It is a lot of acidity if you are not expecting it. The Rachel was fantastic, except that the coleslaw had some onion bits mixed in. We are not onion fans in this household. Ha The Sharona would have been a better choice, as I much prefer pickles to oniony coleslaw. My partner said she really liked hers. We had half a sandwich each for leftovers the next day, and shared the leftover chips, since I finished off my salad the night before. Got home and opened our Pho and there was no herbs/vegetables other than sliced onion. No basil at all. My wife's dish was also missing key ingredients. We called and they said it must have been a mistake, so I went back to get it, and that's when they admitted they didn't put it in because they were running low and reserve it for those eating in house?! At no time did they notify us that our order was being changed... not during ordering, not during pickup, not when we were tipping them or when we called in later. I found them completely dishonest about the whole situation. I totally get that restaurants can run out of things, but you don't lie about it in the hope that take out orders want bother to follow up. Dishonest places like this is why people don't want to tip in advance. I am done with this place.
