The young girl said she didn't have the full amount. can she bring it back later? No, the manager wanted it right then. Never mind that the patrons paid for MOST of the meal. She was forcing this girl to pay the FULL amount of their order. Through all of this, the young girl kept her composure, never raising her voice or acting out or being disrespectful. I was very impressed with her, I'll call her "K". I instructed the manager to return the girls money, and I would pay for the mistake. A young girl, just beginning, and this is how she is treated. In front of other customers. In front of lots of staff. In front of everyone. I made sure her money was returned to her before leaving. Somehow, I felt she would not get her money back.
