I tried 3 sauces and the cilantro was the best one. The tahini and the miso ginger were not to my liking. Understand that for a group of people with different dietary needs this place fits the bill but I wouldn't be rushing to go there the next time I am in town, as it was not my taste.

Their famous short rib egg rolls were a bit burned on the outside so a bit dry on the inside. They did have a very good sauce served with them that pretty well covered the flaws. We also got the sweet potato corn bread. It was tasty, but fell apart just a little too easily. I had to eat it with a fork. The risotto that came with my duck leaned a little too far to the mushy side. The duck itself was really good. My niece had the salmon, and she had no complaints. She said she had the leftover last night as a sandwich and that it was delicious. Service was excellent. No notes.

We had the option of getting brunch or the regular lunch menu. I ordered the OG chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The chicken was full of flavor and juicy and I liked the sauce that came on it. The only complaint I had was the service. The server wasn't bad but he also wasn't good. It almost felt like he did not want to come to our table. He forgot to put in the order for one item that my table asked for. We had to flag him down to ask for refills or things like the check.

Our entrees were equally as tasty. I ordered the salmon and it was done well! My only personal preference would be to swap the green beans for the collards next time--the green beans just weren't cooked quite the way I prefer. That said, everything else was really enjoyable. Overall, a great meal at an equally great price. We were pleasantly surprised to walk out for under $65 without ordering drinks. Definitely felt like a great value, and we'd happily come back!

There is a huge empty booth right in the front across from the hostess stand, no one was sitting there, we asked if we could sit there for just a moment to cool off in the AC- we were rudely told no we had to wait outside. The next family in line included 2 elderly women and a baby all dressed gorgeous, they also were told they had to wait outside in 105 weather. After about 20 minutes of waiting, (I was just going to tell them to forget it) they said our table was ready. Well, instead of inside with AC as we requested we were seated in a gazebo porch area that they claimed had AC. By this time we were so desperate for cool, we didn't argue that we had requested INSIDE not whatever this room was. It ended up being like sitting in a tuna can. So uncomfortable, my husband and bro in law just went and sat in the car with the AC blasting. Waitress was sporadic to put it nicely. Meanwhile, back inside the booth across from the hostess stand was still empty. Food was fine. But I don't think this place will be around much longer.

They also have a little grocery section with a good selection of wine, beer, chocolates, and other basics. The flavor profiles were pretty on point, but the sandwich bread really stood out - they had just the right crunch-to-soft ratio The staff are also lovely - they helped me pick from the options and were very knowledgeable about the menu - good vibes all around and definitely worth stopping by if you want to enjoy a casual meal with great food and drinks. I wanted a healthy option for lunch so came here. The bowl felt a bit too drowned in a sauce that wasn't my taste. I hope to return to try something else on the menu

What blew me was the protein portions that I just passed on because it looked microwaved. I did try the Blueberry Coconut Chiller which was pretty good. The salad itself was very fresh and delicious. I would return but i can go without protein. The size / portion was great for price.

This place punches well above its weight class. There were a couple things that really impressed me…read moretonight. The food first of all was incredible. Some very tender octopus, the fries are perfect for dipping more on that later. And the meatballs were great, but that Caesar salad salad is truly amazing with all of the seasonings and their homemade Caesar dressing. The fact that they make all of their sauces in house, I give a nod to the chef for that because they have some incredible sauces. One of the things that really impressed me was the fact that I ordered the fries and the waitress asked if I wanted the sampler sauces. I was thinking that that was going to be an additional charge, but I was wrong. The sampler was included with the fries and that came with about five or so of their homemade sauces. The Caribbean bean chili was my favorite, but I also enjoyed their ranch and lemon aïoli as well. They were really all great. I just want to give a shout out to pinkies for not nickel and diming the consumer when so many other restaurants and chains do that. I will be back off of that level of Customer Service service alone. I was also very impressed with the portion sizes. When you hear Tapas that typically means high price, low quantity of food. But here I feel like you actually get what you pay for. I was very impressed. A place with amazing food and a good bang for your buck is five stars any day from me. Thank you for an amazing dinner.

We dined here twice in one weekend because of convenience and the food being good enough to repeat! We did not have reservations either time, and we were seated right away. There was space for our stroller. The inside of the restaurant is like a big garage, and it's quite loud (but our baby likes the loud noise). Outside, they have big umbrellas to provide some shade. Highlights from the menu include the grilled octopus, caesar salad, meatballs, and desserts (both cheesecake and olive oil cake). The meatballs were so tender and saucy. The octopus was cooked well, and the seasoning was great. The only dish we didn't love was the scallops. The scallops were overwhelmed by the accompanying chorizo in the dish. The server we had the first night was not friendly or warm. It seemed like she did not care to be there. But there were no mistakes or major issues. We enjoyed Pinky's, and it was a good choice for brunch on a busy weekend and for dinner without a reservation. I'd recommend checking it out.
