I made an order for a large group and the app ordering system really came in handy so that I could place the order and not worry about it again. I got the Mediterranean and wasn't expecting it to be as spicy as it was. It was barely warm. My sister said hers was cold. It made me feel like they probably made the order as soon as they got it instead of waiting a decent time to ensure it would still be hot when we picked it up. It was okay. Absolutely terrible service and experience. This is what I ordered. A Pizza Melt. They made it all in front of me and I got ZERO meat. Very disappointed. They were also playing rap music the whole time. I basically paid 13 dollars for some cheese and lettuce. The quality was terrible as well. Jersey Mikes is wayyyyy better than this poverty sub chain. You also can't see how much of which toppings they are putting on, so you can't ask for extra or more of a topping. Also, the toppings are so limited. There's barely any options. I'd rather go to subway than here. At least Subway makes their bread fresh, this place takes it straight out of the bag. Terrible. Do not go here if you want a sandwich. They have been open for about a month so I wanted to check it out. Inside is clean and nicely setup. Was the only person in line around 2pm on a Thursday. I got a meal that included chips and a drink. I also got a cookie and the total was over 15 dollars. They charged me 70 cents extra for cucumbers which I thought was strange. The cashier struggled to input my order and the manager yelled," I need something sweet to eat" as she walked up next to me to grab a cookie as well. It might have been walking in and seeing one of the workers sitting on the counter where they put your food, or forgetting that I ordered a shake and looked at me funny as I waited for it. This was my first time at this location, but I have been at multiple others. The sandwich here was the same as the other locations, but I am pretty sure they did not give me the Big size that I ordered. When I got home and opened the sub up, it looked like the regular size. I am going to chalk this up to this being a new location and them just getting started. Hopefully they can be successful in this location and it is a place I will visit again. The impact of the experience! This was my second time to try PotBelly Deli in Scott's Edition. I went by yesterday. I almost thought it was closed because I was the only customer inside and I was getting lunch to go. A very nice girl greeted me and asked what I wanted to order. I ordered the chicken cheddar sandwich. She then tells me the guy next to her would finish the sandwich. So, this guy comes up to the counter and half way greets me. "what you want on it?". He looked sleepy or medicated, could not tell. "I'd like mayo, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce please". He scratches the request on a notepad. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing, I get home and what do I have? I have a chicken cheddar sandwich with mayo and pickles. REALLY, REALLY? Is it that hard to remember what I requested especially since he wrote it down?
