This location has the laziest group of kids I've ever seen in my life. I put in a pick up order at 9:40 to be picked up at 10. When I arrived at 10, it wasn't ready and when the girl was given my ticket to make my bowl, she rolled her eyes and began moving at the slowest pace imaginable. I ordered a burrito at about 3pm from here, but unfortunately they were getting busy and left my burrito sit on the line for about a good minute before anyone noticed I was standing there waiting to get the rest of it filled. The girl wrapping it also didn't do a good job. I really hope that the manager invests in better ways to teach their employees how to wrap a burrito. I've worked as a Hostess before and know how it is to be short staffed, but it also takes a good 2 mins to prepare food on an assembly line... in other words, it's not that difficult. Well, we had been craving some Chipotle and I'm the dd so I place the order and go pick it up. Open, spacious, plenty of opportunity to social distance if you choose to do that. Order was promised at 640, walked in a few minutes early and there the bag o' food sat waiting for my hot little hands. In and out like a flash. I did seem to notice people eating in the restaurant while i was there so that's cool. One thing I want to comment on is the quality and portion sizes of the bowls from here at the Courthouse Chipotle to the one on Route 10. I don't know if it's because they're so new or what, but this will be my go-to for Chipotle cravings from now on. Fresher, better quality, and MORE of what you pay for. Where do I start??? Customer service can most definitely be improved. Staff behaves as if the customer isn't present and choose to act as if we're not there. Got served and sold moldy guac with spores in the product. Tried to give it back but she didn't accept it because I had already touched it after showing moldy product. Management should retrain staff on how to greet customers, in accordance to Chipotle's mission. Majority of foh staff behave as if they don't want to be there working, so I suggest revamping in their employees. The food is edible, but bland as hell, rice is slightly over cooked. As far it comes to proteins, it's okay, most definitely it can be freshened up to "standards". If you're looking someplace to eat, most definitely do not recommend coming to this location unless it's your last resort A lot of issues with this location can be revisited and employees can be retrained. One of the few Chipotle locations in the Chester-area. It can get quite crowded at seemingly random times, perhaps due to its scarcity in the area, but they often can get through the line at an ok pace. They have some seating in the place - not as much as many other Chipotles however. Well-stocked otherwise with a plentiful and friendly staff. Parking and location are a bit of a mess. It's located on the very edge of an outdoor shopping mall area and right before the I-95 highway entrance/exit, and to add to that on some kind of weird mini-hill, which makes it sometimes a bit hard to get to depending on which direction you're coming in from. They only have a few parking spots right in front which means you may need to park a bit further out in the main area too. Nonetheless, it's the only Chipotle really in the Chester-area and the quality is good. Just beware the crowds and traffic patterns. read more

Most of the staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Only one girl, the one sweeping the floor (young girl with glasses), would even try to help. I ordered chips to go with my burrito bowl and they were out. They did not tell me this and then were not at all helpful when I asked how to get a refund for them. I then asked if I could have it made as a burrito (Since I only got a bowl because I wanted to eat it with chips) and they begrudgingly would only give me a tortilla and left me to deal with it. I was excited to get a Chipotle close to work. We would normally drive to the Hull St. location, so the shorter drive was very welcomed. That is where my excitement ended. I am hoping they are still on their learning curve. Everything associated with the past to meals with them has been bad. We online order and the orders have not been ready at the appointed time and still had to wait fifteen minutes for the orders to be completed. This location does not use the portions I have been used to from the Hull St. location. They skimp on the meat, about a third of what I am used to. Same with the salsa. They have also completely missed items, like cheese, or used so little it is unnoticeable. Short review long. I will continue driving to the Hull St. location for my Chipotle fix. Where do I begin...I placed my order through the mobile app with a pick up time of 6:10pm. I arrive to a line for mobile orders and a line to place your order, not a deal breaker. I waited about 10 minutes before I ask other people in line if they have received their orders and the response was no and not one employee bothered to look through the plethora of orders piled and ready to distribute. I stepped to the front and finally see the young lady fixing the mobile orders and tried to ask her rude azz if my order was ready.
