i have been a loyal customer to this place for 6 years on a weekly basis, since 2 weeks the whole quality dramatically crashed , especially the food quality and quatity as well, today tuesday march 17th, i ordered 2 hllves subs BIG Kahuna meat , $22 , arrived home to find the 2 subs were almost empty , i mean empty , i was embarrassed before my wife and i had to go to Panera close by and by another 2 sandwiches .... i always tip jersey mike 20% and sometimes more , but today i was disappointed .... never go back there .and i;ll let my neigbourghs know about this trashy quality read more

Was not a very pleasant experience. Walked in, no greeting from the employee sweeping near the entrance or the employees behind the counter. A lady kept calling her co-worker to the front saying "somebody is up here" so he could come take my order. When he finally came he seemed very impatient with taking orders as several others entered the store after me. The wait was not too bad for a chicken philly (maybe 7 minutes), food was average. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The service has always been consistent, friendly and fast. My faves are either the chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak or the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak...I love their hot subs. For cold subs I usually go somewhere else simply out of preference, but I think when I have had cold subs they have been good also. They also must put something in their sandwiches because after I have one I crave them for a couple days and I just want more. This place is great. I've been coming for well over a decade and for good reason. A well managed company and branch. I always have a complicated order and they never act annoyed and always do it with a smile. Today in particular, a nice gentleman named Kevin served me today and was so kind and accommodating it makes you leave feeling like you made a new friend. The food is consistent in quality- always fresh and they always get my food right. For the price I think it's well worth it. Horrible service today when I visited the store. I order from this location at least twice a week. So mad about my experience today all business will now be with another location, wawa or Jimmie Johns. I called asked for the manager and the way he handled my compliant really made me mad. They do make a great sub at this location but a lot of the employees for the most part aren't friendly and act like they hate their jobs. Owner needs to fix something. Great food bad attitudes. The food is always fresh and well prepared. I would easily give this place five stars but some of the employees struggle with attitude. The young men are typically polite and professional but this is the second time that I've gotten tude from one of the young women. I mean I don't always expect Chik-fil-a level positivity but I regularly go in and today after work I didn't need a lecture from a snarky teen. I ordered two regular Philly steak n cheese forgetting that it's smarter to order a giant (saves a buck and change on the total), but because I always go I didn't think about it until my total was different for three sandwiches. When I referenced it the cashier sucked her teeth and gave attitude asking me twice "did you order a giant or two regulars, because if you didn't it's not the same" when the manager told her to go ahead she rolled her eyes, looked at me and said "I'll do it this time but it's not the same." Honestly if I had more cares to give in that moment I would have addressed her but I gave her the look that I give my teens when they're in snark mode and she got the point. Ultimately, I'm a good customer, always polite and I like the kids in there but some people could use a lesson from their franchise owner about customer service. At least the last two times I checked my sub before I left and made them make my order again. The first time they got it wrong, i was all the way home and had to go back to the store. I got a chicken chipotle cheese steak. When I got home and opened my sandwich I was disappointed. My bread was super soggy, like I picked it up and pieces fell apart. It actually made my heart sad. Now I know, you got a chicken cheese steak of course it will be soggy.. but really? That was a little ridiculous. Once I got over the bread the rest of the sandwich was delicious. I like Jersey Mike's and I like their subs. The staff are generally quite polite and competent. My only real complaint is that I am a bit concerned about the cleanliness of how they prepare the sandwiches. The last few times I visited though, I noticed that they put the bread down on a naked countertop. Granted, it might be just as clean as the board they next transfer it to when they add the condiments. It just gives me pause to watch this. I suspect it's just my upbringing - my dad was a Health Sanitarian for the State of Virginia - and he instilled a healthy concern for restaurant cleanliness. I know the processed Turkey is bad for you and so is the wire bread but when I want a sub sandwich that just tastes amazing, I go to Jersey Mike's for their Turkey and provolone. Having it Mike's way just gives it that boost that takes the sub from drab to fab. I also love to add a little mayo and hot pepper relish which makes it zing. I am a huge glutton for rare roast beef, basically the only reason I come to Jersey Mikes. I visit this location often, usually on the way home from the gym and am to tired to conjure up something at home. I usually try to order using the mobile app, but have found if I want my sub ordered right I have to come into the store. I get the same thing every time "The Club Supreme," but have found if I order it online they always forget the bacon, & if I put "Don't forget the bacon" into the notes they put some broken up crumbs. Oh yummy Jersey Mike's! I love this place! I usually get the regular #5, Mike's Way on wheat. My son loves their ham and turkey with swiss. The food is always fresh, vegetables crisp, bread soft and yummy and the break to meat and topping ratio is spot on. If you don't plan to eat your sandwich right away, ask them to put the cheese on the top and bottom of the bread so you can still get the "juices" and not have soggy bread. The staff is hit or miss. One day you may get the upbeat friendly bunch and the next the ones that wouldn't crack a smile if you paid them to. But they are always fast. Even when they are busy. There is one girl and I wish I knew her name but she is so fast! She made like 5 subs in 30 seconds I swear! The salads are good too. Again, since everything is always so fresh it makes it even better. I've heard a few folks say they are expensive. Maybe....compared to Subway they are. I visited this location on 7/9 around 7pm and witnessed something very... uhh, interesting. A customer was having a bit of a fit over wanting extra bacon but not wanting to pay for extra bacon, or something like that. She got quite the condescending attitude with the employees, and stormed off, still complaining, talking about how she was going to call corporate (because they wouldn't give her free food? Idk). The employees who were helping her, Max (at the register) and Jeremiah (making sandwiches) not only treated her kindly and with respect while she was berating them for doing their job, but they greeted the next customer (me) with a smile and great customer service. It's hard to keep your composure when a customer gets like that, and in my opinion, to not let it leech over into a bad experience for the next customer is top quality service. Max and Jeremiah kept a smile the entire time and I think that kind of composure and service should be recognized! Thanks, guys! read more

