We were hungry and while I was craving cheap fast food, my son wanted to give this place a try. When you arrive, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of it and outdoor seatings although it was very hot when we went, so we dined inside instead. Upon entering, you will see 2 kiosk to order your food with plenty of pictures, so we did just that. I think you can also order at the counter, a few steps ahead. There were many options to choose from like salads, wraps, and bowls. We chose the Lemon Crush Bowl and Chicken Tinga Bowl. Both were equally delicious and satisfying. First, you choose your base. It comes with warm grains, but if you want extra grains or cauliflower rice, there is an up charge. Then, you get to play with the ingredients it comes with by adding or taking away some. The same with the dressing.They have so many to pick from and because I was curious, I ordered the ENZO Eureka Lemon Crush Olive Oil on the side. It is a strong lemon and olive oil taste, but good in moderation. The Greek goddess dressing was just fine, but I had try another one and no complaints. Also, you have the option of getting half a slice of bread with your bowl. Great way to push some of the last of it onto your fork. Overall, this was a healthy choice. It is on average $10-$13 per dish, but you know you're eating right. The "Taco Bell next door" temptation fizzled fast and I left feeling so grown up. Go check them out. read more

I usually don't leave reviews because I'm not very picky, but this experience really disappointed me. I am currently pregnant, so it's extremely important for me to avoid undercooked steak. I specifically requested that my steak be fully cooked with no pink at all. Unfortunately, my burrito came with steak that was still pink. I tried to eat it anyway, but I ended up having to pick all the steak out, which completely ruined the meal. I paid a lot of money for something I couldn't even enjoy. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I'm really upset that my request wasn't taken seriously read more

We dropped in for an event where you get a free kids meal with purchase of an adult meal..luckily it was pretty empty, but it took at least 15 minutes for us to get through the very very short line. The staff was pleasant but offered no help or recommendations as this was our first time in. They did have a balloon artist & crumble cookies out for the kids... so that was nice. I will be honest service, ambiance was great! I'm not sure I'll be back. I ordered a salad and a wrap. The salad was ok & the wrap was 95% kale. The falafel I ordered wasn't even in whole pieces. It was shredded up inside the wrap.I pulled a A-LOT of the kale out because my three bites was nothing but Tortilla & kale. With inflation be so high this is one of the reasons why I hate going to new places I paid $25 for a salad that was Meh and a wrap that was 90% kale with little to no toppings. First time trying Chopt. Food tasted good for the most part, but my salad just did not turn out very appetizing. Salad barely had any of the toppings, 95% lettuce. The Avocado was 1/2 spoiled(Black and brown throughout) The chicken was supposed to be a Fried Panko Breaded Chicken, and maybe that's what it was, but the reality of what I received was not at all what I expected from the images on the app. It looks crispy and warm from the images but then what you actually get is a cold tough piece of soggy breaded chicken. Maybe it's different if you order a Warm Bowl vs Normal Salad. Idk. But whatever I had in my salad was not worth having again. The service itself was very good ordering on the app. Very easy to use. Images look great. Pick up notification times were accurate. No complaints there. The restaurant looked to have a nice ambiance. It's pretty new to the area and it looks great. Other menu items might be better and worth a shot. This specific Salad just did not win me over. And it didn't help that I heard such good things about the Chopt brand. While new to Virginia, Chopped has been around for awhile. Fresh ingredients and a hand chopped salad. There are a few hidden problems. First, you will see two kiosks when you first walk in. Do not order from them. If you do you will be waiting for a very long time. In fact, after I ordered from the kiosk, 7+ people were served and seated eating before I even got my meal. Go straight to the counter. Second, read the small print. On your fresh salad you are only allowed 4 toppings. Anything else is .79 extra. You can't imagine how fast that adds up. My friend walked out with a $20 salad. The funny thing is that even with all those toppings, her salad was not bigger than mine. Can we say the skimpiest toppings at .79 a serving? So not worth it. Third, there is no soda machine, (canned drinks), and iced tea and lemonade self serve. However they also have self serve water, save some money and ask for a cup for water. The place is new, but the tables are quite close to each other. I probably won't be back, I just can't get over the $20 price for a salad. read more

The food was good. What turned my stomach was watching an employee just talking talking talking to the other employee beside her directly over the salads she was chopping. I decided to stop in at the new Chopt Creative Salad Co. for lunch. It was early, and there was only one customer seated in the dining area. The person who waited on me was patient and very helpful in making my selections, as this was my first time in one of their restaurants. I ordered a Chopt Junior salad because I usually don't eat much for lunch. All of the ingredients looked fresh, and the preparation area was very clean. Although it was a junior size salad, the portion was much larger than expected, and the person building the salad was very generous with the ingredients, in particular the protein I picked, which was roasted chicken. There were many salad dressing to choose from, and I was offered the chance to sample some of them before choosing one. (The salad also came with a bag of chips and a slice of fresh, bakery style bread.) The price was very reasonable - I would have spent much more at a fast food restaurant, for something less filling and no where near as healthy. The food was tasty and took no time at all to prepare.
