Corned Beef and Pastrami absolutely fantastic!

We are in town for a softball tournament and wanted to see what this place was about. And it absolutely didn't disappoint. Waitress was on point and food was just as good. If you're around give it a shot!

Server was very attentive no complaint there. Food was okay not like it use to be. Very disappointed that the pickles are now $2.50 instead of free. Always loved knowing that I could go somewhere that did this as I am gluten free and it was like the bread basket but instead a small bowl of pickles. The atmosphere was off I cannot put my finger on it just not a good vibe. Not sure when the next time we will be going back. All new staff and seems like possible new ownership.

When you are from NY it is hard to find a "deli" around here. But this is definitely what I was looking for. I would do 4.5 stars because the menu says bagels from NY but I don't believe it. I'd call them a NY style bagel but the flavor isn't 100%. If you aren't using the water from NY to make bagels then it'll never be the same. I asked the person taking my order if they were from NY and she said they get the bagels from their supplier. So I guess they aren't making them but who knows where the vendor gets them from. So you walk in and there is a bunch of seating. There is a counter where you can order take out. Or you can sit. Not sure if you order at the counter and sit or someone takes your order. It did seem like when people were done eating that they went to the counter to pay. The staff was friendly. There was a guy standing on the side that seemed to be running food and cleaning tables. I liked the sandwich I got roast beef with cheese onion lettuce tomatoes and thousand island dressing. You can get it hot or cold. I would go again if I were in the area.

Love the Reuben but it could use more meat. Didn't care for potato salad at this spot. Try another side.

I just ate the double cheeseburger with no mayo, it was very delicious. They could've put less onions on it.

Only went once, but the sandwiches are legit and the staff is super kind and friendly. It was St. Patrick's and Uber crowded.

If you're vegetarian, I highly recommend a veggie sub from here. Their sub is really really good!

My friends and I visited for lunch and were impressed with everything we ordered. Great portion size at a reasonable price. This establishment is top notch for burgers and has a full menu with many choices from salads, wraps and subs. The chicken Philly is one of the best I ever had. A unique creation called the Grubrito is huge and features a blending of flavors including pork belly (smoked on site) a good casual atmosphere. Truly a place where the locals go for a great lunch, dinner or to just unwind. Sorry no pics of the food, it was nicely presented, we were all hungry and just dove into our food.

Right off the bat, I noticed large swaths of swarming bugs, but I wore insect repellent and walked away from the evening with not a single bite. Pretty amazing. And also, bugs are to be expected at night in the summer when a restaurant is directly on the water. There were also kittens living under the deck there, and I hope that once they are old enough, they find loving homes. The orange baby in particular looked terrified when he was on the deck, racing around away from the noise. I felt so bad for him and just wanted to scoop him up. They only seat full parties, so once everyone was there, we made our way to some picnic tables. Some folks in the group had chairs with seat backs, and I was jealous of them as someone with back issues. Since I was pretty exhausted, I stuck with water for my drink, though everyone else loaded up on shots and cocktails. The cocktails looked so tasty and refreshing, and I'll definitely need to try them in the future. People gave rave reviews. For food, I ordered a small caesar salad and a pepperoni Detroit-style thick pizza. Both were quite good, and I believe it was the first time I've tried Detroit pizza. They offer pizza in traditional style also. I had leftovers for a few meals' worth. I also ordered a cinnamon roll to go, which I ate for breakfast the next morning after nuking it for 20 seconds, and it was delightful. Service was great, the prices were reasonable, and the views make for a serene, casual dining or drinking experience. I'd definitely return.
