Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

I got there around 7am on a Wednesday and there was no one there to assist me in the operation and what the cost is. All I had was a comforter to wash. I picked a large washer and started dropping quarters in until one got stuck. These were from their change machine. No one to help. No one! I even called there number and left message, twice. I took the comforter out of the machine and went to a Wave Laundromat nearby, where they had someone help guide me through the process and it was great! If I ever need to go to a laundromat, Wave has my business!

Anyone that trains in Karate knows shoes are not used. that's Kung Fu not Karate. he says he cant be held "Responsible for what happens after" what he is not saying is they folded the damaged to the GI pants so you could not see it until l took it off the hanger. What i paid for vs. what i got. I walked in a week before my karate tournament. I gave them several pieces. Ranging from a suit to my karate gi. I picked it up on Wednesday. They said i would be texted but never told me to look in my spam so i never received a text. I had to call. I picked up my GI on my way to teach class. Everything appeared to be okay. Until the next morning and i take my gi out of the cleaners bag. I see burn a burn mark over my Gi pants. I reached out to them and informed them of the damage. I told them i was at a tournament and there was nothing that could be done, as the tournament was 3 days long. Anyone that does karate knows your gi needs to be clean for a tournament. As i run a school, this made me look bad. I walked in on Monday or Tuesday and show them the damage. I requested the gi be replaced. I gave them the price, where they could buy it and brand. They said they could "wash it again". I said you cant wash out burn marks. I even went so far as to meet in the middle and ask that they just replace the GI pants. They ignored me. This is my next step. All platforms and the BBB will know of what you did so the right thing and replace my gi bottoms and issue me a full refund for your poor handling of my item. You charge way too much vs. The services i paid for. Let me also add this company operates under three different names. 1. ABC dry cleaners , the store front. 2. Via email they operate as Norterra cleaners. Vs. The reality which is discount cleaners.

I looked for a full service laundromat near my house and found Coin Less Laundry. The attendant was very nice and even found a coupon I could use as a new customer for $10 off. The whole handoff was very smooth. I am not sure if it was expensive because I didn't really do any price shopping but for several queen quilts, mattress liners, sheets and some towels it was about $80 (minus the $10 off coupon) -- but well worth it to me! The one thing the attendant didn't tell me was that I needed to bring the receipt back the next day when I picked up the items. When I came back the next day a different attendant was working and asked me for my receipt and then was a little annoyed I didn't have it. I guess it would be weird to have someone else pick up my laundry but why would anyone do that? I had also brought in a couple more quilts when I was picking up my order and she was also annoyed I didn't have my own bag. Overall I was very pleased with the washing and folding so that is why I gave 4 stars but the grumpy attendant should be a little nicer.
