The restaurant is spacious where you have a bar section on one side with a gaming area and hi-top tables and another section with a bar area, pool tables and seating tables where we were located. The decor is really nice (didn't get a chance to take pics) and spotless. Definitely a place where you can catch sports games and such. After our party arrived, it was time to place our orders. I selected their fish and chips (rockfish was the protein) along with red crispers and I replaced their coleslaw with green beans. Overall, the dish was really good. The fish was crispy and well seasoned and the red crispers tasted wonderful with their homemade tarter sauce as the dipper. I wasn't a big fan of the green beans as I prefer mine to be soft though. But I was plenty full with the dish overall. The reason why I gave them 4 stars was service for our group. It wasn't bad as we were attended to by the welcoming staff, but it was 3 total servers which was a little weird. One server was new and messed up some of the orders. And for one person, their dish came out a little different than how she imagined so she sent it back and paid nothing. Again, not bad service but much needed training for the new guy. Even with the slight mishaps, the drive was worth it. I could definitely go here again and try different dishes. Till next time :)

The roasted peppers added a nice kick, and the sauce was yummy. ~Fries (5/5): love battered fries! And they were seasoned really well ~Catfish and grits (4/5): the grits were wonderful consistency. Catfish was fried really well and was extremely tender. The sauce was so flavorful, but it was very heavy. At first I was worried about the huge chunks of celery, but thankfully, it didn't have that strong celery flavor and added a nice crunch. She tells me the sauce had a nice flavor but the chicken really had no flavor. Certainly not a Blackened flavor you would expect. The chicken itself was good and tender. As for me I had Shrimp and Grits. It also was good. It had onions and peppers in it and again the flavor of the onions and peppers just want there. Who knows. We also had the Brick Oven Brie. There was a really nice amount of Brie. So much that the toasted bread ran out way before the Brie. So as I said this was a good place and meal despite my small hits in this review. Our bartender was knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to pour another drink or mix another cocktail. There was a spirited barback named Gab who was clearly the one running the show. She was running this way and that, cleaning and stocking glasses, keeping the bar clean and orderly, and we even heard of a tap malfunction that she helped to contain in the refrigerated keg area.