I went in at about 8:35 last Tuesday night to order three subs. I ordered two of the same sub and one with specific instructions of no veggies. This is the sub that I guess is made in the back because it's hot. They brought this up up to me from the back already wrapped up and I grabbed the other two subs and went home. At this point it's about 8:45 and I got home at 8:50. We realized at this time The sub did have veggies on it when we asked for it to not come with them because the person who would be eating it has allergies. I called at 8:53 and asked what we could do because I knew they closed at nine and this was supposed to be dinner and it was their fault they did not make it accordingly. The phone was then handed to somebody else after explaining this several times and that this point it's 8:57. The girl that I was now speaking to told me that she could not make a new sub in three minutes with an attitude and said that she could take down my information to have the manager call me on Wednesday. I gave her my information and it is now Tuesday of the next week and I still have not heard anything from anyone. We had to do something else for dinner for who that sub was intended for and it totally ruined the fact that we had both worked all day and wanted to pick up something quick and easy for dinner. The sub had to be thrown away so it was a waste of money. I'm pissed. Next time I'll just go to Subway where I can see what they're doing to make sure it's made right since Jersey Mike's can't follow simple instruction. read more

Not much for kids here: turkey & cheese, ham & cheese or salami & cheese with fountain drink and cookie. No milk, no juice, and you can't sub bottled water even if you don't want the cookie and you can't get the sandwich by itself. So for $3.99 for each kid, we got a tiny cheese sandwich with water and a cookie. I was frustrated that the staff was not more flexible for the kids. Then I discovered that for myself my only options are sugary fountain drinks, diet soda, or sweet tea. Who doesn't offer regular iced tea??? So I got water too, grrr. I would suggest to management: juice boxes, milk boxes, grilled cheese, and PB&J as options for kids. And regular iced tea, sheesh! My club supreme was *awesome* but I will not return with the family until more kid-friendly options are offered. I guess I have been spoiled by other places--most are way more accommodating for families, either in their menu or with substitutions to make your meal of comparable value. How hard would it be to charge me $1 less if I pass up the cookie and drink? Or subbing an apple? Or letting me get a bottle of water? I mean, come on, throw me a bone. read more

Jersey Mike's never fails at delivering when it comes to amazing sandwiches, but the employees at this location have serious attitude problems. Today, I had placed an order online, but when the time came for me to go pick it up, I came across an emergency so I was unable to get it at the time I had put down. (My problem, I know) So I call the store and they connect me with someone who they said was the manager, but she didn't act like one. I began by apologizing for the inconvenience and told her I had something come up and I couldn't come until dinner time so I asked her if there was anything she could do for me. In the most rude tone she says, "We already made it. You can get it later." And I said well I won't be able to pick it up until probably around 5 or 5:30. And she said, "Fine. I'll push it so the side I guess and the evening shift people will get it for you." I asked he AT LEAST would she put it in the fridge for me. No real response and then we hung up. At around 5 I went to get my sandwich and LUCKILY the young man working there was a thousand times more pleasant. I came in and told him I had placed an order at lunch time but was only able to get it now. He then told me it wasn't a problem and he wanted to make me a new one because the original one was left out all day for me to pick up and had gotten cold.
