I have had Bojangles. But it was usually just quick drive through service. I am a sucker for customer service. I am a Marine/ Chevrolet Car salesman in the area. I had the best drive through service imaginable. Yes it was quick. But the drive through lady was had amazing charisma. She was not like most employees with tea stains or salty shirts. She was clean. friendly. and helping. She asked did I want to get a free bo-berry for a charity. I agreed not because of it was helping others(which is something i do often) But simply because she asked politely without pressure. I felt at easy. My food was made quickly. When I ate it i was in awww... My meal was hot and tender. No hard breads or burnt ham. It was awesome. In addition the sweet tea and dessert. This Bojangles up the street from my job has everything going great right now. Who ever the drive through girl that worked 3/12/2014 in the Chester Location deserves to be awarded. This Bojangles is the absolute worst I've ever been to. Where I live, I'm in and out of the line in less than 5 minutes. This place takes about 20 and then I don't even trust the food. ZERO, but it would not let me post without one star The customer service here is horrible. This is my second time at this store. Two separate occasions and both time service was poor. First time for breakfast went through drive thru and got home to find my biscuits were old and good was cold. This morning I was at store at 9am went through drive thru again. My coffee was cold and old stike 2. I advised the cashier that the coffee was cold and old and she offered to get me another cup and I advised I did not want to wait. She came back to her window and only handed me half my food and then proceeded to tell me they were waiting on 2 more sausage biscuits. At this point I am wondering why not give me all my food at the same time but I wait and she arrives back at the window with the rest of my food. As I am driving off I say I have them another try but I will not be back. She reopens her window. And says "say it to my face bitch" I stop back up to the window and by this time she has run to the back. I motioned one of the young men standing behind the line. He comes and I ask him to get his manager. The manager comes and immediately tells me the cashier told him I called her a bitch. I said that is incorrect sir while advising him that I am a Pastor and do not talk to people in that manner. He then told me that did not matter. I asked for a refund which he was gladly willing to give but I advised him I wanted an apology from the young lady first. She declined when he asked and I advised that she would apologize because that is not how you talk to a customer. She then half hearted apologized and I advised that it was unacceptable. The same way she was blazing bold to call me out of my name she could face me and apologize. She finally came to the window red in the face and formally apologized. I then advised her manager that she needed a corrective action because what she did was very dangerous and could have gotten her severely injured or am everyone in that store considering the pulse of the world presently. So please if it you can avoid this Bojangles it would be greatly appreciated. I kept my food and then called corporate when I got home to report this atrocious act. I spoke with April and she was so kind and apologetic for the company. I requested a call cak from some one in corporate let's see how that goes. read more

Go anywhere else. Ordered fries. They were burnt and had random pieces of chicken in them. Is it too much to ask that you clean your oil once in a while? The woman serving us at the window had balls of fluff all over her shirt. I really don't want to eat your lint balls on top of the chicken pieces I didn't order with my fries thanks. The egg and cheese biscuit was burnt as well and really sloppily made to the point that it was inedible. The employees were more concerned about being on their cell phone and talking amongst themselves about what they were going to do at home rather than doing thier job. What has happened to the standards? The chicken tastes as if it is being refried or left under the heat lamp to long. It also has a mushy texture that is found in old chicken. The first time I came through here the service was really fast and the staff was friendly. I came into bojangles 2 days while my daughter was working only to see that she was the only one working at the front register.NO HELP and a LONG line of people. My daughter has never been the frustrated type her whole life and I could see the frustration in her eyes. It made me wanna go back there and help her. I usually like to eat at Bojangles. But I had a pretty rough experience tonight. To start off, the drive thru cashier kept on trying to end the order while me and my friends were trying to order. When we pulled around there were kids hanging outside of the car in the drive thru. And when we get to the window to pay she never told us the total and ran the card and also didn't give us our receipt. The food was wrong and not once did she speak to us. Once she fixed the food, not once did she apologize or tell us to have a good night. We were in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes.
