Really good food and great prices. I could not finish my entire meal but I wanted to since it was so good. Friendly staff as well. Thank you

Horrible location, I was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and it was dead inside. Mind you I rarely leave a bad review but this location is God Awful: I will stick to the locations in Midlothian at least they have good customer service. read more

Chicken Fiesta - Beef Nachos - Beef - Chicken Shop Near Me - Chester, Virginia

Chicken Fiesta is the go-to for rotisserie chicken in the Richmond area. It's a casual restaurant where you order at the register and sit wherever you please. This location was clean, though it was a bit strange the employee was still mopping next to us while we were dining at 6pm. The chicken is flavorful. My sides are usually the yucca, which is cooked to a nice crisp, and the rice, which is fluffy and buttery. I also tried the fried plantains at an up charge and they add a nice sweetness to the meal. The meal comes with a green sauce that is spicy and flavorful and a yellow sauce that is more creamy and citrusy. read more

My order of spare ribs was ridiculously small - AN APPROXIMATELY 4 INCH SQUARE - and 25% fat !! Please take time to render fat and cook ribs properly !! read more

I got the steak tacos. It came with rice, guacamole, sour cream , pico, and a side of melted butter. The steak was seasoned well, mostly sweet with just enough saltiness. The flour tortilla were soft, like something you could get from a grocery store. Tacos were very good even though it was literally just a flour tortilla with steak inside. The side ingredients were alright. Rice was fine, nothing crazy good or bad. Overall a good fast food place to get Mexican food. Food: 7.1 Staff/service: na Overall: 7.1/10 read more

Chicken Fiesta - Steak taco - Chicken Shop Near Me - Chester, Virginia

Hubs, being a born and bred native of San Diego, has missed one thing since we packed up and moved across the country from his family. Large, handheld, burritos. The ultimate street food, you could get one on every street corner and strip mall, they were dirt cheap, and you could easily tuck it back into the foil wrapper and save the other half for another meal. I swear, a little piece of him breaks every time we go to another Mexican restaurant and the burrito comes covered in cheese dip and you have to eat it with a fork. It is small, the seam is on the bottom because it isn't properly closed and that is the only thing holding it together. You definitely can't save it until later. In spite of all of his burrito-related disappointments, I'm still trying to find him a good burrito. I decided to stop here yesterday because I saw that they had burritos. *Fingers crossed* I ordered him the steak one (at a chicken restaurant, but don't judge, carne asada is synonymous with San Diego) and brought it home. He unwrapped the aluminum foil and finds a massive 12 inch tortilla, perfectly wrapped and tucked around beans, rice, sour cream and other classic toppings. Not a drop of cheese dip in sight. It comes with a tiny condiment cup of a verde salsa and one that we pegged as a jalapeño crèma which was by far the favorite. Honestly, I don't think I have seen Mr. M that emotional... ever. Certainly not when we left SoCal, but finally finding an actual burrito that was finally similar to the ones he has eaten back home his entire life. He spent the entire meal saying how "you are the best" and "I appreciate you so much" and I'm not 100% certain if he was talking to me or the burrito... A little pricy, considering I expect we will have to start grabbing him a burrito once a week now at least, but I assume that is the price of inflation. His beloved hometown burritos are probably that expensive now too, we just aren't around to see it there anymore. He was thrilled to have to wrap up the other half of his burrito back in the foil and save it for dinner. Any SoCal natives, THIS is the burrito you are looking for. The horchata was also pretty good. Nicely spiced but not TOO thick. read more

Chicken Fiesta - Ultra portable burrito leftovers, forgot to take a picture fresh. - Chicken Shop Near Me - Chester, Virginia

