitchen, that's just the hug I needed to make my day better. Sometimes food is about hunger, but today food is about comfort here at Pink Bee. If you need a food hug, I recommend coming here and slowing down for some soul food.

Thai cuisines vary depending on the region, but in general Thai food is known for balancing sweet, salty, spicy, and sour flavors. It also features a generous helping of fresh herbs and coconut milk. This results in bold, complex, and often herbaceous dishes. Located on Second Avenue in Belltown, Bangrak Market is named after the most famous market in Bangkok, where we had our first dinner in Seattle. The reservation was easily made via their website. Upon arrival, it was pretty busy and felt like a market when one stepped inside thanks to the colorful streamers and decor. The decorations were so unique, especially the baskets used throughout the space, and the whole vibe instantly transports one to Thailand without actually being there. It has such an energetic and party-like vibe. The music felt like one's in a bar, and the atmosphere was super fun. My partner, his family, our friends, and I managed to get a big table for a party of 14. With so many menu options, one can order with confidence. For starters, some ordered the Fresh Garden Rolls (Tofu), Chicken Satay, and Kao Mun Gai. As the main meal, we ordered Tom Yum Nam Sai (Chicken), Pad Thai, Pad See Eww, Kao Pad, Kao Pad Supparos, and Gang Kari. The food was amazing, full of flavor, and authentic. Everything was beautifully presented and made with fresh ingredients. Portions were decent and the price reasonable. The service was excellent and super friendly. From the wait outside to our meal, this establishment was buzzing, packed with patrons having a great time, food flying out of the kitchen, and that fun, chaotic energy that tells one you're in the right place.

The changing station in the bathroom was also very nice, with a soft cover, and they even provide wipes and other consumables you might need. The bathroom was very clean as well. Oh and the food is absolutely delicious! The dipping sauces for the chicken were all so good, and the texture of the chicken was perfect, moist and tender steamed chicken. The grilled chicken was also very juicy. We also loved the thai lime tea, a variant of thai milk tea which balances the sweetness with tangy/bitter lime. Very refreshing! We will definitely be ordering takeout/visiting the restaurant again!

We scanned the electronic menu at the front, ordered, then got water at the self-serve station. We beat the lunch crowd so we had plenty of tables to choose from. The bright and cheery decor had nice ambiance and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My hubs ordered the Khao Soi Chiang Mai, one of his favorite dishes to order at a Thai restaurant. It was huge and came in a big, wide bowl. He enjoyed the flavor of the yellow curry and building heat of this dish. Make sure to get a steak knife at the front counter so you can cut the meat from the chicken drumstick (if you're not biting into it). Also, if you are a spice lightweight like me, this is not your dish. But if you enjoy spice and curries, you will enjoy this dish. I got the E-Jae House Noodle with chicken and no egg. Wow, their handmade rice noodles were amazing! So soft, tender, and kinda ropey. I loved the texture and taste of this dish. The sauce was light and complimented the noodles, chicken, green onions, and cilantro. It's so great to eat a restaurant dish that isn't too salty or saucy! It comes with a side of chili sauce which I didn't use, but if you like spice, I am sure it was good. We ended our meal by sharing a small order of the Mango Sticky Rice. It was delightful. The mango was perfectly ripe, the sticky rice was delicious, and it was topped with little crispies which we found out later was fried mung beans. A great ending to a great meal. It was enough noodles and sauce for two meals for me. It came with one chicken leg (enough for one meal). Make sure to grab a knife from the front counter to get the chicken off the bone. Their flavor profiles are different from other Thai places I've tried. I enjoyed it. We also got the small mango and sticky rice. The mango was perfectly ripe.
