This new Cava is great! I've been to a few of the other locations like Willow Lawn and VCU. I think this location is the best out of all of them! The line moves fast and got my order right. My go to order is the greens/grain bowl with lamb meatballs with red cabbage, pickles, pickled onions, and tomatoes. The ingredients were all super fresh. What a great new cava in the old Tae Kwon Do building. A great airy atmosphere with ample light and seating and even outdoor seating. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and fast. They were knowledgeable of the food choices. The chicken rice bowl is my favorite. It's filled with such great ingredients and the flavor is amazing. Tantalizing to the tongue for sure. This is a new place on Rte. 1. We have been twice. It is a nice store with a good location. There is adequate parking and some indoor seating. Food and produce have been fresh each time and the people working there are able to speak to you without grunting. A significant improvement over some places. read more

So excited Cava opened a location nearby! Almost their entire menu is gluten free. Things are made on a shared line, so cross contamination is always a risk. However, the staff does change their gloves if you notify them of an allergy or food intolerance. Great portions for the price. read more

Usually I like CAVA. This location was great when they first opened. Recently, the employee was quite unsure about things. I have a food allergy and then they contaminated it. Another employee remade it. I got lamb and the second time it was made, it was made with half of the lamb that was in the first bowl even though both of them measured it out. read more

This cava really has my respect not only walked in and got that welcome to cava from Ms. Leaha. which I hope I spelled her name right, but she was able to take my order after she was finishing something she was currently doing which i was very patient and didn't mind the wait, Not only Leaha took my order and made it how the menu set it to be what surprised me the most is that she knew what goes inside the bowl by heart. That showed me how much she is dedicated to her job and how well she takes her role at cava.