This location has horrible customer service and constantly messes up orders. I fault myself for not driving past tonight. I was experiencing stomach pain and didn't have an appetite for much, but decided a chicken chalupa salad might be tolerable. I ordered one without cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. I watched the young man who packed my order open the box, look at my ticket again, and then place the salad in the bag. I get home and discover the salad is loaded with cheese. I call and the associate apologizes, confirms I did in-fact state, "no cheese," but then proceeds to inform me that the only way I can get a refund is to bring the order back or call corporate. Seriously? I informed her that they were already a minute past closing time and I live over 25 mins away. Even if it were earlier in the day, I wouldn't make a 50 min round trip for a $15 purchase, and I wouldn't be on that side of town anytime soon. The customer friendly/oriented thing to do would be to just issue the refund, but she literally just kept repeating their policy. The crazy part is, I probably would have accepted a voucher, if offered. Instead, I was offered an option they knew I couldn't exercise and out of money for food I can't eat. The fact that their employee knew the order wasn't made correctly rubs more salt into the wound. Please don't go here. The one in Colonial Heights has much better customer service and is much cleaner. read more

In the land of chicken restaurants, (we have 8 within a quarter mile) there is one that stands out Chicken Fiesta! Don't let the name fool you, they have many more options other than Chicken! My favorites are carne asada and the fried yucca! The restaurant just opened this week in the old Hardees building, but it is just what Chester has needed. read more

Packed as soon as you come in entrance due to counter being right there. Plenty of seating. Little pricey for food you get. Love this chain and go all the time, but first and last time at this location. Ordered chalupa salad and naked burrito, both with chicken. Both came out with maybe enough chicken to come off one chicken leg. They gave wrong dressing for salad, so I asked for replacement. They acted like I was trying to rob them. Woman at counter had to go review receipts to make sure I ordered a salad. What the heck??? For the price of this, they need to do better than that. I'll keep going to other locations. But for this price to eat and leave hungry, it's not worth it. read more

This is my first time trying any Chicken Fiesta location before, they were absolutely packed but they were ROLLING so you couldn't even tell! The staff is super friendly and so quick and efficient. The food was delicious. I also got a horchata drink and it was so yummy! The building used to be a Hardee's and they have taken it and turned it into their own for sure. We will be back!! read more

Great food and service. The place is clean and great music. Good prices taking up more space for free dessert promotion.

The restaurant caters to their own ethnicity before others even if your order is placed beforehand. I ordered two sides of rice and a side of plantains and it took 15 minutes plus the rice was cold and plantains were evidently an hour old. Who ever owns this franchise needs to fire and hire. I'll never give this place by business and I will advise others to not do so as well. read more

So, the lady that waxes me recommended this place and of course, I trust her judgment cause she's from the Caribbean. According to her, their chicken is very tasty. And I decided to give it a try after my waxing appointment. I was so happy that day because she's absolutely right! Their chicken is so flavorful and customer service was excellent! Not rude! Definitely coming back and will get the Yuca fries next time. I'm glad they opened one in Chester. read more

The reviews don't lie! This place has amazing food. The inside looks like a fast food place but the food is fresh and delicious . Staff was friendly and the food was ready pretty quickly. The sauces that came with the food were delicious. I only subtracted a star because there were only 3 tortillas for my fajitas and I probably needed double that . The yucca was very good too. Anyway this is a rambly review but just go and you won't be sorry ! read more

Great food and a very clean establishment. Love the rotisserie chicken and fresh veggies as well as known all my food and drinks are being cooked or made daily. Every trip I've had very welcoming service and helpful suggestions to new things to try from the staff. I get chicken fiesta pretty often but this location thats close to my job is always messing up my burrito grande it either overflowing with sour cream or cold avocado and i keep getting cold burritos which is unacceptable. read more

Rotisserie style chicken was good for a fast food restaurant. Service and price was subpar in my opinion, but typical post-pandemic.

As a weekly customer of the Colonial Heights location, this location isn't very good! I had an issue with my food here and the employees were like oh well. So I paid for a combo that wasn't what it should have been and it was thrown in the trash. They didn't offer to remake or refund the meal. So needless to say I will not be going back to this location. I recommend going to the Colonial Heights location if you want good food and good service!!! read more

Staff is courteous, helpful and quick. Food was good and didn't take to long. Restaurant was clean.

The salad was decent but there was These little black specs on the salad that made it crunchy like if a lil sand got in your mouth
