I downloaded Yelp specifically to leave this review. Never reviewed a place ever actually but I went in to get a sandwich on my break. Was very respectful as usual like everywhere I go. The woman who made my sandwich was very rude for seemingly no reason. And was trying her hardest to not listen to what I wanted even tho I said and understood that I would have to pay extra for something. Not a crazy request. I wanted extra meat and understood that means extra money. She did this with the weirdest attitude at that. Shouldn't have bought it. I work next to that place unfortunately. read more

I have been here 3 times. Each time has been terrible. It's always the same employees. Today I went and got a sandwich. 1.they toasted it without even asking and there's so many employees that you can't tell until it's already toasting. (I do NOT like my sandwiches toasted at all) 2. They barely put ANYTHING on my sandwich. And when I asked for extra mayo because I noticed how little of product there was, she caked it in mayo. 3. I went to go eat it, and all I could taste was just bread, and hot tomatoes and mayo. It's Absolutely disgusting when it's warm (in my opinion). I couldn't even taste the lettuce, cucumbers, or cheese. NOT TO MENTION THE BREAD WAS ROCK HARD ALMOST. Never coming back again. read more

Worst subway I have ever been to I ordered in advance hoping my food would be fresh when I got there the associates gave me a dirty look as I was picking up my food and when I got home the food was cold none of the bread or cheese was toasted and they didn't even put the sauce when I called the store the manager was very rude and disrespectful would not recommend this place to anyone read more

Firstly, one of the workers has apple ear pods in the whole time I was there. Secondly, the older woman has an extremely rude demeanor when asked simple questions that doesn't take a rocket science degree to answer. To me, it seemed like they were making excuses not to have to work and make me a sub. It's pretty sad that all the subways in this area suck. I go here for lunch during the week. This is a bustling Subway and I like that. There are always all sorts of people coming in for lunch. The ladies that work there are always very friendly and they keep the line moving fast. The quality of the subs is what you would typically expect from any Subway. The view out of the window while eating is always interesting b/c this is a busy shopping center. read more

With out a doubt worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 subs on Grubhub and the driver delivered to the wrong address. Hubby complained to Grub hub and then the owner called him to bitch that we had complained!. Delivering to the wrong place was bad enough but then they did not bring all that we paid for. the owner told us not to come back there again. Not a problem since there are 5 stores closer to us. Subway at 9127 Staples Mill Road. The customer service received was terrible starting with be made to wait to place an order. With no other customers in the place, I waited five minutes even after the sandwich maker made eye contact with me. That was problem #1. Problem #2 came when paying for the purchase, I had a combo meal coupon and asked the cashier if he would upsize the drink knowing that it cost a little more and was willing to pay for it. I was told no that he would not upsize the drink. The final problem was with the lid for the cup which did not fit properly and blew off the cup as I exited the building forcing me to have to go back and get a second lid which also didn't fit and even though I was able drive off to work, the lid came off again and the drink spilled in my car. the final insult in all this was the sandwich itself which was skimpy on the ingredients. I am going to avoid this store now at all cost and my only advice to the store owner is that you need to look into retraining your staff in customer service and if you can't do that then you might as well close your store and get out of the food service business. read more

We are regulars at this Subway. It is close proximity to our home so it is a favorite. Tonight we were looking for a quick and fresh option. I walked in and they were fairly busy which is common for this location. I was greeted by Mohammad asking for my patience as the guy in front of me had a larger order. It didn't take long and I placed my order with ease and was on my way. Food was good and the price is reasonable. I would just suggest a few more smiles from the employees... that go a long ways to distinguish you from all the competition that is out there. Pearly whites and five stars next time. read more

I went there because I had a coupon on my phone (because I sign up for text rewards) to buy one sandwich and receive another for free. So I go to show the cashier and she tells me I have to connect to get the five minute count down. Anyway my cell service wasn't loading fast enough but the sandwiches were already made (bc anyone who goes there knows you pay after you select your sandwich). So since the coupon didn't load I couldn't take advantage of the sale. I think it's silly because they saw the coupon in the text message and honestly now they would have to throw the sandwiches that I ordered away. I used to come into this location often because they do have an awesome staff that is very personable, so I feel the stars are more for them and the food being kept well, however I haven't been coming in lately because of the store owner and his attitude towards me. This issue is more based on non-verbal communication, the eye rolling and such because I am only buying​ a sub or the sub of the day generally and not cookies, chips, and a drink. Look, we get it, you want to make additional sales, but I live right down the street and have water at home. I try not to drink soda if I have other options. Often the owner has not wanted to honor the "any sub for $6" coupons and company wide deals when it comes to more expensive subs, stating that they do not count. When an owner wants nickels and dimes, I start to care less about coming. I used to stop by this location 3-5 times a week, now may come in twice a month at most. The food is fresh, the other employees are very talkative and friendly, but when I am made to feel like I'm not buying enough and wasting the time of the owner, I generally look for other establishments to eat at. read more
