Great chicken spot located in Downtown Richmond. The restaurant itself was really clean and you order off a kiosk which I found to be helpful since they have so many menu options! Ended up ordering the Chicken and Waffles with a side of their honey mustard. The chicken was fresh, crispy and very juicy. The waffles were delicious, had a nice crisp exterior with a soft inside. My partner had the chicken sando box with curry hot sauce. The Chicken Sandwich was humongous! His chicken patty barely fit between the two buns. We joked how we could've shared since it was practically two sandwiches in one. The portions were really large for one person. The cashier was also very nice and we got to try a mochi donut along with our meals. Which had that fun chewy texture associated with mochi. I also ordered a fresh strawberry tea to enjoy with my meal which was delicious, perfect amount of sweetness and had a realistic strawberry flavor. I've had visited this place a twice and usually go for the tenders combo which comes with seasoned waffle fries with a sauce of your choice. Personally it's a hit or miss as the tenders sometimes have a rubbery texture that I'm not really a fan of , but their soy garlic sauce with the chicken is honestly heaven. I also enjoy their selection of fresh teas and I love adding rainbow jelly to it. The employees make the environment very welcoming and I've never seen them with a negative attitude. If i'm ever in the mood for that sauce again, I would reconsider visiting a third time. read more

There is plenty of free street parking nearby. If you can't find a spot on Broad, there are lots of spots on Marshall st. You can also take the Pulse or bike here. ***EXPERIENCE*** We came on a Friday evening around dinner time. It wasn't too busy. We ordered our food on a screen and were handed a buzzer for when our food was ready. Their box meals are incredible deals. They come with plenty of food, fries, and a drink. They have options that are just the chicken, but the box meals are too good to pass. I adore Korean fried chicken so was familiar with the flavors. I got one of my faves, honey garlic. I ordered the nugget box meal and was so happy with how crunchy, fresh, and tasty it was. The fries were great too. My friend got the chicken sando box meal and it was HUGE! It was cooked to perfection. He found it to be a bit plain, but the sauce he got on the side really elevated it and he adored the dish. There are a lot of seating options available. We got a nice seat by the window which was perfect for people watching. The people who work here are super kind and lovely. ***PRICE*** My meal was about $16 with tip/tax. And this was a lot of food. ***BATHROOM*** There is a single gender neutral bathroom available for customers. While I waited, I went to the bathroom and it was clean. The bathroom key was HILARIOUS. I got the spicy garlic flavor, but they have a ton of options for sauces as well as chicken type (half, whole, tenders, wings, nuggets, strips). The wings are HUGE. There were moments where I was on the fence about whether they were cooked through enough, but I just rollled with it because they tasted good. this place was absolutely amazing!! me and my friends were walking by as they opened and were beckoned inside by a very nice lady and we figured why the heck not, let's try it. and i'm glad we did because it was sooooo goood. super crispy breading, fresh juicy chicken wings, and delicious sweet and spicy yangyeom sauce (and if you're averse to spice don't worry, it's not very spicy). the service was fantastic, the older lady behind the counter helped us order and gave us recommendations. there's a key to a gender neutral restroom which is very clean and mostly touch-less as well. impeccable service as well, the lady came by to offer us extra paper plates since we were sharing and also the wings also comes with disposable gloves so you don't get sauce on your hands! plus a side of sweet pickled radish which compliments the savory fried chicken nicely. as soon as we left we saw she sanitized our table and chairs, the place is spotless and the service is so friendly. i can't wait until they expand to offering korean corn dogs and mochi donuts too! they made a repeat customer for sure read more
